Great guys only wish they would rebuild transmission and send them out with I understand why they don’t but everyone is not dumb and not have their transmission system flush before install

Ill never use Ryans Diesel again based on the service I received. There was an issue with a $550 dollar part I purchased related to UPS and shipping to a PO box. I caught the issue, before it was shipped to the wrong address and I reached out to Ryans diesel. UPS was able to return the part to Ryan and he told me that he would call me, when they get the part back, to get a physical address before sending the part again. So they get the part back and call me, I give them the physical address, I then NICELY ask if they could do some sort of inconvenience discount or if they could ship it with expedited shipping, because my truck is still sitting without the part and it had been 2 weeks since I ordered it at this point (thinking the worst Ryan would say was "No"). At that exact point, Ryan went from 0 to 100 and began to speak condescendingly and became argumentative. All he had to say was "Sorry man, cant do that" but he didnt, he behaved irrationally and unprofessional (at the least). He began to rant about how he did not care that it was inconvenient for me and stated that it was more inconvenient for him. He went on to say that he didnt care that I caught the UPS mistake before they shipped the part to the wrong address because he would "just file an insurance claim with them" and get all his money back from UPS. He said the website says no PO boxes on it clearly, but it doesnt list it clearly, the part was ordered off an internet search, so that PO box information didnt come up (a person would have to search for that info on the Ryans diesel website under a tab titled "shipping & warranty"); it wasnt on the ordering page, which would make more sense and be more clear. He then ended our phone call with saying "I canceled and refunded your order" (I never asked to be refunded, he made that decision independently during his rant). He also stated "Those parts are on back order so good luck trying to get it somewhere else" he then referred me to attempt the Dans Diesel Performance website. I was shocked by what I was hearing and I said "Is this how you normally do business"? And he followed that with saying that he didnt think he was behaving unprofessionally and that he would email the phone recording, I guess he felt "confident" that he behaved appropriately, so... Im still waiting for him to keep his promise on sending the recording. Somehow I think he wont send it because he knows he was behaving inappropriately for a business transaction. Im feeling relieved for the refund now. I would love this recording so I can post it and let perspective customers decide for themselves. I know he will have a written response to this on here but customers should definitely take his word with a grain of salt. He can say whatever he wants but if he were confident then he would send that recording and Ill respond with a link to the recording.

Always make sure that my truck is serviced in a timely manner. Wont take it to any other shop.

Bought a tcm for a 2006 duramax took 5 min to install was actually a true plug and play and works great very good service

This is truly a top notch business. Absolutely no one needs to hesitate using Ryan’s diesel service. They honor any warranty work that might come up and they are extremely quick on shipping items out. They respond very quickly to emails as well. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. But personally they really need a thousand stars at bare minimum. They earned a permanent customer here.

Outstanding service contact them on a Saturday afternoon with an incoming snow storm in need of a TCM. they were more than willing and happy to help me out. They had it ready for me and waiting before I got to the shop. Called lot of other shops and dealers and none was willing to help except for Ryans.

Ryan took the time to talk to me about my goals for my truck and recommended the cheaper of the two turbo options I was considering because it was a better fit. A lot of companies would upsell in this situation and he suggested what was best for my application.

2010 duramax with the famous U0101 TCM not communicating. After reaching out to several Diesel Shops in NC.I got the run around that the truck would have to be towed into the shop to replace the TCM. After doing some searching around on the internet i ran across Ryans. I sent them a quick email and received a call back in a timely manner to discuss the U0101 code. I ordered the TCM from them after they programmed it to the VIN. It arrived the next day. Would you imagine that most shop just want to run the bill up to trouble shoot before being up front and honest what the issue is.Thank you for getting my truck back on the road.

I recently received my Ryans 68mm street turbo and installed it. Very knowledgable and helpful answering any questions you may have. I can honestly say I think its probably the best experience Ive had ordering anything. If you call for assistance it isnt automated its the real thing. I give Ryan and his company a five thumbs up.
