If there was a zero star i would give u 0. I ordered springroll NOODLE then turned out they gave me rice instead. How on earth you eat springroll with rice. Next time please learn how to confirm the order with your customers first

Has become quite expensive and not really worth it anymore in my opinion. Today I tried the crispy pork rice bowl for $15. The flavours were very bland and the quantity and quality of the pork was very average. You could get much better quality for less in surrounding restaurants like GLLOW. Thank you for the quick and friendly service however.

Banh mi was lovely, wished it were salty instead of sweet.

Good baos for the discounted price. I use the promotions from EatClub to order in advance with 30% off. Sometimes the bao buns are a bit saggy.

Worst banh mi Ive ever had, boiling hot microwaved meat, soggy roll and overpriced.local Viet bakery far better option

The rice paper was way too hard, the pork was dry and overall lacking of flavours. Would not return as it was overpriced at $13.10 for three rolls, unpleasant experience.

Love visiting the shop whenever Im in the mood for fresh light but flavoursome Vietnamese. Staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Tasty yet healthy options of food! My favourite is their range of baos :)

The staff I had was attentive, she was making sure the beef pho was cooked for me (currently pregnant), the service was wonderful :)

Worst food.Soup was too cold to cook noodle and beef. I could not eat that noodle soup. I will never visit like a this shop.

Cant go wrong with the rice paper rolls a.k.a soldiers and baos from Rolld. Perfect as a quick snack or acts as the ultimate side to your meal. Fresh ingredients, great flavours - whats not to love about them? Also tried out the Pork and Prawn Goi, light and zesty flavours abound in this salad.

The guy working there is really rude

Each time i have been here i have been short-changed. Imagine the times the customer does not notice. Makes you wonder if it is company policy! 20 cents here 50 cents there!

Food is fresh but a bit bland. I prefer a home style approach to Asian food. This is a bit too studied within an inch of its life. If you havent experienced Vietnamese food, it world be a good/gentle introduction. A welcome addition to the Malvern Central food offerings.

Wow ,what amazing staff member who served me ,wish I had of got her name to pop up in this review,she kept asking me which sauce I would like from the menu .i ,don’t knowing the system just asked for Soya sauce.Sadly it looks like soya sauce isn’t one of the Choices.🙁The very lovely n sweet worker asked me again a few times which sauce I would like n I stupidly kept asking for soya sauce ,she very sweetly smiled at me n went out the back n personally filled two tiny containers with soya sauce .Now that’s what I call services,so kind n thoughtful .as I said I’m sorry I didn’t get her name so her managers know which worker Went beyond and above her duties .Thank you 😊

Nice food

I have to say the staff at this store are particularly lovely; always providing a genuine greeting and goodbye and affable under pressure. An excellent product and service every time - love it.

Super busy , Best to go early morning just as they open or late afternoon. Spring rolls tasted stale but the fish soldier was fantastic. Free parking downstairs

Had chicken roll. Very nice but very tight on fillings. Felt like it needed 50% more in the roll

literally the worst Bahn Mi Ive ever had.

While the food was what one would expect from a utility food type restaurant (mediocre), the service was absolutely abysmal. I waited almost 15 minutes for my meal and that was because the employee kept doing something else like, restocking, speaking with the manager and serving other customers. I watched as my filled bowl of Pho sat on the counter with literally 2 tasks left to complete for 10 mins, to be closed and put in a bag. Unacceptable and infuriating.

Rocked up at 6.15pm and they were closed??
