We bought our MG ZST Core from Ryde MG and were serviced by Nestor Llarena. From the outset, Nestor was friendly, helpful and supported us through the entire process,. Even though there was a small delay in the car delivery, he kept us informed every step of the way. Even after picking up the car, we had some queries and Nestor helped solve them for us. How is anyone saying this dealership is good!! They are the worst kind, delayed our purchase by a month with no accountability or proper communication, sold us a wrong MY model and thereafter no customer service post sale whatsoever. Strongly recommend skipping them, Parramatta MG are much more accountable.

I had my MG serviced at the Ryde dealership. Not only do I love that Ryde MG is open on a Saturday which makes things a lot easier; staff were extremely professional and very helpful. Andrew Porter was fantastic. Car feels as good as when I bought it. Will be coming back here for my next service!

Absolutely 100% amazing experience with Ryde MG.Having previously always bought European cars I wanted a change and after searching various other options ( including another MG dealership in inner sydney which left me very disillusioned I contacted RYDE MG and spoke with Matthew Hanna.This young man is an outstanding asset to an overall very friendly, unique and customer focused dealership. He went out of his way over several months of my procrastination to assist, re-assure, provide heaps of information with NO pressure, to allow me to finally make my decision to purchase an MGHS Essence. I received a wonderful trade in on my BMW X3 and only waited 3 days for my new car. On the day of collection he spent a huge amount of time going thru the engine, the accessories and all the many inclusions that come with this model. I also had the great pleasure to deal with Nooey ( Nouha Zeidan - car care consultant who was just as outstanding in her assistance re other options to protect my new vehicle which I have organised to have completed. She even provide me with a wonderful lunch!!I did not need finance however I did get to meet Edmund Wong when the vehicle paperwork/ insurance etc was being competed and he also more than met my expectations of assistance with his very friendly courteous manner and helpful assistance. To sum up this is an experience I have never had at any other dealership in Sydney when purchasing a new vehicle. The staff I dealt with could not have improved in any way.Their attitude, friendliness, courtesy and respect along with accurate knowledge is nothing short of outstanding. Well done Ryde MG I cannot recommend you enough.

Firstly dont buy MG-Service centre never calls back and if you have an issue with your car, it might take 7 days or longer to fix (1 year old car)I would MG and this particular service centre all together.

Ryde MG. Great collection of beautiful quality cars. I’ve been searching and researching cars. I would like to buy a brand new car and after all my reading I have come to the conclusion that the difference (in my price rangeis simply too hard to make a definitive decision. Cars play a significant role in our society and the difference between poor quality, mid-range quality and superior upper level cars is challenging by the affordability and knowledge of the buyer. It would be so good to be able to buy a precision motor vehicle free of budget. However, life is what it is. Ryde MG display beautiful cars and the prices basically imitate upper middle class expectations and access to credit. After wandering the car lot I figured that if I come back in ten years I could afford to buy off the assembly line. Only problem is prices would have adjusted to the decade it would take for me to afford one of these awesome cars. Still, staff were knowledgeable, friendly and understood the product they were selling.

Great service. I asked for a test drive of the same car twice. Because it was in lockdown, Justin, the sales manager, came to our place to drop the car for us to have a test drive twice. He didnt push us to buy the car but is very helpful in answering our questions. When we get into the process of negotiating, hes also very helpful and try to get us a good deal. Were happy about the car we purchased and the buying experience is also great.

Having trawled the market both new and second hand in Sydney I rethought my requirements. As I’m a single woman over 60 I didn’t want to blow a whole lot of money! Finding, evaluating then buying and driving my new MG3 has been a lot of fun. It’s a great car with good handling and a few little touches of luxury, which surprised me at its price point. I have named my red MG3 Core ‘Spirit’ as that’s what comes to me when I’m on the road, the awesome and willing spirit in this great little car. Very friendly staff. They understood what our budget was and attended to what features we want in a vehicle in a very professional way. Never thought we would end up buying an MG vehicle, as we never drove one before nor do we know someone who does/did, but their services and offers were top notch making it of a great value. They give 7 years unlimited warranty and they regularly follow up with the client after the purchase and hand over to check that everything is going okay. Their regular servicing are also mobile, so they come to you.
