me and my boyfriend just came in here awhile back and they are always so nice and knowledgeable especially about sales !

The lady with blonde hair (I assume she is new because I’ve never seen her beforeis rude. I was looking at developer and asked her a question about the difference between two products and she tells me how my hair is brassy and bleach will make it even worse. She guides me over to look at products to pull the brass out and would not leave me alone or stop talking. I told her I was sorta in a rush (ie I don’t have time to talkshe continues talking and talking and continues at the register while I’m just trying to get out of there. I ended up with a several products I don’t need just so I could get out of there. Rude, especially since her hair was hardly that special while insulting mine. Lost my business.

Often the staff is rude, and very disinterested....

The cashier took my items from my full hands over to the counter and proceeded to ring up the order while I grabbed the last things I needed. She finished ringing me up and I drove the 20 miles back to my house just to find she did not ring up the first stage of a multi stage hair process. Im sure its still on the counter with the other clutter. I do not have time now to fix her oversite or have my hair done in time for my event. Thanks so much. : (

Very nice store! All clean and well organized. They have lots of products I love using my sally beauty card to save money and recommend opening one! Workers are really really nice and kind and I had a great time finding my item and making a purchase. A place worth your business!

Helpful staff, squeaky clean and well kept store. I told the woman how my tape in extensions werent holding up and she recommended a different type of strip tape found in the mens isle. I wouldnt have even looked there if she hadnt been so knowledgable in their products.
