Wow. Should of read the reviews before coming here. I tried to have an outing with my three young kids, but I guess the older women working here come from the “kids should be seen, not heard” generation. It’s honestly sad. You try and do something educational with your children, but the people working there expect your young children to be silent. Ha!

not a kid friendly place, whatsoever! i went there with my two youngest children and there was this oneold lady who was SO RUDE to my seven year old daughter. she should seriously be ashamed of herself.

They have some of the rudest people working here. They’re as old as the mansion itself! They’re not only RUDE, but hardly have any idea what they’re talking about.

Nearby Seaford is home to the historic Governor Ross Mansion. Visitors to the area can learn about the history surrounding this property with a guided tour with The Seaford Historical Society.The large brick mansion was constructed in the mid-1800s and was the home of William Henry Harrison Ross and his family. Besides the mansion itself, the 20-acre grounds are also home to the slave quarters, a granary, stables, and a smokehouse.
