After several visits, I can confidently say that this is an amazing restaurant! Food and service are always the best, and the restaurant is always clean!!
Very friendly, mom-and-pop feel. Staff was nice, and who I guess to be an owner/manager was walking around talking to people and doing ring outs at the register. Food was delicious! Went for breakfast, everything was cooked perfectly. Definitely would go again if I come back to Rehoboth.
Good coffee, omlets.
Great family owned small business. Good food good prices. Nice place to relax with good food.
Excellent service. The food was cooked quickly and delicious. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Its a nice simple diner with an easy menu. Food was good and it came out quickly. The interior decoration is a bit dated and it feels a little dark.
My experience for the first time, very good food especially excellent customer service
Best old school breakfast at the Beach. Great prices along with top quality options. Highly recommended... Rehoboth Beach Classic
Fast and friendly service with prompt coffee refills. The western omelet with cheese was excellent.
What a treat, great food, people, service in an area typically reserved for mediocre everything to serve all us tourists. Loved the French toast, soft and buttery while the eggs Benedict really sang. Go for food stay for the mimosa.
Omlette was amazing! Staff was very friendly and service was good.
Best breakfast ever. Wonderful service great people. They treat everyone as family. Went every day of our vacation.
The best breakfast, made just as requested. Perfectly cooked bacon and eggs. Very efficient and pleasant service.
Excellent breakfast experience. Very kind and friendly staff from end to end. Large choice of food (pancake, omelette, bacon…). Nothing spectacular but good food that is quickly served with a smile. Excellent dairy free hot chocolate. Lot of regular customers and you quickly understand why.
Great food, nice people. Can get very busy.
Affordable dining in a resort area was wonderful. Then we got delicious food and excellent friendly service as a bonus!
We should have known when we looked at the meager menu and lack of a line. We were deeply disappointed in our breakfast…the omelet I was looking forward to was burnt and tasteless. The bread was old. My husbands eggs Benedict was very bland, dry, and a bit sour. The only good thing was the waitress that was always checking on us, but we didn’t say anything since it was not her fault about the food.
Home fries were fantastic. Scrapple was delicious. Good prices and good service.
They were very friendly here and the service was excellent. My family walked in but saw it was very crowded and left however, the owner came outside to get us and found us a table to enjoy their very tasty reasonably priced food.
Great food. Our server was wonderful, the other employee had an attitude. Bathrooms were gross.
Food was good. Convenient location right on the main street off of the boardwalk. Closes at 3pm. A little high priced for the type of food served. Glass of juice is $5.00.
Great little restaurant in Rehoboth for breakfast. Right on the mian street close to the Boardwalk. Reminds me of the Greek owned restaurants back home in Central Pennsylvania. Awesome food and great service.
Great customer Service. Food was very fast and made properly.
Food was high priced for basic fare (eggs, pancakes, etc.). Took a long time to get served and food was greasy. Order was incorrect. Our server asked if we wanted boxes or a drink to go, so we said sure! She charged us for the to-go refills (full price of $2.50 each for the cup!). I asked the manager that checked us out and he said thats the policy. We didnt have menus to look at anymore when she asked, so maybe its printed there. The server never mentioned charging us again for the same drink refill (in a to-go cup this timeand we had taken servers up on that same offer at multiple other restaurants on the boardwalk without getting charged again for the same drink. Pretty shady.
I’ve gone there a bunch of times I send people there that ask where a decent breakfast place is. I got takeout today took it home put ketchup they gave me on my eggs and homefries and it actually was cocktail sauce… so I called and the owner swears that the waitress said she gave me ketchup that’s fine but I know what I know it was cocktail sauce she insisted I brought the entrée back which I did and she inspected it and still try to tell me it was ketchup… it was actually demeaning I finally got a replacement meal potatoes were Raw. She was literally calling me a liar and I was offended. I told them it was no big deal because I work at a restaurant and a cocktail sauce gets mixed in with ketchup maybe OK but they made me feel like I was trying to do something wrong wow
Its not as great as other reviews say. Hard boiled eggs were used for eggs Benny. The amount of food is pretty much laughable for the price. Hair was in my youngest sons food. The only thing that was "worth it", was the French toast, although one side of each one had a fried egg. Haha
Our favorite Rehoboth breakfast spot. Start with a Mimosa or Body Mary. Good food with reasonable pricing right on the Avenue
After a brisk walk we decided to have breakfast before heading home. We had blueberry pancakes, they were very good. Didnt even need syrup! I wanted a mimosa, forgot they cant serve alcohol until 9. Will be going back again.
Great service, friendly staff and our food was delicious. Highly recommend the Sunday bloody Mary’s.
Good food, pleasant people. Reasonable prices! I would recommend it! Has an older diner vibe I love!
Always an amazing experience every single time we go in. The name of the game in a successful restaurant is consistency. They have it locked down and have for years! Thank you for always giving us an amazing breakfast and experience!
Have been going to Robin Hoods since 1998 for breakfast when in Rehoboth Beach staff very friendly and food is so good.
Very friendly restaurant and fresh food. Its very affordable and walk away from boardwalk. Noise level You can have a decent conversation inside. They do get busy. They do poach egg very well.
Another great breakfast option near the boardwalk. Prices are affordable two eggs any style is $9 and omelettes $11. Friendly staff. They do get busy. Its not quiet place where you can have quiet conversation but still cozy restaurant.
Best turkey club sandwich ever. Breakfast is great. The service is wonderful. It is a must for us when in Rehoboth several times.
Awesome place, good to go. Staff is friendly and the waitresses are very nice. Perfect spot for a beach breakfast with my dad.
Great food and staff excellent place for breakfast nice small town home cooked feeling
Great little breakfast and lunch place right off the boardwalk in Rehobeth Beach Delaware. Definitely specialize in diner type comfort food. All the basics. All done well. Good portions. Reasonably priced. Very friendly waitstaff. In April, not crowded, but busy. I imagine it can get very busy in the summer. Highly recommended.
I went to the Robin Hood this past weekend. I was greeted when I first entered and seated. The food and service was great. I ordered the Greek omelet. Delish. If anyone is in Rehoboth, I suggest going.
I only wish one thing about this restaurant and that is it was my neighborhood restaurant. Its a 2-hour drive from my house. My daughter and I had our first visit to this restaurant for breakfast. Oh my goodness. The best food for breakfast. Now this is what diner food is all about. I am used to New Jersey diner food. Here I found it right in Rehoboth. The best. I had an incredible omelette. My daughter had chocolate chip pancakes bigger than her face way more than she could eat. And the staff were just so sweet and friendly. I felt like family
We discovered Robin hood for breakfast and loved the atmosphere and food. People were friendly and customers as well as employees made us feel welcome. We ate one meal there the whole 3 days we were in Rehoboth Beach.
We decided to go to Ocean City, MD to get away but there were no decent restaurants open. Hence we drove to Rehoboth Beach to see what they had to offer. We had two surprises. The landmark sign for “Dolles Salt Water Taffy” was being removed from its historical roof top location due to a family feud. What a disappointment. It was such an icon where we could tell folks to meet by the “Dolles” sign. We were told that the sign would be exhibited in the Rehoboth Beach Museum. The question now is where do we meet friends. We found a gold mine: Robin Hood Restaurant. Simple foods are not that simple to execute. But this restaurant knows how to do it. I started with the soup of the day. It was fantastic and served piping hot, just the way I like it. I was surprised to see eggs benedict on the menu and had to try it. I never pass up eggs benedict. It was delicious and hot! The hollandaise sauce was as light as a feather and flavorful. The entree 2 eggs over easy with sausage and home fries was another hit. The sausage was so succulent and explosive in flavors. We were so impressed that we came back the next day before we headed home. We had 2 different servers and they were wonderful. The kitchen here knows how to please their guests. Nothing better than good food with good service. Bravo!
This place has been around for as long as I can remember. The coffee tasted about as old, sadly. Food was fine. It is a no frills local spot that is a hardworking family business. I love the idea and that it isnt a chain. I wish they could turn the food up a notch. But as a dive diner, it is what it is. The staff is super friendly.
Cold French toast and hotcakes. They literally just put a plasticky slice cheese on top of eggs, the bathroom smells like an outhouse. Flavor was lacking but maybe this food flavor and environment is more the locals taste bc I felt that you cant charge that much with that quality. The server was ok and thats why they didnt get 0 starts
It was my first trip to Rehoboth and I hope not my last. The waitress was wonderful and very attentive despite the trouble with a very rambunctious family at the table near us. It was awful that she had to play babysitter to their kids. She was great! As was the wonderful spinach and cheese omelet that I had for breakfast. I only regret not asking what kind of cheese was in there. It was delicious!
It was a great place previously, got breakfast there today but the place was initially packed. Came back, got seated right away but the waitress was incredibly loud, scatterbrained, and abrasive. The food was very good, but we were attempted-guilt-tripped into giving a better tip.Last visit was low key and relaxed, this time, the best part was the bussing staff who seemed apologetic.
Drooped by Rehoboth Boardwalk on a rainy day and found this small café tucked on the min street. Very good friendly service inside and we enjoyed the BLT and Crab cake sandwich. Nice of the staff to take pictures.
Very good place! The breakfast omelet I had way SUPER GOOD...the house fries were cooked perfect. 🍳 Took awhile to be seated 💺but that is common right now. Love how after a nice breakfast you could walk to the board walk which was right down the way (see pictures). Definitely would eat here again.
Breakfast options are abundant and reasonably priced. Everyone was friendly and tentative. If you are looking for "home cooking" along with "family style service" this is a great spot. Coffee was delicious as well as the breakfast ham and home fries. My other half ordered chipped beef gravy and home fries which was generously portioned. The atmosphere is that at home diner feel, which is always great.
Robin Hood might look very plain from the outside, but its one of the better breakfast places in Rehoboth. Its usually packed, but the service and speed is amazing. Ive never had a bad meal at this place and Ive been going for decades. The French toast is easily one of the best bets here.
