Staff very helpful and polite. Requested for a carpet that was out of stock. Really liked it and wanted it for my new house as it would have fit perfectly. They organised it just for me at no extra charge and had it in their store within a reasonable time. Looks amazing in my lounge.

This would have to be the worst customer service my partner and I have ever experienced. We had a faulty item and showed the lady at the counter and she saw the way it was and agreed for it to be faulty but didnt obey the refund policy!!! She yelled and pointed her finger at us, she told me to shut my mouth and began to get aggravated with my partner! And then told us to come back when the boss comes in. This is disgusting and we spent over 70 dollars over this item - didnt give us a managers name or herself and told us she wont call the manager as they are closing. Disgusting.
