Roselyns is the best! Her cookies and desserts are so scrumptious and the staff is so friendly!!! Have to make this one of your frequemt stops in LV for sure!

Walked in and sat down with yhe wife and kids, waited, waited, waited, stood up and went to the counter to order. Pizzas were almost burnt on the sides and very oily! Nothing Italian about these pizzas at all. 43 bucks for pre made dough 14" pizzas and very poor customer service. As were walking out, they went to someone elses table to take their order, but I had to go up there when I came in. Weird. Not going back.

I had the pleasure to meet the owner, Mr. Patrick, and his wonderful Bakery and Cafe when my friend visited me. We died and went straight to heaven!OMG.... the lunch was just superb! BEYOND 10 STARS!The canolis: OMG the ABSOLUTELY BEST EVER!Normally, I do notlike them but now they are one of my absolute favorites! We ordered from Roslyn’s for the first time last night and let me tell you the service was above and beyond , the girl stayed there until I was able to get my order and the food was AMAZING ! thank you for great food and great service far and few between anymore but you guys went above !!!!!

Overpriced. Rock hard cupcakes. Moldy food. Terrible customer service.My purchase was for 2 cupcakes, a berry cheesecake slice, a chocolate cheesecake slice, and a strawberry shortcake slice. The total came to $29.15.When I expressed interest in cupcakes, the owner said they were "probably past their prime," but that hed give a discount and have them be 50 cents each. Wow, did he undersell just how past their prime they were. Had I held them before paying, it wouldve been an immediate "no thanks." I got to my hotel 10 minutes after making our purchase, tried the cupcakes, and they were hard throughout, and had a complete lack of flavor. I then noticed that I was overcharged for the cupcakes: instead of 50 cents each, he charged us 5 times that amount for each. I called, he initially said I was wrong, but then caught his error when he went line by line; to his credit, he immediately issued a $4.98 refund.I put the three other purchases in the fridge hoping that theyd be better than the cupcakes, and Id planned on serving them to friends that evening. I took them out 2 hours later, went to open one of the containers, and was greeted with mold. Not just a little bit; it was everywhere. At this point, it was after 6 PM so theyd closed for the day. I took these pictures and hoped to call when they were next open. I threw both cheesecakes and the shortcake away because I couldnt trust the food.I called this morning on Wednesday (their voicemail says word for word that they "are closed as of May 30th on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday," the owner disputes that fact, and says they are open on Tuesday). I explained that Id like a refund for the entire purchase since the food was moldy, and none of it could be used due to food safety concerns. He said hed issued a refund, but didnt say for how much. When prompted again, he said only for the clearly moldy item. I again requested a full refund ($16.52and said it seemed reasonable given the food safety concerns, and was met with incredible hostility. "I have all 5 star reviews! You didnt immediately return it! The berries are fresh! I refund whats moldy, not what might be bad! Theyre individually packaged, the rest was probably fine!"Their hours prevented me from returning it same day. I wont keep moldy food in my hotel fridge. The dessert was definitely not fresh if its moldy. Im not going to chance the other desserts when one has the amount of mold shown in the photos. Individually packaged makes sense, but my trust in his food handling and safety practices are incredibly low if hes selling food that could be that moldy in his display case.In the end, he refused to give a refund for the other items. The benefit of paying with a credit card is that you can dispute the charge for clearly damaged goods.

The atmosphere of this place is amazing. We bought some cannolis, ate one in the car and immediately had to head right back in for more! If I could Id give this place 10 stars! If you were hesitant about this place have no fears I assure you it is amazing!

Very lovely service and the gelato is fantastic. I could not recommend this place more.

We came right before closing for a sweet treat and left with a bag full of goodies. Even though it was the end of the day the canoli was still amazing. Well definitely be back!

I ordered the mushroom and sausage pizza, but it did not have the mushrooms. It looked nothing like what was pictured, when I ordered it. The pizza was okay tasting, nothing special. I also ordered the 3 pack cookies. They were hard as a rock, stale, and I could smell cigarette smoke. I ordered through Door Dash, and the gal was very nice that delivered it, and no fault of hers.

Gave me nasty stale cookies. They were harder than rocks the container had no packaging and no labeling. I had no idea the ingredients, when it was baked, or when it was packaged. Its a disgrace really they cant call themselves a bakery with product like this

So friendly and helpful! Their carrot cake is some of the best Ive had!! I plan to go back and try some of everything!!

This is the second time weve been here, but forgot to take pictures the first time. Had the cannoli and their Lent special, a shrimp Alfredo pizza. Both were delicious and I probably couldve kept eating cannoli all night. Will definitely be a repeat place to visit.

Today we tried the Italian ice and gelato, which was superb! We noticed they also sell Italian food, cookies, and all kinds of delicacies, so we will definitely be back to try more!

This is an experience with their partnership with a delivery service and then not honoring their posted hours. I placed an order I couldn’t cancel on my end because the person picking it up said the business is closed. The actual sticker on the window states 10am, at nearly 11 there was no one there and the phone went unanswered. They should not partner with delivery apps and allow people to place orders costing time, and tying up funds until refunds can be processed. Those apps know when stores report their hours to them, so if they were in fact closed then it wouldn’t have even let me order. Didn’t even get to try the food and I don’t have any desire to after this experience.

Great ravioli, white pizza, gelato, cheesecake and lemon shortcake. Friendly owner!

I would not go here again for the food, it was overpriced and mediocre. Had to go back in for some missing items and it wasn’t until I got back home that I noticed mold on the bread they gave us. Pizza was okay but the pasta wasn’t worth it.

I hope to go back to give this place another try. But as far as pizza... I would not compare this to NY style. Not even a little bit. And I think our pizza was undercooked (as pictured). It was way too soft on the bottom.. like eating fresh soft dough with flour. Toppings were good though.

My boys and I went there for lunch and they had a blast! The staff was so sweet and friendly! The pizza was soooooo delish and oh my the short cake was superb! We’ll definitely be back!!!

100% will return for the amazing food and gelato. Great and friendly owner and staff. And cant wait to try the mini bundt.

Delicious triple chocolate and lemoncello cakes!! Also tried the Italian ice and yum!! Grabbed a loaf of fresh baked bread for dinner and was NOT disappointed. Light and soft and so good. Cannot wait to try more if their foods!

Where to start...Their bread pudding is incredible!The seafood ravioli with pink alfredo sauce is delicious (my favorite)!My 2 year old son tries to put their large Italian cream puffs in his mouth all at once and then will ask for “more yummy num nums”.My 13 year old stole my Italian cream puff the last time we had them.So to say the very least, we LOVE the Italian cream puffs!They went out of their way to make an off season, last minute sweet potato pie for my friends birthday - which they absolutely loved!They also went out of their way to suggest and help alter a pasta dish for my son, who struggles with red sauce.The whole crew is incredibly personable and professional!The curb side service is very prompt.Needless to say, we have been there a minimum of 10 times and will definitely keep going back to, not only get the things we already love, but to also experience new things.

The food was amazing! Truly the best cannolis I’ve ever had and I can honestly say they are in the top 3 of my favorite desserts! It takes sooo much will power to not allow myself to go there daily. I also want to mention that their customer service is top notch.

The owner is very nice! Stopped in and had 3 different slices of cheesecake! All amazing. The gelato is very good also. I am excited to return & try their pastas!!

The best cheesecake and cannoli I’ve hand in a long time. I even had a special ricotta cheesecake made for my family. They deliver durning covid-19 pandemic. I have eaten the ravioli, lasagna, and stuffed shells, with a family salad and garlic bread. The salad was beautiful and the pasta was delicious. We be going again and again!!

I have now tried the key lime cheesecake and the banana cheesecake. They were fantastic. My son said he picked up a pound of their Italian sausage and sauce and they were outstanding as well. Next I need to try the cannoli.

Called and ordered some sweets for my loves. Ordered several different flavors of gelato and some eclairs and cream puffs and they were all delicious. Gelato was very creamy with lots of flavor and just delicious. The pastries light and airy and sweet but not too sweet. I wanted to get some Sfogliatella too but they were out of them. I guess I’m not the only one who enjoys them, they are my fav!! I’ll try again at the end of the week. Ordering on the phone was easy. I believe it was James, sorry if I got his name wrong, who helped me. He took his time to tell me all the gelato flavors, there were quite a few, and made me feel like I was in the store staring at all the flavors. He gave me the option to pay via phone or in person. When I called to say I was there, he came out quickly with a smile and gloves on. Not my first time at Roselyn’s, definitely not my last, but it is my first time ordering for pickup. So fast and so easy. But, he said he does deliver to Lansing so next we might try delivery for dinner and dessert. No cannolis tonight, even though they’re a favorite too. Wanted to try something new. So glad they are part of the Leavenworth small business community. Great to have a small town Italian bakery nearby. Makes my heart and tummy happy. Keep up the great work!!

This place is absolutely amazing. We ordered a lasagna, chocolate cake, and limoncello cake. All of the items were absolutely amazing!! We have also had the cannolis and they are delicious as well! Keep up the great work.

There isnt much left for us to try there as we have tried it ALL and go back repeatedly for more!!! I LOVE the seafood ravioli with pink sauce. The homemade garlic bread.. I cant wait to see what else Glen brings to the store!!

After hearing wonderful things about Roselyns, I ordered a blueberry cheesecake for dessert on Easter. From the time I ordered it over the phone until I picked it up curbside, the service was great. The cheesecake was absolutely phenomenal - nearly made two grown men cry when they first tasted it. 😊 It was completely gone by the next day. We will definitely be ordering from them again!

Wonderful desserts and baked goods. My daughter and I would go every Friday after school to get a sweet treat. I ordered the manicotti for my family the other night and it was delicious. We said next time we would order a second loaf of garlic bread because it was gone because I even got to sit at the table! Lol

Cannolis are my favorite and my dad bought me some from here and they were delicious! We got the regular shell and chocolate coated. They were so good that the next time I went back “home,” I went out of my way to stop and grab some more. Light, crunchy shell with sweet, airy cannoli cream! A little pricey, but I’m willing to pay for quality and I’d call the price point comparable to Kansas City bakeries.

Somebody’s posting fake name one-star reviews. Don’t believe it. This is a wonderful place to eat and they’ve been hanging in there with their wonderful treats for us throughout the pandemic. I love it all—the cheesecake, the cannoli, the lasagna, and especially the manicotti. I haven’t tried the gelato but that’s next in my list. I love RoseLyn’s!!!

I requested a Strawberry cheesecake for our anniversary, they had it ready promptly the next day. When I went to pick it up we had some great conversation and I bought a few other treats to try as well. He let me try one of his famous cannolis, probably the best Ive ever had! And once I got home and we got into that cheesecake it was the most delicious cheesecake weve both ever had! Everything is made fresh and delicious, I highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I are stationed at Fort Leavenworth and having Roselyn’s here has been SUCH a welcomed blessing! It’s been ages since we have been somewhere that offers authentic Italian comfort food, REAL gelato, and the most amazing homemade cheesecakes and baked goods under the sun!The family that owns it is as kind, amazing and generous as their food is - they go above and beyond to serve our community and are dedicated to providing the very best for all who enter their doors.If you ever are near Leavenworth, KS do yourself a favor and put Roselyn’s 1st City Bakery as a MUST VISIT on your list!! Each meal I have had has been delicious. If I ask for an amendment in any way it’s always accommodated. The owner is not ever hesitant to answer questions and always has a smile. The deserts are delicious as well. I see a couple reviews that question the prices. These are quality ingredients and authentic.

If you want your own slice of little Italy, this business serves it up in many ways!! Their cheesecake is phenomenal, the cannolis are fabulous, their bakery in general is fantastic. And if you’re not one for baked goods, their lasagna and manicotti and stuffed pasta shells are just the beginning of what they have in store for you. I recommend this place to everyone!

My youngest son and I had made this our lunch spot prior to the pandemic; our entire family loves the lasagna! We were unable to celebrate his birthday with a normal party and his friends, but thanks to Roselyn’s I could still give him the lasagna and cheesecake he asked for <3There is no better cheesecake around- our family has tried them all and none of them hold up to Roselyn’s. Yes, some are cheaper, but you can taste that they are cheaper! I would rather pay for greatness than save a few bucks any day!

I recommended Roselyns to an out of town friend who was looking for a way to send a birthday cheesecake to her son. She ended up ordering pasta, cheesecake and cannoli. I went and picked it up and the young lady who brought it out to my car was super sweet and helpful, and the products were AMAZING. I didnt try them, but I did get cannoli for myself and they were the best cannoli Ive ever had. Literally. Ever. Cannoli is my favorite pastry, so Ive had a lot.

I have been delighted with my experience with Roselyns! To start my curbside lunch lasagna fabulous! The gelato was amazing too. I cant wait for my next visit and cheesecake experience! As wonderful as the food is it pales compared to the fantastic customer service. In this crazy world of distancing they provided safe, speedy service with a warmth that makes you feel valued and welcomed. It is definitely worth the trip even if you dont live in Leavenworth! Your tastebuds will thank you!

I ordered my cherry cheesecake and it was ready the next day and omg it was so thick and so good! I plan on trying other flavors as soon as possible! Keep up the great work and bless you for serving us!! You guys Rock!

We were blessed to have friends send us lasagna, bread, and salad from Roselyn’s this evening and it was fantastic! It was still hot when delivered. I have three picky eaters who wanted me to pass along how much they loved the lasagna. I can’t wait to try the desserts next!

I bought the meat and cheese lasagna, a loaf of bread with garlic butter and cheese, and 2 slices ovf the cherry cheesecake brought it home and cooked it...it was absolutely amazing! It was also my first time there...very friendly and helpful...great place. Will definitely be going back. Definitely recommend them for lunch or take home dinner...you definitely will not regret it...

The cheesecakes are so light and fluffy and not overly sweet, a near perfect cheesecake. Every dessert Ive got here has been great but they are on the pricey side, especially for Leavenworth. Im used to paying $7 for a small dessert in Portland but this isnt Portland. 😁 Ill continue to splurge here as long as I can afford it, both money and calorie wise. I also wish they had their prices listed as I like to make sure I have enough cash to cover my purchase to save small businesses on their credit card fees.

Their desserts are very good but way too expensive. A slice of *small* cheesecake is $7 ($2 more and smaller than any other Leavenworth bakery). They also dont have their prices listed anywhere and that is very off-putting. Service is also a little slow and more than once, Ive gotten frosting or other desserts smeared on my box. I unfortunately wont be returning even though I like their desserts.

My first trip there I stopped for a cannoli and ended up getting the sausage , peppers and onions as well. Everything was so delicious. My second time was just as amazing . I bought a piece of lemon cake and a slice of the almond cheesecake and had a hoagie for lunch. I definitely recommend this wonderful bakery and will back in the future to try more that they have to offer.

Wonderful wonderful staff! I also had some mac and cheese for lunch and the next day I just knew I had to have more! So I called and placed an order for a WHOLE plain cheesecake! It was made in a quick manner (as quick as you can for cheesecake of course ;It was so light and creamy and the best I have EVER had! If you are looking for some yummy treats I recommend Roselyn’s! I will be back for many more slices of cheesecakes and to try some different things!

I ordered the pumpkin cheesecake for my familys Christmas dinner. Warm polite and prompt service with ordering and picking it up! I never expected such a large wonderful cheesecake. .I was amazed at the size of it! My family loved it. .even one who doesnt particularly care for cheesecake. Good stuff and will definitely order again.

My daughter and I went for our first time a week ago, got 3 different flavors of cheesecakes. Gingerbread, blueberry and caramel , they were the absolute best I’ve ever eaten! The cannoli delicious!! Just stopped by today to try the pineapple cheesecake! Can’t wait to go home and eat it! I highly recommend this bakery, the nicest people you would ever want to meet!
