Well I didnt shop there but did deliver product there. The folks where very friendly and nice.

Great place for bulk items. Gas is less expensive generally. Membership is required. Great automotive shop for tires and batteries.

Lots of buying options, usually short lines. Love the scan and go option you can use in the app to scan as you out items in your cart and then avoid check out lines. Produce is sometimes great and other times not so great. Always happy with food court items although they are frequently out of ice cream especially in the evening.

Look to be honest, the products have changed in the last few years and not for the better. Then when covid 19 hit other big box stores had items ready for thier customers and Sams club did not. Even now the shelves are not stocked. The membership price is not reasonable considering the prices and availability.Since this review I hadnt renewed my membership in over 18 months. I tried again and renewed in Feb and found myself accepting the offer for a credit card (yep...dumbsupposedly you get $70 cash credit however I never got it in the 30 day window and I followed all the rules. Folks do not fall for this crud... And fraudulent form of bate and switch! Additionally about two months later a notice of breach of data...yep...more expletives! Now when a cashier "bullies" me to up my rewards status on some special, credit card offers etc I say no...folks watch out... This one cashier today threw and I mean threw my stuff one by one into the cart and Yes manager Yarbrough was not pleasant or helpful...just a severe bad attitude just like the cashier...for the love of Pete Riverdale Sams club get IT together!

I purchased 4 new tires. They were installed in about 35 minutes. I loved the service!! Amazing employees!! Friendly and very professional! I would highly recommend them.

You got to love Sams club and if youre single get a few friends together and shop in bulk, everyone saves and get a chicken for lunch, lol

Good deals on some things. In some ways better than Costco, in others not. I am a member of both. Its the same as its been.

1/31/2022I enjoy shopping at Sams Club. They have good selection and good quality. However, Im not happy that they by default automatically renewed my membership. (Yes, there is a setting on the website where you can turn off the auto-renew feature. I wasnt aware of it and had never come across that feature in their app.I preferred it when Sams Club asked you if you wanted to renew. I didnt sign up for a subscription. I signed up for a one-year membership and was re-evaluating whether I wanted to continue it.--------Update 2/2/2022Layton store attempted to make the auto renewal right, but were struggling. They couldnt just cancel the membership because I was the complimentary card (the secondary personeven though they charged my credit card, not the primarys card. Sams found a solution and implemented it, but I found out today that their solution failed. I had to spend another 45 minutes plus with Sams Club Customer Care trying to get my money back. Not happy.----------Sams Club did eventually make things right.-------------8/23/2022Happened to learn that Curbside Pickup went from "free" to it now costs money if you dont have a Plus membership. So less benefits for the same membership price. And Sams Club doesnt give membership deals to existing members, only to new members. Sams Club really isnt interested in retaining its members.

Receiving is terrible. They do not answer the phone or acknowledge you while standing at the check in window for an hour

Worse place in Utah to get gas. Their gas is cheaper then elsewhere but be prepared for long lines and big wait times to get a pump. Their pumps are slow and with limited hours this place is ridiculous

This place supports Clinton Walmart stalking, harassing, and attaking a disabled veteran and his service dog on 8-8-2022 that was trespassed for trying to pick up their curbside order they paid for. 220808-73295-0340-0000

Rick is awesome! He was so kind and knowledgeable with the questions we had about cafe pretzels. Customer service was great at this location.

I cheated on Costco went on a date with Sam’s Club, priced out the differences from groceries to gas and I broke up with them now in a long-haul relationship with Sam’s!! The scan and go is amazing especially when you have to stop in with your children because now they like to take turns scanning the groceries as we put them in the cart and bam walk on out and on our way! No more 20-25 mins waiting to check out like at Costco! Today we were able to grab a ton of school clothes that were priced far below retail!! Gas is less expensive and lines go so much quicker! Best fruit choices and best organic milk we’ve ever tasted!!

If you ever need help with your gas pump dont expect any help. Had to yell to the guy to come and help me after trying to get his attention and telling him that the pump wasnt wworking. He just stood there like I wasnt talking to him. Stupid.

Sams club has lots of great stuff its a bulk foods store. You have to have a membership to purchase items. They have a website online so you can order stuff on there and it can be delivered or you can pick it up. I would compare Sams Club to Costco they have lots of the same items for a very comparable price.

Love coming here for bulk items an the random stuff Is always good too. I either shop in person or by internet. Never had a problem with either of them.

Its Sams Club, what can you say? When they have what youre looking for, the prices are generally awesome. But... the selections are limited, and your favorite item/brand may be there this week and gone next.

Worst experience Ive had at any sams club. I go to the layton store once in a while, but picked up at riverdale because they had what I needed in stock. While I was there I decided to bring a recalled item to return and the customer service employee helping me was so rude, judgemental, and didnt let me return the RECALLED item...what?! I had zero problems returning a recalled item at Smiths recently, far better customer service everytime Ive been to smiths and will make shopping there my priority going forward. The person checking receipts at the door was not friendly either. I left angry and crying. Thanks for nothing sams club. Not to mention the phone call my husband tried making a couple days ago to verify some things before going and got hung up on on purpose because they didnt have an answer to his question. Then has recieved close to 20 scam calls and texts about health insurance right after when he never gets any so its obvious they sell your phone number after you leave it as a call back number when their phone lines are busy.

Awesome pool for under a hundred and outside rug for the gazebo for $40 !!! Whoo hoo

Scan and Go is the best. Sometimes Ill get savings for just using this function.

The scan and go feature on their app is so nice and easy to use. Cuts the time out of having to wait in a check out line.

A darling girl named Marti helped me and gave me so much information About purchasing a new iPad she was absolutely outstanding, and was so professional and so sweet and so kind!!

Love the Scan and go option, also love the earlier business hours. Really hate that you cant really go through a normal checkout line anymore and when you do they are so so so slow at it!! I do feel like the store has gone downhill past couple years especially the food counter - Id give a 1 star if I was reviewing the food counter specifically!!

Im so tired of trying to gas up at your filling pumps. They NEVER and i mean NEVER accept a card . Not even theyre on Sams club card. If you have an extra 20 or 30 minutes trying to get the pump to accept your cards then I guess youre OK with that. Personally Im going to cancel my membership and go to Costco

Customer service is horrible. I paid for the plus membership because I was told that I would have free delivery, which isnt true despite purchases of more than $500. After having me in the phone for 25 minutes my call was stopped twice by different employees. So frustrating!

I wanted to pay cash, but there were no checkers. The self checkout only takes cards.Not as helpful as Costco. Hire checkers.

I pulled in a few days ago to the gas pumps and was working on getting my crutches out of the car from a recent knee surgery. Megan; the sweet girl helping guests out at the gas pumps, hurried over to help me so that I didnt have to get out of the car. This made my entire day! I attempted to tip her and she told me she couldnt accept it and thats just what she is here for!This truly was exceptional customer service and I wanted to be sure to give Megan the credit she is due for being great at her job!Thank you so much!

We like to use our sams card for groceries and the rewards and then pay the bill. So this means we have to go through the check out with a person. We’ll today Friday there are many green vests walking around and one person working the check out. Right now there are 5 in line. Thank you to the poor person at the check out. The manager says only one checkstand open all weekend

My shopping experience was the same as most other times only thing different is I noticed the store looks a lot cleaner than it has in the past but, still has the same issue with discontinuing products that I generally use. Also I recently noticed that you cannot buy gasoline with cash which Im very confused about is Bex it very difficult and inconvenient to have to run all the way into the store to buy a gift card in order to pay for gas when youre already there I really believe days need to do a better job of this part of the issue

I placed an order for pickup the previous day. I got to the store within the pickup window. I was told it would be about 10 minutes which is fine. 45 minutes later I still didn’t have my order. I spoke to someone who was very rude and accused me of either not checking in on time or parking in the wrong spot or trying to get double my order. I’m currently sitting here waiting for a resolution… but it’s been another 10 minutes and nothing…

Just renewed my membership today after 15 years not having a Sams club membership. Took small look at the store. It was better than I thought it would be.

Visited the bakery, it went very well! The representative was very polite and helpful and I was able to order my cake with ease! The only place where the store fell short was in time it took to have the representative help me out, but I try to be patient since I know she probably had a lot of work to do :)

Im giving 5 stars because we did the scan and go for the first time. What a great tool that is! We scanned and bagged our items as we shopped. We even bought alcohol and you just had to show your ID to the person that checks your receipt at the exit door. No checkout lines to deal with, such a great experience!

Very helpful Employees, especially at front desk. Clean store always. Love finding clearance items, lets me know certain items are not just "thrown out". The upcoming Holiday decor is also my favorite look as I enter!

It was quiet, clean and well stocked. We got our flu shots there by a very kind and efficient pharmacist. Much less chaotic than Costco. I dont know why we dont go there more often. Oh right, gas.

Better than the Layton one, better prices, the people who work here can be hit or miss some of them are nice some are not the people who work in the cafe are great though most of them Ive gotten to know over the years and theyre really good at their jobs and friendly with customers. The rewards program is also good here and you dont even need to come here when they have sales regular prices are just good in general for the bulk of what youre getting. Sometimes the offers can feel like theyre catering to middle aged Moms with the slogans being cringe sometimes but some are way better and are more appealing to the general consumer base in my opinion. Ive been coming here and will keep coming. I appreciate what this store has come to and how its maintained itself over the years.

We came to this Sam’s club for a specific piece of furniture and realized that it was sold out. We went to the service desk to see if someone could help us find it at another location. Justin who works at the service desk went WAY above and beyond finding them for us and then calling the stores to see if they were there so we wouldn’t make a trip for nothing. He did all of it with a smile on his face and genuinely happy to be of help. After he had us all taken care of he then gave us a $20 Sam’s gift card for gas since we had to make a trip somewhere else. I was happy with the service before he gave us the card but the extra mile was so appreciated.

I used to only go to Costco, but now prefer Sam’s for several reasons.PROS: you can get in at 8am (used to be 7am pre-covidand get all your shopping done first thing in the morning. Scan and go is THE best. You scan your items as you put them in your cart, pay with the app, walk through the checkout lines (no wait - ever!and show them your code at the door. Super easy and extremely convenient. I usually go in the mornings and so many employees say hi and ask if I need anything. Pickup is also THE best. You order ahead and pick a time to pick up. Every employee has always been pleasant and gracious and efficient with helping load my car. I also feel like Sam’s has significantly more snack options than Costco. I shop for a business and prefer Sam’s mainly for the variety of food options. Only place where I can find something for everyone.CONS: when you go to return something, you can’t just walk out the way you came in. You have to go all the way around through the checkout lines and out the exit. Sometimes the produce is not the freshest and I’ve had it go bad shortly after picking it up. They are really good about letting you return it though.

Its a good store; our family for several years have had both a Costco and a Sams Club membership. In the past we have done most of our shopping at Costco but over the past year since Covid began we find that has changed to Sams Club. It seems to be more convenient, more product availability, and better prices. Im finding that Im having a hard time finding what I need at Costco. There have been times that I would go into Costco looking for several specific items and come out empty handed. I havent had that much of a challenge at Sams Club in store or on line.

Great prices, love the app for fast checkout, no lines! People who think Costco is a good place to shop are delusional. This is way better.

The products are very nice, but it often feels a little scattered; whenever your trying to find that one thing you want, you just cant seem to find it. My parents and I cant seem to find rice for the past month.The building is well kept and clean, and the aisles are very comfortable to walk through, considering they reach the ceiling.The employees feel like walking fake smiles; they seem dead inside however they put on a good smile and a bright attitude whenever you speak with them, so thats nice at least.

Clean, plenty of items, good prices and friendly customer service. However i just wish they had more checkout lines open then just the one line. Self check out is a pain in the butt when your trying to keep a newborn happy, juggle a toddler and ring your items up 🤣🤷‍♀️ other then that i enjoy shopping here

This has what most Sam’s club has. Optical, Pharmacy, hearing, and tire. This location has churros, which is maybe just a Utah thing. They are currently remodeling so produce has moved and a few other minor changes.

I was just about to open these cashews i bought yesterday...i think i will be returning them instead. Now to find a sams club on my route because i am currently in Wyoming. 2 stars because the club is located by a walmart.
