Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My food was cooked in a timely manner and employees were very friendly.

We love this place. It’s a great spot for lunch. The food is great, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Just had lunch at Rumbi in Spanish fork and it was amazing! The cashier was so friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted to order!

Cashier seemed irritated I was there. Meat tasted less than good and prices are very high for the overall quality. I cannot recommend

My food was brought to me without sauce and when I went to ask for it, the dude literally rang up 2 cups of sauce and charged me a dollar. Not sure why either I could tell they were short staffed. Just a very unwelcoming encounter

Worst management ever. Used to be decent and it’s just gone downhill. Sad because it was one of our favorite places to eat. Don’t waste your time and money.

Im editing my review. Management changed and this place has gone down hill!!! So disappointing now. 😔We absolutely love this rumbis! Jesus always takes such great care of us and makes sure our order is perfect every time! I recommend the fish tacos. Theyre so good!! Ill definitely keep coming back, theyve earned my business as a loyal customer. 🙂

We went here for dinner. I had the shrimp dinner and Cesar salad. Overall it was ok. The food wasn’t very flavorful and portions are small.My wife got the sweet pork. She told me that it had no flavor at all. So… I don’t think we’ll be coming back again.

Not many can make a bowl of steamed brown rice and veggies taste so delish. Please come to oregon.

We went to lunch the other day here and it was $38 for two people and the chicken was really dry and food was tasteless. Would not recommend.

Quick service and the food was hot and tasty! They give you enough sauce to cover everything.

THEY DO NOT OFFER CURBSIDE PICKUP (You have to go inside to the counter.)Other than that, the food was great, I am a bit upset I paid .50c for extra dressing and they gave me a small cup of dressing instead of another big one. I was able to take off ingredients for allergies and they got everything right.

Monsoon salad was delicious! Service was quick and everybody liked the food. Sweet potato fries are awesome!

Yummyyyyyy!! I have been here a few times and tonight I tried something different. I had the Caribbean chicken and shrimp and the house salad. It was incredible. The shrimp was cooked perfectly tender, not overcooked at all. The Aoili sauce on this dish is very yummy too. The Rumbi rice (coconut hintsnever disappoints. This dish had a pineapple salsa as well (could have used a little more pineapple). It was like pico mixed with a little pineapple. I will be craving this dish for a while! The sweet potato fries were super crispy on the outside and soft and sweet inside. Fries had a little too much salt for out taste. Will be coming back here again! By the way, we came here after a nearby restaurant had a 1 hour wait and we walked right in and ordered. We were happy that we ended here instead.

I got the sweet pork tacos and they were AMAZING! I will definitely be back to get more tacos. The service was amazing, the cashier was so helpful. The tables all were clean and ready to be used, it was quiet and not very busy!

Love the Caribbean chicken and shrimp. Great food! The aioli and Rumbi rice make it. Also they have the best sweet potato fries I have ever had!

I’ve been to this Rumbi multiple times and I always leave satisfied. They have great service always and the best food. It is one of my favorite restaurants to go too.

We wanted to try a new place as a family, and this was a hit with all of our four kids (toddlers included!We love the flavor options, how colorful the food is, and the great protein choices. Our 5-yr old raved about the teriyaki sauce! We will be coming back for "kids eat free" on Mondays and Tuesdays after 4pm!

I have been here a couple of times now and have been very happy with my food and the service each time!! The volcanic blackened salmon is my all time favorite! The manager is absolutely great and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We love Rumbi Island grill, my office gets lunch all the time. They have a great menu that is healthy and also filling and includes a wide variety. Definitely worth the trip!

I love Rumbi grill. I love the food, the atmosphere, and the speed. But I will say I would be shocked if this location is open in 6 months. The quality and cleanliness of this location has left it’s imprint on the locals here. Customers are slowing daily I’m sure, or have been for a while now. Every time I come I am the only one at mid day.It comes down to simple things. Cleaning the floors and tables. Not watering down sauces. And ensure the drink station is clean.There was only 1 man working at the time, but he was nowhere to be seen while I ate. The drink station, floor, and tables were dirty.

This place has great food and all the employees are super nice. I would recommend anyone to come try this place out. Food is delicious!

Not great food. I have really liked Rumbi(other locationsin the past. I ordered online, picked it up and went back to work. When I opened it up there was not bbq sauce (on a bbq chicken salad), the lettuce was turning red, and the chicken tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave.

I came here for lunch on 1/10/22. Carlos was the ONLY employee there. He was so polite and worked fast to fulfill all the orders. He was also extremely patient with some difficult customers ahead of me in line. I hope management will adequately compensate him for his efforts.

I stop here to get 3 salads. It looks like that’s is only one worker. I have been waiting over 15 minutes. I wish to leave. But I already paid. The restaurant is empty. It takes forever to do 3 salads. Never again. This is the second time that it happened to me. Never again.

Ordered online for the first time here. Wont do that again. We chose curbside pickup and put in the vehicle description. It said to pick up in 30 minutes. We were already in the parking lot because wed just finished shopping at another store. Didnt realize it would take so long to do the online order. So we headed to another shopping center to kill time. Came back a few minutes early. No one came out to deliver our food. Finally went in to pickup after a couple minutes. Not a single customer was in the store. Picked up the food and went home. Looked at the tag. Our food was ready 3 minutes after we ordered it. We could have just picked up right away. The 1 teriyaki bowl with extra chicken we paid 17 bucks for was cold, way too small, and had regular sauce instead of spicy. My husband says well never go there again. Sad, but I have to agree. Used to eat here all the time.

Im a big fan of rumby. I like their rice bowls with meats and vegetables and all of the flavors of sauces. Its one of my favorite places. However, sometimes when I get the fish it is very overcooked practically jerky.

Consistently good food. I always get the Cabo fish which is delicious. Nice atmosphere as well

Love the food hear! A little pricey for larger families, but great tasting and fresh. From 2-5 there is only one person working. It’s store policy for slower times. I have seen many people leave because it gets crowded at those times on some days and I have left because of it as well. Don’t be cheep hire one more person for that time.

My complaint is about ordering online. We ordered the pork tacos and in the description it says it comes with black beans. When we got home with our order the black beans were missing. I called in and the response was "Yeah we get that a lot. The tacos do not come with beans." When I mentioned that in the description online the beans are included. They replied the beans need to be requested. I know the SF store doesnt have control over the corporate website so this complaint is to get corporate to fix it. An easy fix that would make life better for the employees and for customers to have a better experience. I feel a little cheated because I didnt get what I ordered.

Not impressed and not worth the price. Food comes out looking no better than a microwave meal. Chicken tempura was chewy and tasted like it was frozen. Food is so bland and they very much rely on the sauce for any kind of flavoring. Pros: nice staff and clean space.

Very Refreshing! While waiting for food. The ceiling fans were on full blast when its 45 degrees outside, doesnt make it to comfortable for waiting..I ordered the Aloha Mango with grilled chicken. Soo good!

The food is top notch. The daily specials are a great deal. Everything was super fresh and delicious. The staff is genuinely nice and helpful. I will be back to try all of the dishes.
