Manager is very kind! She was very professional and knowledgeable on the products in store. I spoke with her on the phone before coming into the store and she remembered me which is very rare for any place. Store is very clean and pretty well stocked with products.

Very rude. Came in multiple times with the sane woman working each time and received nothing but rudeness and attitude. Someone like that should not be working the counter. Really made my experience awful at sally beauty.

I love the customer service , the ladies there are pleasant, helpful and friendly. I only gave three stars because I have to drive to Utica Sally beauty to get some of my ethnic products. Hair extensions, Wave Nouveau , etc.
