The price of the chicken is just high
This is the worst business to get gas, as you have to go inside to swipe your credit card, and then they ask you how much you going to buy, I put in and they took $20 but they told me at the counter that if it does not get 20 worth I would get reinbursed the balance well I only got $15 and that was last Sunday the 9/18th and called in three times left my name and phone number and no one no one called me back to let me know when will I get my $5 back, here it is today the 9/24 and nothing in my account put back, and I have proof of what I paid with my receipt and proof in my account only bought $15 I paid for gas. This is absolutely pathetic and typical in todays society with so much the same.

Place is decent for a gas station. Though, take a little pride and clean up your garbage.
Stop here weekly. Before Covid it ran a lot smoother. Sometimes now the bathrooms are bad. The self check out machines don’t always take your cash even after trying so hard to flatten fold etc. it’s really 3.5 stars but the staff does try!

Absolutely disgusting bathroom and the store area isnt far behind. Can only imagine the cooking area. People that work there are nice enough but I wouldnt buy anything that isnt pre packaged.
Wish I could give them a -64627 star review. If you want to wait 20 minutes for someone to put your food together incorrectly still then by all means stop here. Horrible service and people dont want to work/arent even competent enough to work.

I stopped in this Royal Farms and ordered a sub. It had to be one of the easiest orders possible. Italian sub with provolone cheese, pickles, mayonnaise and banana peppers. When I got the sub the only thing on it was mayonnaise and pickles. I took the sub back into the store and asked them to remake it correctly. I picked up the sandwich again and it’s still wrong. I recommend not ordering from this deli. The same girl messed up the same order not once but twice.
Fast no waiting
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff was rude and argumentative. I had ordered a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich - which it clearly showed on my receipt. I paid for the order and went back to wait while it was being prepared.The woman preparing the sandwich asked me what I had ordered and then began to complain that I had placed the order wrong and she couldnt figure it out.She stated that she could not see what I had ordered through the automated system and became very rude and belligerent regarding my order.I stated to her that my receipt showed exactly what I had ordered and that should have been the end. She kept engaging that it wasnt her fault that she couldnt read my order on her side - I felt as if she was blaming me for the fault (if there was oneof the RoFo self-ordering system.Rather than letting it go and making the sandwich (which I would have done to get me out of thereshe continued to argue with me stating that she was not at fault. she couldnt read my order even though I showed her my receipt, but it didnt seem to matter - she was hell bent that it was my fault.Finally, I had enough of her. Yelled a few expletives very loudly at the entire staff and walked out WITHOUT my sandwich (which had been paid for).All I can say is SHAME on you Royal Farms for not emphasizing customer service and respect. This could have been avoided with a little common sense on her part - which seems to have been lacking. A simple what did you order or lets fix this would have been sufficient.I WILL NOT VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN!
Im in here daily and the staff are just amazing. Everyone truly goes out of their way to help you and they do it quickly so you can get back out and on the road. The store manager is incredibly friendly and personable and the deli staff are amazing! The staff at the front counter are absolutely awesome and they really make me feel right at home. I love this Royal Farms and I seriously appreciate the hard work the staff put in every day to make each visit quick and easy. You guys rock!!
Poor customer service. If they can say its the worlds best chicken sandwich, I can say that Im the worlds greatest dancer.
When you need a reminder of the importance of the human touch, this is where you need to go! The bathroom was FILTHY!! No paper product available, even to dry your hands. Ordered food and went to pay for it. They apparently called my number while I was begging for a receipt as this is a business trip. Realized it was my food after several minutes, soggy fries are always a plus to any bad experience.
Worst chicken ever. I threw my whole meal away because of the chicken. Experienced this in jersey and Delaware. I will never buy chicken here again (EVER).

If I could give 0 stars I would!! They literally have 1 man in the store trying to run the food and the register!! He is amazing and very nice its really not his fault he made all my food fresh because I had to wait so long... They really need to hire more help!! They have a lady working that is literally doing nothing but making coffee while this man is trying to get peoples orders out as well as ring up customers!! This employee deserves a raise!!

I travel this highway weekly and have stopped almost every week for dinner to go. I continue to stop because the employees are normally very customer friendly. Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had a Royal Farms. Employees were truly the absolute worst, not customer friendly at all. I walked in and immediately was told it would be 10 minutes fro my order. I had a truck full of furniture and was hoping to beat the rain, not so much it started to pour. Employees just seemed unconcerned with the fact that I had to wait, very disappointing.
Found 3 hairs in my chicken sandwich. So gross
2.1 rating... Im not surprised! For the second time they short me on chicken when they charged 7.68$ a meal and I got 4 meals...Something has to give! Please check your order before you leave!
I use the EV charger every once in a while. Good location, and I can go in and grab a coffee or use the bathroom while waiting for the car to charge. While the charger is only 50kW, it is still OK for most cars. Works best if you have the Chargepoint app on your phone ready to go before you get there.Note - this is *NOT* Tesla compatible. It is great if you have a Leaf, Bolt, Kona, or any other car with a CCS or Chademo plug.
Called to get a price of an item and I was told she wasnt allowed to give me a price. Thats ok because Wawa didnt have a problem helping me!

I ordered some mashed potatoes and gravy they gave me the mashed potatoes but without gravy to top it off the mashed potatoes were all cold I wouldnt recommend it for the price of 5$ it was a waste of money if there was a 0 star choice I wouldve given it one already dont even make get started on the service there
Bathrooms had no toilet paper and my wife had to ask for it. She said several ladies were waiting to use restrooms. Some opted to use napkins and just throw them in trash instead of waiting because they were taking to long. Restrooms should be kept up at all times at places as these.
Now this is one of the nicer and cleanest Royal Farms which I have been to. The staff is friendly and the bathroom was clean. This station seems to be more attractive to truckers and vacationers coming and going to the shore. They even have electric charger pumps for electric vehicles ( charge your Tesla here)
Had to wait for the cashier to finish texting to get my change from getting gas. Policy???

Stopped in for coffee and bathroom. The cashier was so nice,I wish I remembered to get her name. She helped my mother get in and out of the bathroom,and reminded me to get my free doughnut with my large coffee. Definitely not what im used to.
It was convenient having this Rofo right off rt 1 but the bigger girl that works at the register was so impersonal that my doctor says I would have a fit of PTSD if I ever went in again.
I really wish I could give this place a higher rating. When theyre good, theyre really good, but other times... not so much. It really depends on which people are working.Sometimes they get your food done really quickly and its great, other times it takes 20 minutes and after all that time its comes out poorly made. Ive had two times when I got one of the hand-pulled chicken sandwiches and whoever made it didnt bother to get all the bones out.The store itself seems to generally be clean, if a bit cluttered, and the bathrooms have been fine for me, though they certainly arent anything special. The parking lot design is also a bit odd.
Bathrooms were filthy. Wait was over 15 min for chicken. If they are that busy they can certainly afford to hire more help.
Wait in line is way too long at this store. Cashiers have no sense of urgency. I have had several experiences in this store where the wait in line is at least 7 minutes.
Food is always fresh and the place looks clean
Never have enough chicken to fill family pk. Stood for 20 minutes waiting for order then they tell you no breast but you can wait 7 more minutes. What a waste of time.

Me and my fiancé both Ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit and they gave us a chicken biscuit with no egg , also the wedges had no flavor ... Waste of money and time

I ordered a large fry. I literally got 6 wedges. So for almost $4 .... I got 6 wedges. And to top that off they werent even done! !!
They would not give me the price per gallon for diesel fuel over the phone. Ridiculous
