Had a great time and Colby was a fantastic guide!

My family and I had an absolute blast!!! We loved the green wave runners. The staff was very nice and helpful from arrival. The girls got us all checked in and then our guide gave us some instructions to make sure we were safe. The area he took us to was so large and docking was super easy when we got back. We can’t wait to come back again!!

Dock dog = happy wife. Hour of going fast = happy kids. Brand new, clean skis = happy me. Seriously good time at a good price. One of the few places you come across with decent customer service with responsible young people working there. You could tell that our guide Colby cared about our safety and us having a good time.

Guess Im just used to doing these things as excursions on trips and having to pay for every little thing. Was super excited when their employee, Colby, offered to take pics of me and my crew while we were out on the water. No one needs another selfie! Go where they take care of the customer.

I took 6 teens jet skiing and Route 54 Watersports is the place to go. They balanced safety and fun expertly. Our guide Colby did a fantastic job leading us and keeping everyone safe. We all had a blast! Highly recommend. G

So much fun! Well worth the $. We rented three wave runners for an hour. Our guide Cameron was super friendly and very attentive to our safety. Cant wait to do it again.

Our boat kept stalling. Had to to be towed back.This is happened in 2019, should have done so then.

I was disappointed with the condition of the boat we rented. Using bleach before right before getting on the boat was unacceptable. The bleach ruined one our daughters outfit with no credit orAcknowledgment of issue. Would not recommend renting from this place. .

My wife and I rented a pontoon boat and had a great experience. The boat was immaculate and higher line than other rental companies we have used in the past. Pricing was fair and the service was great. We will use them again.

Rented one of the black and yellow water skis, I believe it was a Yamaha VXR.. the parking was nice, beautiful location and fairly friendly staff. My issue was mainly with the equipment.. warning the guide 4-5 times that the Water Ski was extremely unstable and felt as if the steering was very vague. He claimed to us that we should go faster but every time we did it would randomly jolt “right” almost throwing us off the ski. Pretty scary so we decided to take it easier but was then warned about being to close to one of the islands.. we understand that the riding area was small but when the guide told us where we could ride it was a conversation in the middle of the bay and could hardly hear him. Many other boaters also out but that was the nature of a busy weekend. There was only 2 of us on the ski, I build race cars and motorcycles for a living and if a customer told me there was a issue they felt while riding I would have done things differently. First change out the ski, especially since there was 4 others parked ready to ride. Next would have the ski checked immediately. Also the water was not too choppy. Maybe time for some tuneups or better yet newer skis. Give 4 stars for the place and 0 for the skis so a overall 3 is for us.

My family had a great time jet skiing for the first time at Route 54 water sports! The staff was great! Super friendly, fun and had no problem accommodating us on a last minute reservation. Will definitely recommend them to my travel clients looking for some fun in the sun in Delaware! Thanks again and keep up the great work!

My friend and I had an AMAZING time here! The weather was perfect, and the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was really nervous at first, but they did an awesome job making sure I felt totally at ease! I could not recommend this place enough! Im definitely planning on coming again next summer!

The WORST customer service in the world. REALLY wish I could get my money AND my time back. Literally were training our guide in front of us, and then sent us out alone with him. I had zero confidence in our safety, and had NO idea what we were supposed to be doing. The worst. Absolute worst. I even felt bad for the guide. Wasnt his fault!

We bought 1 hour. We were driven into the Assawoman Bay in Maryland. The waves there were very high (2-3 feet high). The jetski is definitively not made for this situation - for beginner riders - at least. We (3 persons on one jetski: 1 dad two kids 11 and 9 year oldfell into the water five times. The jetski should only be ridden with 1 person in such rough sea. The water splashes into ones face at high speeds relentlessly. Goggles SHOULD BE REQUIRED OR DISTRIBUTED BY THE COMPANY for this HIGH WAVE SALTWATER BAY.The guide helped us (he did a great job -- earned 5 stars)). However, I was very disappointed about the highly stressful situation. THE COMPANY ASKS the client to fill out an elaborate QUESTIONNAIRE that takes 15 minutes before the ride can start. However the company DOES NOT PROVIDE IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding the higher skills required to ride these vehicles with multiple persons in rough waters with high waves. The company should offer alternative locations OR WARN THE CLIENT THAT WATERS ARE ROUGH and recommend to rent in the morning when the waters are supposedly CALMER IN THE ASSAWOMAN BAY, MD. The 91.98 Dollars plus 10 Dollars tip given to the company resp. to the guide are sunk and gone. I ended up with leg muscle pain. Therefore - 1 STAR.

Boat was okay...it worked. What set them apart was the staff. Super friendly down to earth people. Cameron and Courtney in the office and Dillon on the dock...great job guys :we will be back.

Route 54 Water sports is the place to go! They have brand new skis that go super fast. My family had a blast out there. From my experience, most rentals have small boundaries that you can go, but this place gave us a huge area! Thanks to the friendly staff, we had a successful Father’s Day! Thank you.

Me and my friends came here to rent jet skis and had a great time! Our guide was top knotch and went over all the rules of the water so we knew what to do. The rest of the staff was also friendly, and we felt like we got the best bang for our buck. Remember to tip your guide, they do a lot.

An overall great experience! Route 54 watersports is an absolute blast. They easily have the fastest jet skis I’ve ever rented. The riding area is huge too! The super friendly staff made the experience that much better!
