My daughter needed a dress at the last minute because her dress didnt come. I order online and paid for fast delivery never came. So we was on the hunt for a dress. I called Rocios boutique, and, got a quick appointment went today got a gorgeous dress for my daughter Im so happy that we found Rocio Boutique. I will be back for all my special occasions. Se rented the suit for my daughters 15 bday and everybodys there and everything was fine until the return we went next day (sundaythe open light was on but nobody was in there so we left next day (mondayshe tx me the suit need to be back (when they close at 6, try to call never aswer, next morning around 11:30 am treath me that if I didnt return it she wont gave back the $50 deposit so I went and deliver it aroun 1:00 and with a ironic tone of voice she said that the mail ship already and wont give me the deposit back , I try to reason with her cause they never told me anything when I pick it and she argued that she told everybody, I tx her I was very disappointed and I would consider next time to go somewhere else and she make a face and said Ill have it in consideration too Ill give 0 stars to this store seriously.
