Store is constantly out of stock, never has diet Dr. Pepper and many other items, not going to waste my time anymore!
This location is the dirtiest place ever. Trash cans are always overflowing and parking lot is covered with trash.
My biscuit was very well done and my sausage was hard, burnt, and barely edible. The cheese was nothing impressive either, it was not good and melty like good american cheese should be. Very disappointed will not be coming back. Rofo you’ve lost my business.
Went there to get chicken tonight at 5:30pm they were out after I ordered a 8 piece order I asked the girl behind the counter about that and she said it would be 20 minutes . There were 3 other people waiting. I went to the manager and asked for my money back and he was un concerned. I told him this very thing happened two weeks ago. three strikes your Out ROFO
Well stocked. Dont like the self checkouts with no option for a real cashier.

Giving 3 stars in hopes that this new ROFO will get their kinks worked out. Have only been a gas customer so far. The location is good but the gas service area needs help. No washer liquid available, no receipt available and quite a bit of parking lot trash. Time to work on getting an A Game plan together at this location. Summer is coming!
Once or twice a week I stop at this Royal Farms after work (5:15-6pmfor gas and a chicken sandwich. This is my fifth time stopping at this location and each time the store is not stocked, not clean and the employees could careless. In addition to the “norm” today the washer fluid tubs are bone dry, most are missing the squeegee and they are out of chicken.I worked for Wawa for five years so I understand the struggles of running a convenience store. It’sobvious the staff is in need of help and strong leadership. It’s time corporate takes off their suits and gets involved.
Very clean and EVERYONE HAS TO WEAR A MASK, IF YOU WANT TO ENTER THE STORE. Staff is very pleasant as well.
Self checkout is straight garbage at every location. End up with long lines and 1 cashier with malfunctioning checkouts. Im done with royal farms. Get more cashiers or technology that works.
There were three employees working when I went, all three did not have the masks covering their noses! I told them that I hope they know that the masks need to cover the nose too to actually do something, and they were like “yup I know” and looked at me like I’m stuck up and crazy. This is a huge health violation and not even a “sorry”? I’m disgusted.
Friday night 7pm and there was no chicken. They should be cooking chicken all the time on a friday night especially since it is a weekend and out of towners are coming into town and dont feel like cooking
What happened to the days when the cashier bagged ur items for u instead of handing u a bag to do yourself?
Employees were efficient, service was quick, sand which fresh and tasty however the store was filthy not just we were busy but neglected, it was apparent no cleaning had been done

So upset right now, I just got the worst meal I could have ever gotten from royal farms. Western fries so hot burn the skin off your hands and sliders so cold have to defrost to eat, made the sliders first and had to wait on western fries..... set the sliders on the glass for 20 mins while I waited, order number 782 at 1236 PM posting in the parking lot at 1252
I stopped at this royal farms on my way home after getting off of work at 11p.m. I ordered a family potatoe wedge at 11:09 and I just received my order and walking out the door at 11:25. I thought this was supposed to be 24 hours. I have never had to wait for something this long. I usually ho to the one in west ocean city, which is way busier and never had to wait like this. I will never stop at this location again. Its horrible. I stopped one other time and orded a large potato wedge and the deli employee handed me an extra small box and I told her thats not what I paid for and she got really angry and said that was what the large box came in. Thank God the cashier came over and told her to stop lieing and that she was wrong. This location should be shut down.
Love the crew and this store... they work hard to keep the store clean and well stocked. Coffee is always full, hot and fresh. Never a lack of accouterments or condiments. They are always stocked and fresh as well. Food is always cooked to perfection and delivered hot, fresh and quick. I know this store well, I’m a local so I’m there at least once per day. Loretta is a great store manager, she’s pleasant and speaks to everyone that comes in the store. I’ve befriended a few store employees since it opened, I appreciate seeing them everyday.
I live near this royal farms. The first time I went I got a Italian sub made and when I got home nothing I ordered was on the sub... okay so I went again to give them a second try this time as I arrived I noticed a man in street clothes behind the counter only to hear the man tell the women how to do her job!!! I ordered a sub again and I ordered my bf two breakfast sandwich’s when she saw my order I heard her say to another lady (off duty employeethat she had no chicken???! She proceeds to tell me it will be a wait I understand so I’m waiting I hear her say she has no fries either! Then I get scratch off times and wait for my food when it’s finally done she screams my order number and I don’t answer her so she screams it again! I grab my food leave and come home to find my sub was messed up again!!!! Worst royal farms!!!!!! I don’t NOT suggest going!!!
Cheap fuel price on a road sign and more expensive on an actual pump. Employees said that they cant do anything and that a manager will give me a call back tomorrow. It is one week later now and Ive decided that its been enough. A courtesy call saying that theyre sorry would do, I didnt want my money back. This place screams for a manager (if there even is one).EDIT:Same thing happened again. I am a rewards member and I am supposed to get discounted fuel but the pump didn’t process it that way. Employees had no idea what to do and they didn’t even try to apologize or anything. I was happy when this place opened, but what good is it when I still have to go to other royal farms that know their job. I am not coming back here.Also, air pump doesn’t work half the time.
I always stop on my way home. Great selection of coffee and food.
Paid same price on sign at gas pump. Restroom and store were clean.
Gloves are being used worldwide as many Cashiers have realized the filth that comes along with a 8 hour shift of bills and coins !
We hope this Royal Farms gets a lot better because on a Saturday morning there was only 2 employees in the food station. Because there was only two people my breakfast sandwich took forever to make and it really should have only took 2 or 3 minutes. A few of my family members were gifted gift cards although they never work. Specifically one time my family members gift card didnt work and the employee had to give her over $10 in free chicken. Another time my other family member was driving down to the beach and she was relying on the gift card to pay for gas that gift card didnt work and she just barely managed to get to the beach house with gas remaining. This Royal Farms really needs to get its problems worked out.
I just witnessed sweetest little lady asking if Royal Farms sold hot dogs. And of course they do and the old woman ask for two. however you have to use the machines to put in your order. The young woman working behind the counter preparing the food so the confusion on the consumers face and came around to assist her with using the machine. The nice Royal Farms employee should have great deal of kindness with her and I was happy to see that

Came in at 5:30am to start my day mind you I don’t get paid to sit here. I ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and was told by the employees that she don’t know how to make that. If it’s on the menu and not a special order in any way then perhaps they require more culinary training to make a egg and scrapple sandwich. In all I got a late start on my day. Didn’t leave until after 6:15am. Couldn’t even get my money back the other employees where to busy communicating with each other about their nights. Guess I just had to put my life on hold for them for a while.
I was fired because I wouldn’t work in the deli while I had ringworm. Which is highly contagious and should not be around others food. Management is horrible. A worker sleeps in her car while on the clock. There’s almost ALWAYS at least someone waiting for food. I went in last night and waited almost half an hour for chicken and fries. I’m not bias bc of what happened I just think between a few workers mouths the wait that there always is. The rudeness. How dirty the bathrooms are I’ll travel the extra distance to ocean view or the Fenwick store if I really want some salty hardly fresh chicken and soggy fries.
Gloves on hands should never make it from food prep to a register and handling cash and back to make you food without changing . Simply disgusting. Customer service sucks. Will never return this place is horrible. Standards are in impossibly low.It’s a shame because the place looks very nice but I will never be returning here.I live here all year and I’m not just a weekend traveler.Should have known it was going to be a horrible experience when I was not greeted upon walking in and I was the only one in the store.
