Dr. Reggie Whitaker is very thorough, takes the time to explain things & is very, very personable. His assistants are are friendly & do a great job (& are gentle!with cleanings. The office is a clean & relaxing environment. We’re very happy we found them when we moved new to the area!

Very polite and attentive. They were knowledgeable and did a very good job cleaning my teeth and doing a baseline assessment.

The staff was very knowledgeable about what they were doing..I really liked the dentist. I went in for a cleaning was the about 1 hour spent alot of time with me to let me know what was going on. I like this dentist office.

Dr. Reggie is a great dentist, hes very personable and takes pride in what he does.

Dr. Whitaker was very nice. I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist and had to have a tooth extracted. Dr Whitaker and his staff made sure I was comfortable and calm the whole time. Would recommend.

Dr. Whitaker and his team are all fantastic! Like a lot of people, I used to hate going to the dentist. Since finding Roy Dental Care, I actually look forward to my appointments. Everyone is so thorough and friendly. My family and I will never go anywhere else!

Great staff! All of them are very knowledgeable and very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Reggie is very patient and very comfortable to work with.

Doctor Whittaker got me in the same day to take care of a tooth that had been bothering me for MONTHS. Other dentists in the area could only get me in weeks out. I’m so glad he did, it ended up being a super bad infection!

I was in a lot of nerve pain so my mom recommended her dentist and I called today and got me right in for some x rays and then asked if I was willing to do the root canal today as well. I’ve been in pain for a couple months, so I was happy to do it and be out of pain. He was really nice and understanding and took time to listen to my concerns. I def recommend Dr. Whitaker and his staff.

Always friendly, talks about family a little, doesnt just jump into my teeth probl ems. Casual but xoes the job.

They go above and beyond! I was told by other dentists that my teeth were pretty much not salvageable and I should start considering implants or dentures. These guys got my gums and mouth healthy and literally saved my teeth. They also take payments which my broke self appreciates lol. The whole staff is always friendly, and seem to genuinely care about me and my health. **Update** I had some more work done and Dr. Whittaker called after hours just to make sure I was doing okay. It was unexpected and so kind of him to do so! Thank you all at Roy Dental Care!!

I’ve had great experiences here! Very friendly staff. They are always so quick. Most of my appointments are under 30 minutes which I appreciate.

Best dental experience I have EVER had! They were amazing!! Savannah at the front desk is so nice and welcoming. Ciara and Tiffany are great hygienists who do a great job and make you feel comfortable and important! Cece and Alejandro are fantastic assistants and are so kind to their patients. All of the clinical staff are very knowledgeable! Dr Whitaker is the best dentist I have ever seen! He truly cares about his patients and wants them to be heard and know that their concerns and priorities are important to him. I will never go anywhere else!!

Dr. Whitaker and staff were very friendly and cordial. They answered several questions I had, and said that they would help me to the best of their ability.

Absolutely best dental experience I have ever had. It felt like talking to an old friend. I was fully informed about my teeth and gums which Ive never had happen before. The hygienist was the most gentle while also giving the deepest clean Ive ever had. Honestly the nicest people work here, Ive never been excited about a dental appointment before but I cant wait to show them the improvements I am also making for my teeth and gum health. Roy Dental Care is so good. I moved to Idaho Falls and when I come down for Family events and functions I fit my dentistry in still. They are that good. 10 out of 5 highly reccomend. I have general issues with most dentists but Reggie is worth a visit. I always feel like all the staff know who we are and care not just about doing a good job but also making sure you are comfortable. Just great people!

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I had three issues and advised of same when I made the appointment. When I arrived I was taken in by an assistant who took an x-ray of the one tooth which was causing pain. When the dentist arrived, we went over the same issues I had previously explained and I was told I would need to make an appointment to address these issues even though I was experiencing pain in the one tooth. I though that was what I had made the appointment for. I asked if I could get just a cleaning then and was told I would need an appointment for that as well. So, not sure how much time was allotted for this appointment, but I was out of there within 20 minutes. I feel I could have at least gotten a cleaning which he had indicated might have helped with the tooth which was causing pain. So Im still in need of a cleaning and to address the three issues I went in with. Nothing accomplished.

Im super happy with my visit. They got me in and out quick. You can tell its a well run office. Dr. Whitaker and his staff are all very prefessional and really care about the patient experience. I will never go to another dentist!

Dr. Whittaker and his staff are very caring and friendly. They are very good at scheduling so you are not kept waiting for your appointment. Dr. Whittaker spends the time to explain everything thoroughly and is a very good dentist. I highly recommend.

Love this dental practice. Everyone that works in this office is friendly and they are so helpful. Dr. Whitaker is so patient and takes his time. Myself as well all of my kids have had work done and they did such a great job. They thoroughly explain the process but get you in and out.

The dentist here is different for sure.. the first 2 visits was money money money. My second visit he has no clue who I was or what I even had done the first time . Then when I had an emergency he told me to go to a different dentist because he is on vacation.i ended up in the emergency room. His staff at the front desk is the sweetest knowledgeable person. Also the girl that did all my x-rays was very inviting.. but with the dentist I only talked to him about BUYING their in house program. And money. He did NOTHING to ease the pain so out of 650.00 I spent I got x-rays. And talked into buying their health saving plan. And he had no clue what he was even doing i think he was talking about a different person really.. very disappointing. This is yet another aweful.experience. I hope he had a great vacation.

Dr. Whitaker and his entire staff are very caring. They all go out of their way to make me as comfortable as I can be during any procedure.

I have had multiple incidents at the dentist that have really added to anxiety I have about going. Its not my favorite place to be but Roy Dental care makes it better! I have had issues with anesthesia my whole life as a kid. I had a cavity about two years ago I needed filled and really panicked about the situation. Reggie was able to numb the area correctly and that was a big deal. He was able to take care of it in about twenty minutes. I avoided that cavity for two whole years because of the anxiety I felt about it.They have also worked with me financially. I work with foster youth for a living and they have made donations for oral care to kids I have worked with when they didnt have to.They are really wonderful people. Reggie is the best dentist I have ever had and he has some pretty cool socks. When my son is old enough he will definitely be going here!

I hadnt been to a dentist in a few years, so I was embarrassed to go at all, but they were very friendly and professional. They certainly make it a priority to find out what matters most to *you* as a patient and focus on that, which is nice.

Dr. Whitaker and his staff are always so kind and welcoming. It had been a while since I’d been in to have my teeth cleaned and some Dentists can make you feel guilty about that but he didn’t, seemed genuinely happy to see me and took care of my needs. He has even followed up with me on a weekend when I’ve had a procedure done. Recommend highly.

I grew up with dentist to used to make up dental issues and problems, and upcharge for everything. Dr Whitaker is very honest very kind and very caring. He doesnt make up issues that you or your children have, and he doesnt pressure you into getting unnecessary procedures. Even the procedure she need done hes not high pressure but he works with you.

I have been coming here for many years, My experience with them has been amazing, Dr. Whitaker goes above and beyond to take care of his patients. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, Will recommend to everyone looking for a dentist.

My 9 year old daughter and I both had our first visit with Roy Dental Care today and they were amazing! They treated us both with kindness and respect. We had to switch my daughters regular dentist because we moved and she really enjoyed her time at Roy Dental Care so I am happy to say that she will stay with them for her dentist. As for myself, I had a horrible experience with a discount dentist 5 years ago and I had avoided going to the dentist! It had left me with major PTSD and I havent managed to make it through an exam since..I did However get my exam and cleaning done today at Roy Dental Care and they were beyond understanding and gentle. I managed to make it through the exam as well as the cleaning!My daughter and I both left with a clean bill of health, a fantastic experience as well as our 6-month follow-up appointments. I am so happy that we had found Roy Dental Care.I also wanted to mention that the Dentist and Dental Assistant were both so informative! They actually explained things in a way that made sense, things that no other dentist has ever actually taken the time to do. I learned so much about dental hygiene and they really cared about informing me of preventative measures to take from here on out.I feel that most dentist offices only care about the money that they can make off of us and dont really find it important to educate their patients.Roy Dental Care was the complete opposite of any dentist Ive ever visited and they actually care!My family and I are grateful for the employees at Roy Dental Care and will keep them as our Family Dentist as long as we possibly can!THANK YOU ROY DENTAL CARE! <3

Dr Whittaker and all of his staff and assistants are wonderful! They make going to the dentist so much easier for me. I have had bad experiences in the past and I’m so grateful for their caring, upbeat attitude and friendly smiles. Dr Whittaker does excellent work and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist. I am well cared for when I am there.

I rarely went to the dentist before finding Roy Dental Care because I was embarrassed about my teeth and had poor experiences with previous dentists. But Dr Whitaker and his staff are always super friendly, knowledgeable and never judgemental. Dr Whitaker takes time to explain what needs to be done for your dental health, what needs immediate attention and what can wait. I feel more comfortable here than Ive ever felt at and dentist or medical office. This is the place to go if you get anxiety over dental issues
