Very dissatisfied how Dale does business

It seems like there are a lot of Insurance agencies in North Ogden, but none of them are as honest and helpful as this one. One night, after a movie, I returned to my car to find the window broken. I was able to call Dale at 11pm and get my claim started. Thanks!

Dale Roberts is a very judgmental person. When called for simple information regarding the insurance on a vehicle he judged and accused of our company being dishonest. Its unfortunate in a sales business, to have such poor interaction with people.

Because Farmers is the difference

We have used dale for some time now, At least for the last 5 years. Any time we have needed to reach him we always can get him personally! Thats unheard of! For example, we were in Hawaii for our honey moon and called him him way early in the morning, he answered and took care of our needs. We were buying a new car, it took all day and was late in the night when everything was settled and we realized we needed insurance to drive off the lot.. He answered and took care of it! aside from being pretty affordable you cant beat the customer service! If you are looking for the best insurance for your car, The most important thing to consider aside from the cost is, If i have something happen and need help, how quick will i get help? This guy is awesome!
