Leah was very professional and patient. I had not had a pedicure in quite some time so she had her work cut out for her. She gave a a great calf message and made my feet feel like butter. Thank you Leah!

I went in for a haircut and highlights and low lights unfortunately Tracy didnt know what she was doing when I went in my hair was blonde with regrowth so I told her I wanted my roots redone and a little more blonde throughout the rest of my hair and we agreed I only needed 1 and 1/2 inches off with some layers she not only messed my hair color up and turned me BRIGHT orange she messed the cut up and took about 6 inches off I explained to her when I went in I had a family funeral coming up this week and Ive never been so disappointed with a haircut and color I went back in Tuesday to try to have it fixed and unfortunately she made it worse than when I left there Monday I told her I was blonde when I walked in Monday she argued me I wasnt when I have pictures before walking in and after walking out Monday and Tuesday Ive never been so disappointed with a stylist and company I reached out to corporate and still no return call DO NOT RECOMMEND TRACY for anything I had to go to another salon to have a color correction and pay more out when I had already paid Tracy 180.00 for cut and color that looked like a kindergarten done

I set my appointment 2 days ago and I was excited for the first time to finally get a perm done. But then I was already on the salon 5 minutes early on my appointment time. With Alexandria Bell while waiting on the waiting area I received an email 9 minutes passed by my appointment time she decided to canceled. Very unprofessional. She shouldn’t waited for the last minute to cancel my appointment. She should at least send me a message or call me that she couldn’t accommodate me on my schedule time.
