Sam's Town Hotel & Gambling Hall in Kabupaten Seram Bagian Timur

This really is the cutest place to stay. The people running it are so personable and friendly. It doesnt have the hustle and bustle of strip casinos, so its great if you like things a bit quieter without skimping on the fun.

So I have never stayed here and always wanted to see how it was. So now I have kids didnt want to stay on strip so stayed here for a night. Check in only two people doing it and there was a line but they worked fast and they were nice. Appriciate their hard work. Rooms clean and spacious. Shampoo and conditioner not quality. Normally I wouldnt care cause I bring mine but lately all hotels have good ones so didnt this time and I regret it. Smoky but not as smoky as other casinos. Rooms could not smell smoke at all so I appreciated that alot. Thanks for having us.

We stayed 4 days at Sams town in a suite it was nice, but wasnt expecting it not have a microwave or a bathroom fan not great when you have kids....also they had no sheets to fit the pull out or any additional in the room. Waited an hour for someoneto bring some up. We had the worst service at tgif and very disappointed in the food. Other then that it was all fast food options there. Elevators had many issues one was even broke down the whole time. Nothing was comp or discounted. The water fall light show was great. The valets were on point great service. The hotel its self was dated and smell like an ashtray so bad. The pool area was nice. We had and issue when trying to add an additional night one person at the desk said ok and I could come back later which I did but someone else was there and said my room wasnt available and they had no more rooms available for a monday in the hotel... so I stepped like 10 away and in 2 min i booked a room online through their website and showed it to the guy and he said ok will honor it. 🤔 they also made us wait the full time for a new room that clearly hadnt been in use because everything was unplugged in there ect. I didnt find this place ideal for families. Also no shuttle service to the strip. Strip is about 25 min way. There is a city bus near by.

I was very surprised by this hotel the interior and the decoration in detail inside was amazing. The rooms himself were twere very clean very nice nothing super luxurious but definitely a very comfortable and clean stay. And we had multiple rooms as there was an event here for our family. Their lobby check in area is amazing you definitely have to check it out theres a couple of a bowl of show features that they have every few minutes

Good experience! Just one thing though! PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE BRING BACK THE BUFFET... YOU GUYS ARE LOSING SO MUCH REVENUE! PLEASE BRING IT BACK.. FYI!! Went to the South Points Buffet and that Buffet is beyond packed and there making money 💰..

Loved staying here for one night. Was upgraded to a suite for the night by the lovely Justin on reception because my room wasnt cleaned yet even though I arrived 5 hours after it was supposed to be ready and fairly late in the evening. Was told there was 1 cleaner for the whole place? Insane! Even Justin was on his own and super busy. Suite room was a delight, clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the mystic falls show and the beautiful garden area. 5 stars for the room and Justin and the poor cleaner but please management, hire some more staff to take the pressure off!

We went here for food on the way out of town because 1 of our group had a good meal years ago. We were disappointed to find only 1 good restaurant, 1 chain restaurant and a food court. The food court Subway itself was good but the casino atmosphere was definitely faded and clientele was also faded.

The hotel itself is very nice. I really liked the waterfall show in the atrium. Check in was a bit tough however, as I arrived at around 7:30PM and my room still wasnt clean and ready. Jamal at the front desk kept getting someone to check and clean the room, but ultimately was able to switch rooms for me after about an hour wait. Staff shortages are everywhere, but hopefully theyre looking for more housekeepers soon

Ate at the TGIFS and was disappointed with the service. It took a while to be seated, the waitress literally complained to us about being given other tables, then realized what she said and said "oh but you guys are cool, youre fine". Not impressed, it was fairly quiet in the restaurant but the servers seemed uninterested in coming up to seat us, after one girl walked passed us twice without even greeting us. Drink order was wrong but rectified, we ended up taking most of our food to go. Hopefully, this is a not a normal occurrence here.

Hotel is great. Try toget view overlooking mystic falls. Very cool. Casino has lots of video poker and Buffalo games. Blackjack minimum 15 dollar not a very large non smoking area which was disappointing

Haven’t stayed at the hotel but the conservatory part is nice. Casino is nice and has a good amount of machines and tables. A security guard was creepy towards my party there and being very unprofessional. He made us want to leave so we did. Probably won’t visit due to this incident again but not a bad place.

I havent been to Vegas in 30 years. Always stayed on the strip but thought Id try a local hotel and casino for my first return trip. Sams didnt disappoint. Its close to family and reasonably priced. Ubered to the strip one night and that was enough. Definitely rebooking soon. Thanks Sams!

Love this hotel. Not to close to the strip, but is a nice clean place to take kids and enjoy Vegas without paying an arm and a leg. Try and get a room looking into the center of the Hotel. Very cool looking at night. Enjoy!

We love Sams! You stayed a three night comped room from the 6th to the 9th. Spacious rooms. Clean and quiet. View of have mystic falls Park. Great gambling. Cheaper food selections. ShortUber ride to downtown and the strip. We prefer a quieter location.

One of the best places to stay off strip when visiting Las Vegas... Rooms have been updated with large TVs, and good majority of the rooms offer views of the indoor waterfall/park area. On-site valet are extremely friendly as well as quick when dropping off or picking up your vehicle. Decent amount of machines and tables as well as some of the best electronic bingo in the area. Food wise, there is a good amount of options, but it was quite unfortunate to find our that the buffet has been permanently closed.

Do not got here.. very uninviting and rude. The front desk guy never even acknowledge my presence. I arrived a little bit early and this placed wanted to charge me extra to check in at that time. The only time he said anything to me was when he wanted to say it would cost to check in at this time. The lady was nice but not nice enough for me stay. No refund was given although I did stay.

When thinking of staycation think of Sams Town, if youre local and need a place to run from home Sams town got you covered. Rooms are super nice, cozy, and comfortable. Recently took my wife to get away from the kids and our room had an AWESOME VIEW of the magical forest thats in the middle of the casino. Honestly no complaints or problems during my most recent stay.

We have stayed here twice now and we really liked our experience. We love the atrium/garden in the middle. Makes property feel fresh and without the smoke smell, property and rooms are clean and the service has been good! We have been here with kids and they like to see the water show in the garden area. Nice little extra.This last time we stayed on the deluxe rooms and it was so worth it. Nice view to the atrium and the rooms were really comfortable!Other things we enjoyed:- Free Parking & lower resort fee than most- Panda Express/McDonalds/Dunkin in premise. Mexican Albertos open 24hrs-Movie theaters in premise-12pm check out

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The only reason I didnt give 5 *s is because of my experience with the Panda Express that is located inside Sams Town. I ordered food, took it to my room and it was just nasty. When I took the food back to explain what I found wrong with it the woman behind the counter was absolutely not interested in fixing the problem. She walked away from me and went in the back. She refused to help me and I found the whole experience unacceptable. Other than that our stay there was enjoyable.

Large casino with many popular slot machines. Stayed for few nights. First time staying here and would visit again. Debated giving this casino 3 to 4 stars. The check in experience was not great since being my first time here did now feel welcomed. The staff and security did not seem friendly.The service from drink servers definitely stood out. Friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is very mellow. There are visitors there who do make the establishment feel slightly unsafe. Fortunately I did not have a bad experience. There are a few EV chargers which is a huge plus.

Beautiful place, I spent my birthday there, my first night I seen the Mystic Falls show and it was amazing. Ive never gambled, like I did at Sams Hotel, but I did this time and I won over 3 times I was shocked. I had an amazing birthday, from the foods, drinks, the room was nice and spacious and so was the bathroom. Everything was perfect for me. Thank you

Hotel has free covered easy parking!! Indoor atrium lots of room too game. Rooms are clean and large lg tv. Great bargain!Quick bits at McDonalds, subway and tgi Fridays. Slots are loose too.

THE BEST PEOPLE IN VEGAS! I have been coming to Sams Town for over 20 years. This hotel/casino, hands down has the best employees. Everyone is so nice and always super helpful! We had an issue with our air not working well in our room, Amil quickly got us in a new room, knowing we had lunch plans with friends that we needed to get to.A big thank you to her, as we were able to move all our stuff and be on time to lunch.Now for the food....Gloria is on the grill at the Sportsbook cafe. We had the best breakfast sandwiches, then for dinner we got the club sandwich, fries and buffalo wings. All of it was so good! They have a lot of choices, salads, yogurt parfaits, etc. Gloria hits it all out of the park. Forget the TGIFridays, go see Gloria!The dealers/ pit bosses and the rest of the casino staff are so helpful, as well. I learned 2 new table games and everyone was offering help.Thanks for another great stay Sams! Well be back!Thank you Sams for another great stay!

We were a bit disappointed with Sams Town. My sister plays poker; and, they no longer have a poker room. I like the multi-game machines; and, they no longer have them either. So we decided not to gamble there. We both got margaritas from one of the bars. The bartender was giving us exemplary customer service. We called Boulder Station and they said they had the multi-game machines and a 24-hour poker room! So guess where were heading after we eat. We ate at TGI Fridays because it was so late and the steakhouse had already closed. I ordered the fried shrimp, ribs and Jack Daniels bbq chicken bites. I dont recall what the meal was called. There were very few small shrimp, like 5/6 popcorn shrimp on the plate; and the barbecue chicken bites were small and hard to chew; but, plentyful. We pointed this out to the waitress and she said yeah, they cook them hard. She said they had some other chicken pieces that had a lot more moisture and were much bigger she could substitute. We were kind of turned off to the whole chicken idea and asked if we could just substitute it for the ribs. She asked her manager and the manager said no; so we opted to go with her suggestion. We took it to go but never ate it: so all that chicken went to waste. I havent eaten at TGI Fridays in over 12 years. I dont remember the chicken being so hard, tough to chew and small nor do I remember the shrimp being so small and so few. I would have never ordered that meal if I had a clue. The casino itself looked the same as I remembered; nothing seemed to change. The locals we met were polite and just enjoying themselves. The people at the players club along with the man in valet were friendly and courteous. I dont have anything really bad to say about Sams Town; except it doesnt have the games I want to play there anymore.

Went there for a record breaking attendance of a Nevada Energy Expo to help seniors, disabled and underprivileged get assistance from them and their energy and charitable partners. Well organized. Helped almost 700 households. I was patient; it was from 8-12 and everyone before 12 was serviced. I was 612 LOL!

every place can use a little extra. they were shorthanded. the 4 employees or very courteous and polite. even though it was first movie of the day the restrooms are very clean even in the theater.

Nice for a value priced casino. We usually stay at Bellagio, but it was sold out for 1 night of our trip. We had a comp from Boyd for this place, so we thought "why not?" We only paid the $25 resort fee.We were pleasantly surprised. The lobby "jungle area" feels very relaxing, with animatronic animals, flowing water, and nature sounds. We went to the $5 matinee movie (before 6and we had the theater to ourselves. The seat werent the recliners type, and the sound was a little loud, but we enjoyed it.The rooms are plain, but felt clean with a large tv. We also had a nice view of the atrium and the water/light show from our room.Overall, I would stay again if I were looking for a budget hotel.

No complaints. Decent accomodations, good selection of food and game, right across the street from a Walmart. All you could really want or need. I just wish the sports deli was open just a little bit longer.. its the best food here.

This place is great! when I first was looking at booking I was a little skeptical because of the zone and how old is the casino but honestly, I am having a great experience, first, the rooms are super clean and they dont look old, beds are comfortable, the staff is very friendly and attentive, food is good they have a couple of fast food restaurants a deli and steak house, the only thing that if you gamble there are not many cocktail waitresses and you will have to wait forever to get one drink or you may not get non but there is a bar that you can go purchase some, to me I like to gamble slots and I like to get my drinks there I dont feel like walking to the bar every time I need a drink, but besides that is great, they also have a water show inside the hotel you may want to check that out too!

Very affordable hotel about 15 to 29 minutes from the strip. TGIF on site as well as Dunkin Donuts, Subway and more. Hotel has a pool outside very private. Casino is mostly slots but there are tables and we enjoyed playing bingo for the first time ever. The staff was super helpful especially the bingo people who explained everything clearly. Did not win big but did not walk away broke! Our room was surprisingly beautiful and very clean. Highly recommend stopping at Robertos anytime (open 24 hoursfor some excellent Mexican food. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Visited Sams Town for the first time this year. After seeing a YouTube video about Mystic Falls which is located inside of the casino, we had to add to our " must see" list. Definitely an underrated casino. Very, very beautiful, very clean, well-air conditioned... An incredibly pleasant place to play. Mystic Falls is gorgeous! We most certainly recommend dropping by to check out Sams Town Casino!

Played bingo. The room was nice. It has smoking/nonsmoking sections. Not very many people were playing but didnt even come close to getting a bingo. I suggest buying the machine not paper as all the winners at the session I was playing were using the machine.

We arrived late on a Friday night. Checking in was a little long after a 12 hour drive, however staff shortages in the US is everywhere.The staff at this hotel is absolutely wonderful. Every person I encountered was so nice.The Casino was clean and only a slight smell of cigarettes. The drinks not do great but what do you expect for free. Beer would be the route.The room was spacious and clean. Could use updating, but as I mentioned clean and spacious. We had a view of the atrium and it was beautiful.We lost our wallet and reported it to security. I cannot say enough about this department. Not only did they did they find our wallet, they even mailed it to our house. We are very grateful.Now if you are new to this hotel it’s very overwhelming. We had no idea where to go. The parking instructions for oversized cars, RVs ect is not clear. We drove around and round trying to find where to park. After a couple calls to the hotel they directed us where to go. Once parked on the opposite side of the street from the hotel we had no idea where to go to check in. Signs are not clear. Even when inside the signs are not clear enough. It made it very stressful check in all around for our family.If they could improve, it would be in this area.

Really enjoyed our stay. I was surprised how beautiful and big it was inside. The outside is very deceiving. Check-in and checkout was quick. Happy to see theres a security guard by the elevator to make sure only guest go to the rooms area. I was disappointed because I asked for daily room cleaning and they did not clean once. I asked the frontdesk to please send housekeeping to clean the room. They did the beds and put new clean towels but left the bathroom floor dirty. Pool area was full of kids and not much of an area for adult to relax. It would be great if they had 2 swimming pool.Theres plenty of restaurants in the hotel. Theres a movie theater, bowling alley and arcade. This would be a great place if you have kids. Great staff at the front desk and the security guard are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely return.
