Richard Greenway was an amazing sales associate, he was kind, he didn’t pressure us to buy anything, and he was understanding of our needs. He was more like a friend instead of just a sales person. Thanks to him we are now going to have an amazing sofa that is so comfortable and we will spent more family time together.

BUYER BE AWARE!!!!!!Please, dont waste your hard earned money on this place. This is how my brand new furniture was delivered to my home. It was thrown out of the truck like trash. You can see the couch and cushions laying in the rocks, sand and dirt. They even left screws and a manual to any delivery in the street. So, another delivery wouldnt be able to have there bedroom furniture put together. The whole customer service team was not very helpful. It took a long time to get a replacement and they refused to give a discount. I had to take several days off with without pay in order to make arrangements for delivery. The manager at the orange park location refused to give any kind of discount. Just dont waste your time or money. This has been a nightmare.

My family and I went in today and it was a pleasure being there. Our sales person was Carlos Garcia and he was very nice and showed us different options for the sofa we wanted. He also went over the delivery and payment options. I will definitely go back to see Carlos! Thank you Carlos!

We came in looking for a specific style couch. Yanis was super friendly. Checked in on us while looking. And was ready to help when we decided. Everything was quick and easy and she was knowledgeable and friendly. We got our couch and a new kitchen table! We will definitely be back to do business with her again!

Justin Martin was the sales rep that helped us pick out the furniture for our new home. He was amazing! He answered every question we had and made sure we got the best deal possible. Didn’t make us feel pressured into buying anything we didn’t want and he was patient with us as we looked at every item in the store. Overall I would give this experience more than five stars if I could. If you are in the market for furniture you should definitely go see Justin!

Theresa was an amazing help! She was very informative and sweet as could be helping us make the decisions for the new home we just purchased! After her help and showing us everything Rooms To Go had to offer we feel very pleased and confident in our choices we made today! Cannot wait for delivery and if we ever need to furnish another room I would definitely come back and have Theresa’s help in doing so!

My sales associate, Mr. James Bailey was very professional and courteous. He corrected an earlier error that was made in my choice of bed colors (not his error). And helped me with the purchase of a bedside table and lamp. I left the store a very satisfied customer! Thanks!!

We went to Rooms to Go for the first time a couple of days ago. We loved it. The furniture was great, the prices were reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. Yanis helped us with our purchases and she was very helpful. We will definitely be going back for any furniture we need in the future.

Our family recently went furniture shopping at Rooms to go. We had such a great experience. Mark helped us and he was amazing. As soon as we entered he offered us help. He wasnt pushy, gave us our space but assisted us the entire time with details and information regarding everything we were interested in. Very patient. Richard was extremely helpful and provided a lot of information for us when we were shopping for a new mattress. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what hes selling to ensure the buyer gets what they need for good quality sleep. We appreciate the time he spent with us to show us the options that were available. We highly recommend him and the next time we are looking for furniture we would seek him out!

I really liked their products. We worked with Jared who was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their products. We went into the store one day, but did not buy anything. We asked him for his card without promise of returning. A few days later we knew what we wanted and went back to the store. He ordered our new furniture but did not press us to buy any over our budget. A great experience.

James was fantastic and very informative. He let my wife and I take your time and look around to make sure we made the right choice. I would recommend Rooms to go to everyone. James went out of his way to move end tables to each of our chairs we selected to make sure colors were matching.

I had a really great experience with Rooms To Go. Carlos Garcia met me at the door and told where bedrooms sets were on display, he was always close by to answer any of my questions. He was very helpful, friendly and professional, he showed me lots of options for my bedroom and I totally love the mattress he suggested for the bedroom set I got. He explained all the paper work and the warranty in great detail. I will definitely go back and probably get a night stand and lamp once the furniture gets delivered and set up.I just have to see what I’m working with after it is done and see what kind of room I have left after it’s all set up. I have always love the style and the selections that Room To Go offers. There furniture is great quality that lasts for years. I had recently given my sister my bedroom set which I brought in 2007, still in great shape and very durable and made for longevity. That is how I know Rooms to Go has high quality furniture. I’m a repeat customer because I total I have brought 3 bedroom sets, a living room and dining room set from them prior to my latest purchase.

Justin did a great job selling us our new sectional. Friendly and knowledgeable of the products. He knew what we wanted right from the start, took us to the Mac Daddy sectional. After sitting, reclining and pushing every possible button throughout the store we went right back to the first one. We will definitely come back when we need something else.

Richard Greenway was an excellent help throughout our entire furniture shopping experience. He was patient, and very thorough in his explanations, making absolutely sure we had all of the information needed prior to our purchase. My husband and I have been trying to find a couch for our house for over a month, and our time with Richard was the most efficient, informative, and comfortable experience weve had out of all the places that we looked. If we could give him more stars, we would.

Listen, if you are in need of decorating and/or redecorating your home, do yourself a favor and go see Carlos. He’s PROFESSIONAL, Knowledgeable, just all around Amazing! We were greeted and helped immediately, yet the lady that helped us was not pushy or over barring. She was helpful and polite. She asked questions about my unborn child, gender etc. and made recommendations accordingly, we were left alone to look around when it was clear we just wanted to look and helped without asking when we would lol up for someone to help. Justin was the coolest and most helpful sales person! He has the most fun and engaging personality!! He knows SO much about mattresses, pillows, sleep science and was so helpful in choosing mattresses as well as furniture. His beard is the best too! James was such a big help! It was my first big furniture purchase and he made it an ease. I have a very strict delivery date and he was able to show me options that were available but still within budget and taste. Great experience!

Called Friday July 01,2022 to check for certain sectionals. I spoke to Justin and he was able to help us. He was very nice. He met us with a smile on his face. He checked inventory for all the pieces we were interested. We got what we wanted. A piece of the sectional and the end table is on back order until August. We don’t mind the back order because we’re are remodeling the first floor. Overall we left the store with a smile on our faces and very satisfied. I’m looking forward to working with Justin again.

My husband, our two kids and myself went to Rooms To Go to shop for a mattress. We were instantly greeted by Abe. He was super friendly and asked what we were looking for. We told him and he showed us a few that he thought we’d like. While we were there, we also started looking at couches and ended up with an entire living room set and the mattress; not because we got ‘sold,’ but because I wanted to give him our business. This took SEVERAL hours of going back and forth and Abe allowed us to look around while checking in with us often to make sure we didn’t have questions.I can’t tell you how awesome our experience was because of Abe. He’s such a down to earth and friendly person (with a great sense of humor that we felt like we’ve known him our entire life. I’ve worked in sales and customer service most of my life so I (admittedlyhave high expectations…. I cannot stand pushy salespeople and he never once made us feel like that or tried to rush us since we were taking a LONG time to decide; he just gave us the space we needed and called on him when necessary . Even when our kids started to get restless (which didn’t take long), he treated them with kindness; my 5 yr old even gave him a hug when we left.Anyways…. I’m not much for reviews because I rarely get customer service that exceeds my expectations, but Abe is THAT guy. I swear I’ve never met this man before and I still took the time to write all of this because he was that impressive. We will be going back to get a dining room set so long as he’s there.Trust me on this one…if you go, just ask for Abe….

Just left store went to buy my daughter a desk but also ended up buying here a sectional living room set and beautiful TV console to go with it. Amanda helped her this time again. I needed help purchasing a chest that goes with the bedroom set I purchased 2 weeks ago and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mr. Mark. Very professional and also great customer service. He explained the insurance I will receive on it and also made sure that I had everything I needed. Hard to believe he just started. He fits in great with this store and company. Wish you much success Mr. Mark and as I said before I shall be back really soon. I refuse to go to any other Rooms To Go. You guys ROCK!!!

When I walked in, Justin met me with a smile and directed me to the recliners I had picked out, he even moved furniture to allow me to recline them all the way! He knew the products and gave me a few extra choices to choose from! And the price was good. The process was quick and easy and Justin was a pleasure to work with! I mentioned that my son was a Marine and he gave me a commutative coin for him and thanked him for his Service!

Justin at Rooms To Go in Orange Park was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We went in looking to buy a new bed, not really sure what we were looking for. He showed us several options, didn’t try to pressure us into buying something we didn’t like or try to up-sell us. Justin also helped us with financing and helped us get more than we were initially approved for. It was a great experience and I highly recommended Rooms to Go in Orange Park and will definitely buy from Justin again

Went to Rooms to Go to pick up a sofa. Great selection, and decent prices. It was Amanda that made me want to go back a second time though and to bring my friends. She was friendly, down to earth, and lovely to purchase from. Five stars for Amanda!!

Carlos was the biggest help! He was friendly helpful and so knowledgeable. He made sure to show us all the options on the beds we were looking for and helped explain the differences of each and each moving bed frame. He gave A+ customer service and ensured that we will be customers for life! My husband and I are so so grateful for his help!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Orange Park Rooms To Go. Our sales person, Amanda Evans was exceptional and is the reason we not only bought from here, but would come back here in the future. She is extremely knowledgeable but best of all, Amanda works with customers for the benefit of the customer. She actually made this a joyful and fun experience. We would definitely come back to this store and when we do, we will be looking for Amanda.

Rooms To Go -OP was a great experience for my training and I. Our salesman, Carlos, was there to help us every step of the way. He greeted us at the door and gave us the deals we would find throughout the store. I loved that he gave us space to roam, but always stayed closed enough to answer any questions adwe had. He is very knowledgeable and personable. We would love to work with him on our future purchases as well.

We had the pleasure of working with Anthony Criswell. He was so friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in. He answered all my questions, which I had many! He knew everything I asked too, which is nice he was so knowledgeable. We came in looking for a bed and that’s what we got! Mark Randolph was our sales Associate. We thoroughly enjoyed his professionalism and non pushy salesmanship. We went in looking for a couch and bought a full set with tables. Great shopping experience. Our sales rep, Anthony, was very helpful and wasn’t pushy! We went there for a couch, preferably a sectional. They had a ton of great options and Anthony helped us customize the one we decided on to best fit our needs.

Richard was a great sales agent! Rooms to Go has a great selection of in-stock furniture that hasn’t been crazy marked up which almost impossible to find these days. We have shopped at different Rooms to Go’s throughout the years and this experience was so easy. We were in and out in about 30 minutes and Richard was super helpful without hovering or following us around the store, which was so nice. Definitely will be back to purchase more items for our house!

I would recommend not doing business with R2G.I dont post negative reviews but this is ridiculous.Ordered bedroom set online a month and a half ago. Came in this week to be delivered and assembled. They completed it in 25 minutes, delivery guys left before I could inspect it. After looking it over there were a ton of problems that the delivery guys failed to mention. Multiple pieces were damaged on the dresser, the bedframe was assembled poorly, dressers drawers were not assembled properly, and other smaller issues.Going through support is a nightmare. Every response of theirs takes an entire 24 hrs. communicating with them is insane. The best they could do was send someone out in 3 weeks to look at the furniture, then they will decide what to do from there.I waited a month an a half, took off work all day (commissioned), paid to have it assembled, only to have this poorly built furniture sitting in my bedroom after paying full price for the set.

Of all the times that I have come into Rooms To Go, Abe gave the best customer service!! He was very attentive immediately after I entered the store and he gave a lot of information on the items I had my eyes set on. He informed me of the different sizes and different color combinations as well as the layaway option and free delivery service. He is definitely a great asset to Rooms to Go in Orange Park 😊!!!

Overall excellent experience today at Rooms To Go. Greeted by James immediately upon entering the showroom. Simply explained what our room layout was and what we were interested in looking at and James pointed my Family and I in the direction that he felt would have best suited our needs. James gave us space while we browsed but also popped in every 5-10 minutes to follow-up and make sure we didnt have any questions. Needless to say we closed the deal on a couple pieces of furniture.

After he greeted us & told us take our time & look, answered a couple small questions we went looking around. As I was going to look for him he found us. Took the time with us & made the sale. Richard Greenway greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. He was very polite and knowledgeable about helping me find the right mattress for me.
