Absolutely Kind and Helpful staff.. lots of bargains and inventory

I bought a pressure cooker based on positive reviews on the site. On testing the unit I found multiple issues, including the lid not fitting. I returned it (to their credit they did refund the purchaseand tried to post a critical review. It has been a week+, and the review is still not posted. I have not received any communication that it was rejected, and an inquiry I sent to the company was not returned. Very deceptive.

We have visited Runnings a couple of times now, they have great quality equipment (though some are quite priceyand quite the variety! We especially love the grocery section with some items that are very well priced. We also just enjoy wandering the store and we find the huge variety of hunting and camping equipment fascinating.

This store Rocks!! And the people are always nice.

Let me start by saying I will never set foot inside a Runnings facility ever again. I used to buy a lot of their products over the years because I am a certified firearms instructor and they had good pricing on ammo and targets but every time I have questions for someone behind the counter in the firearms department I get somebody who is rude and that does not want to be bothered with any of my questions. I had one question about a specific firearm and if it was available I got told no and the person walked away without an explanation left me standing there at the counter...not very professional at all.

Wanted to buy a bottle of glue went to pay for it, clerk told couldnt make change for. $ 100 . Must not been dressed to her standards or they dont want small sales must only want large sales

Weird place but able to find what we came for.

Always great place to go they have everything from toys to home improvement to farming fishing hunting boating all kinds of stuff yall have to get in this place best jerky sold there cloths.

I love this store. They have a lot of good stuff in there. From DeWalt tools, to plumbing/heating supplies, farm/garden supplies along with a nice handgun and long gun selection. The people are always helpful and nice. They always offer assistance when I need it. Most importantly, their prices are quite competitive. Cant say enough about them.

Giant store with wide variety of tools, and farm supplies. Clothes, fun to browse too.

Great place for feed to clothing and specialty food. Currently they are in the process of relocating everything inside the store. It was difficult to find prices as things are being relocated across the whole spectrum. Looking like they want to feature the clothing as you enter the store. That said nothing is where it used to be and even the greenhouse and attached garden center was closed. It does Currently have plants outside in the parking lot and a makeshift greenhouse. Everything in the garden center was 25% off so that was a bonus and they have a great selection left as of now 5/30/21 Apologies greet you at the door as you enter and I would definitely ask for what you are looking for because you may never find it until they finish the redesign. There are overhead signs indicating departments but not everything has been done. Good luck and it is still a great store with an endless inventory of things and still some very good values for the money

Great store! This is as close to the modern general store that you can find in Central New York. High quality clothes for hunting, fishing, and work. Cool section where you can find a wide variety of "old timey" candies and sodas. This is essentially a combination of a hardware store, farm supply store, and an outdoor sports store. Check it out!

Huge store, with a variety of outdoor, farm, work, hunting, canning and food preserving items. Very clean bathrooms, the lady cleaning in there should get a medal, she was friendly and left it meticulous. There was a thin 20 year old something man with glasses in the guns and optic department who was also very helpful and friendly, he was working Sunday morning. Shout out to him for helping my husband and I pick out our binoculars.

Like the store overall; but the Ladies night was lacking...few vendors, staff seemed less than excited, hard to find assistance when needed....kick it up another notch or two...entertainment...happy, greeting staff, products..if not available...staff should know how to handle substitutions rainchecks, salesI do thank you for trying..but each year seems Ladies night is fading....

You know normally I love runnings but the current employees got me to walk out. Ask a question about powder by the firearms section older gentlemen was great immediately asked the younger one behind the desk. They proceeded to walk away mid answer not to get them or double check stock but to pet a customers dog. Go to cool down get some pet food and have a group of young employees having inappropriate conversations. Led me to say screw it walk out and head to tractor supply. On the way out the initial employee is by the entrance again with another customers dog ignoring someone attempting to ask a question.

Always love adventuring around the store! They seem to have everything a country girl or city girl or like myself " a mix of both" could want or need! After Menards in central Illinois, and The Christmas tree shop in central PA, this is my favorite store!

Runnings is always an overall great experience. It just has a very home-like vibe. I enjoy walking in and the very little noise and the wide variety of items. It is a fantastic place to shop and the staff are great. I look forward to bringing folks here and coming back myself. Thank you!

Very nice store with a huge selection of goods, from tools, boots and clothing, hunting and fishing to farm needs such as fence supplies to animal feed, camping gear and the list goes on. A must stop store, even just to look it over!

Not happy. Bought a pair of Sketchers steel-toed shoes on 10/20/20. Very comfortable, just not durable long-term. The left shoes sole is literally peeling away, & they are NOT waterproof like was claimed. I realize its outside the return window, but not that long. The manager told me it was 90 days from purchase date, 25 days ago. He told me that the store couldnt help me, & my only recourse was to go to the manufacturer. I will do that, but I hoped the store would be more willing to work with me. Even if they just took a few dollars off, I wouldve been more ok with it. Unfortunate...

I am always able to find someone to help. One of the best stores in the area and excellent customer service. I especially want to thank Kim in Sporting Goods who goes out of her way to make sure you are fully informed about your purchase. She is a great asset to the store.

Very disappointed in how they operate. Ive had a few returns and learned the hard way that you have to have the receipt. Most stores these days can swipe the payment card and find purchases that way. Not Runnings.Many stores also offer discounts for items under certain circumstances. Not Runnings. They dont even try to call the manager to even ask. Theyd rather return it.I havent had much luck there so theres no need to go back. Their competition enjoys making sales (apparently more than they do).Oh well.

Tons of different products to shop for here like Yeti, car things, grill items, hunting, household, Shore Lunch brand soup you name it. Just don’t buy the giant bag of pop corn. It was horrible! Everything else is great though. The employees are also very friendly and helpful.

I wish we had a Runnings where I live in South Florida.Its like a combination of a sporting goods store with a home improvement store, with a touch of a Walmart/Target for good measure. Just an incredible selection of everything from hunting/fishing to clothing, tools, and toys. Prices are really good, too and are in line or better than many other local shops. This location is always well organized, clean, and stocked.Its actually dangerous for the wallet, as I can find things to buy that I didnt intend to when I walked in.Employees always seem more than willing to help and Ive always had good shopping experiences here.

Great store just wish it was closer its about 1 hour and 20 minutes from my location. Watertown could benefit from a place like this. If they dont have it you probably dont need it. Only improve I think they need is to have a few more people on the floor, assistance can be hard to find at times.

We visited for the first time and the store was amazing. It was Mothers Day weekend so my kids planted flowers in cute cups. Store was clean and organized. The gun counter employee was super helpful and didnt talk down to me because I was a female looking at pistols (usually the case at other stores). The store is not near where I normally shop but I will definitely go out of my way to shop there again!!

This store has a little something for everyone. You have to becareful about sale prices but they know their business and good folks that work hard to take care of your needs. There is one section that I spent at least 30 minutes in because it brought back some fun memories of my youth. Okay,maybe because I am a BIG fan of every type of sweets!

Great store! You can usually find almost anything you want or need in this store, from socks and underwear to chainsaws and lawn mowers, nice sporting goods department too, great pet and farm feed as well. Brent, Jamie, Dan and Crystal are excellent and theyre very knowledgeable too! If they dont know they will get an answer for you and in a reasonable amount of time as well! The rest of the staff are very good as well, the prices are competitive too and I recommend for anyone to shop here and check it out!

Well rounded store to get most all of your needs and wants

Great place to go for all your outdoor activities and equipment. They also carry chocolate candy here as well as other holiday items. The staff is helpful and friendly. The public restrooms are clean. A great store for the outdoorsman and those who enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities, especially camping and hunting/fishing. I would highly recommend this store. $$$

The manager, I believe, Larry Leiss? Walked me around the store to help me find everything I wanted. Huge help as I just had surgery Monday. Super service. Im impressed

I feel like the "abandoned mall" meme that is going around on the internet would fit this place perfectly caw caw.This place feels like a ghost town even during the holiday season. Nothing really stands out for me here....I like the clothes...but thats about it. Just a typical "dad wants to spend his paycheck" store to me caw caw.
