Riverside Meat Smokers in Leavenworth County

I got the offset smoker with the square firebox. The smoker lid fits so good it doesnt leak even without a gasket. And the square firebox can hold 2 cast-iron skillets on top for post searing or additional cooking. Its built like a tank and I couldnt be happier.

I met the proprietor after having been referred by a coworker. I was interested in the chest smoker. I visited his home and saw the quality of the work and knew I would buy. These smokers are so well built, I will need to put it in my will to some kid that isnt even born yet! It cooks amazingly well, the metal is so thick I dont use half the charcoal I did with my old smoker. He fully customizes these as well, if you have an idea to customize one of his projects, he can turn it into reality.Finally, a few months after my purchase, a large tree feel in my yard, landing squarely between the chimneys of my chest smoker. After the tree company removed the debris, I went out to assess the damage. The smoker didnt have a scratch, dent, or bend in it. It was still in new condition!
