Roy City Utility Billing in Weber County

We just signed up for this last month, as we bought a property in the area. I got my first bill, and saw that they charge $49.48/month for recycling. I asked to remove that to try cutting costs, but they said you can only make changes in June, and that period has passed. I wasnt notified about this at all.The lady on the phone was really rude and said I should have saw it in my emails. I just checked all my emails (I have only two from themand neither of them mention anything about only being able to make account changes in June!! No idea where shes getting her info from. Hopefully I can call back another time and speak with someone more informed about their service.Also, their prices are outrageous compared with other places. Im paying 4 times higher for sewage than at a similar location in SLC.

It was a very simple visit. The employee that helped me was very kind and extremely helpful. I expected it to be a simple visit and it was simple and fast.

Im a new homeowner who just moved into the area and when I contacted Roy utilities about how I should view and pay my bills in the future and they told me they would send a bill in the mail with that information. I never received any.Now a month later I get a "final notice" bill from them for $154 telling me Im late on my payments. Zero information in the bill about what the $154 covers. You never sent me any bills or told me how to pay them, I didnt even have an account number from you. What the heck is your problem you never contacted me once until now -_-:edit:So I contacted their support line and got instructions on how to access my account and pay through expressbillpay. Turns out they never sent me my first bill, so I was told I wouldnt be charged a late fee. I go to pay my bill and of course theres a late fee. Great first experience.
