Great salt spa with a family room!

My wife and I have had respitory issues due to pollution and fires. Since weve started Salt Spa, we are able sleep better and are more tolerable to the elements not needing our inhalers.

The experience was outstanding—my partner and I were the only two in the salt spa room and the effect on my lungs was profound! I fell asleep within 10 minutes and between dozing I meditated and breathed deeply to take advantage of the therapeutic effects. We emerged feeling cleaned from the inside out! I loved the experience and look forward to returning!

Loved the location in Lakewood and now making the drive to Louisville to help with back-to-school colds. Kids love the “salt sand box”!

I really recommend the Salt Spa, I am dealing with something in my lungs and affecting my heart also. I went to this location in a season of three years and the natural salt aroma helped my body a lot. I used to go daily to one or two sessions. The staff is really nice, kind and helpful. I moved out the state but always remembering the good guys!

My kids and I used family room to get some salt in our noses and it seemed to help us all clear up a bit from our various nasal issues. Gentlemen up front was very accommodating and called me back when I requested an appointment time. Well be back. I highly recommend salt chlorinated pools too, but those usually cost way more $. The Salt Spa is very reasonable with their rates. Thank You!

Super humble folks & such a great therapy for so many ailments including but not limited to illness. They always remind you to drink extra water after your session even if youre a regular client -- because they CARE! Id recommend this to anyone...even helps to relieve negative stress & energy on a bad day. Eric is the individual we speak with most of the time & he has a great memory for continuing conversations & has great recommendations for helping with special ailments. Megan took extra great care of us on our last visit, providing pillows, & blankets & brought a heater into our room as it was unusually cold. Theyll take care of you here 🧡

Staff is very educational, the caves themselves are beautiful, quiet and incredibly relaxing, I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if they have allergies ir breathing problems... even helps with snoring!

Interesting place, make sure not to wear very nice clothes as you do get ablityle salty sitting in there for an hour

My friend and I went here on a Groupon... It was the end of the day on a Friday and we got the room alllll to ourselves which was a special treat because otherwise its a strictly silent space. I guess it didnt really matter though, because we promptly fell asleep. Ha! The staff member who oriented us to the spa was a darling and made sure we had everything we needed (if you see the basket of blankets on your way in and you wonder if youll need it -- do yourself a solid and grab one). I loved how clear and collected I felt after the session. Cant wait to go back!! Make sure you drink lots and lots of water before and after because hanging in a salty room is no joke.

This place is amazing! I was struggling to get over a sinus infection when I client recommended it to me. I could definitely feel a difference and could feel my sinuses draining after just one session. It was also very relaxing. Customer service is awesome as well. Will definitely recommend to people and Ill go back as well.

This is a great place! I go when my lungs are in distress. I also go when I just feel exhausted. I have been going for years because it helps me to feel better. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming! Its worth checking it out!
