We have gone through them for 15 years for home owners insurance. We are in the process of purchasing a new home, so of course we decided to use them for insurance on our new place. This house has gone through all of the necessary inspections and appraisals (and appraised for much more than the sales agreement), but they all of a sudden couldnt even run it through any insurance company. They couldnt say why, though. We found a different local company that insured the house within the hour, and Ill switch our other policy for our other house to them as well. Basically, they almost made us lose this house for no reason that they could give to us. Very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Was a loyal customer for many years and paid off my insurance fees annually. Probably one of their easiest clients to work with. I called them and let them know that I had moved to Ohio. The only thing that they recommended I do was switch the registration of my car from PA to Ohio. I jumped on it and got it done. Several months later I received a letter stating that my insurance would not be renewed. They did not even bother to call me after all my years of loyalty. Pretty weak Erie Insurance. I will never sign up for any other insurance affiliated with you guys again. Way to burn a bridge.
