I hired Mr. Floyd to handle a matter for me concerning my son. Mr. Floyd was fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. The case that he handled was very professional and the case was resolved very positively. Would definitely highly recommend and use again.

Ive unfortunately had to deal with 3 other law offices in the area and Ted Sanders and his office staff are a no-brainer to go to for legal help. Things didnt go my way but they were the most professional, and got what needed to be done "Done".I think the others just want to get paid and work just for themselves and not for their clients. Ted Sanders and group work for their clients.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Robert Clarke in the matter of settling an estate. Robert was expedient at filing necessary paperwork with the court, and gave sound advice. This firm also provided title transfer and real estate closing services for our property sale, which simplified the whole process. We recommend them.

I had a phone appointment in which Mr.Lynch said, “I will call you back later today.” 48 hours later, I called again but he was unavailable. On the fourth day, he returned my call reviewed my case and said he would call me back in 20 minutes. I did write a song about the experience, ‘Lawyer time, Lyin’ time’.

I am speaking about Christopher Floyd he is a sorry lawyer. He does not protect the people that are his clients. He is one sorry lawyer ad litem. I hope he does better in other areas of the law. If he doesnt as a law firm yall are in bad trouble. I would not recommend him to anyone else. He does not know how to talk to people. He takes the clients testimony and turns it around to his way of thinking the way he wants it to sound. He does not know how to talk to a child he does not know how to tell if theyre telling the truth or a lie and he does not do what he tells them he will do and also he does not call to check up on the children when they are with the abusive person. They should be checked up on wherever theyre at. I know I will not use this office ever again for anything. I will not recommend anyone to use this office. He does not follow through with what he says he will do. He breaks their confidentiality by telling the abusive party what the children have said about him. Which causes the children trouble when they are with this person. Then when they tell him what they went thru he says they are being coached by the non abusive person. In my opinion he is not a lawyer. He has broken the confidense of his client by telling what they told him. Is this a lawyer. I dont think so. I would not recommend him to anyone. He needs to go back to school.

My review would only concern one of the attorneys that work at this firm did not get the experience to meet any of the others the one I was appointed as an attorney ad litem I would not recommend for anybody. I feel that instead of standing up for the minors he stood up for the abusive parent. Now the miners are in danger completely of their lives and they should have had a whole world in front of them. The truth was not told by no means and the miners were accused of not telling the truth I would not recommend this Law Firm at all.

Ive been here a couple of times for advice. They are professional and dont gouge you with legal bills.

My brother lived in Horseshoe Bend and passed away suddenly and I was taking care of his estate and needed an estate attorney to help. I contacted 5 attorneys and three didnt return my calls, one was very rude and said I needed to get an attorney in my home town and the other was from my home town but was afraid to take my case because he was three hours away from Horseshoe Bend and my bill would have been extremely high due to the travel. A friend gave me the number to Sanders, Morgan and Clarke PLLC, and I contracted them. The lady answering the phone assured me that one of the attorneys would call me back and Robert Clarke did. We did everything by phone, mail or e-mail I never had to go to his office. I never met him face to face and he took care of everything. I would recommend the firm for any legal need I may have. Thank you Robert Clarke for all your help. You and your staff are amazing.
