My normal medication at most chemists is $12. I was charged $36. I asked why it is so expensive and was told "we are not a discount chemist." Obviously.. They are taking advantage of sick people walking out of the doctors surgery. Disgusting. The old blokes attitude was horrible as well. Avoid this place if you can

They take long for service,,,,too busy talking and price are triple,, not worth going there

I’m absolutely shocked and amazed at the level of care and concern for their regular customers. My partner was recently in hospital and I had to pick up her medication and the level of concern was truly remarkable!!!My partner recently moved to the area and she thought she loved her pharmacist in Berwick but now would never go anywhere else. Brilliant service!!!

I have been going to this chemist for 18 months for myself and fiance. The pharmacist is thorough and genuinely wants to help as much as he can. As a household with ongoing scripts and medication it is amazing to be able to have the one chemist that looks after us and has all of our scripts ready to go when we need it.All of the staff go above and beyond, you never leave this store unhappy with the service.If you want a pharmacy that takes care of you this is the place!

People working there are friendly enough but their prices are way over the top, more than double other chemists that are near by

I have come here for many of years. Both owners and team are always extremely friendly and always go above and beyond to help. Every time i visit they always greet me with my first name with a smile. You dont see many pharmacies that are always nice and accommodating to their customers.

The service here is great. Have kept my scripts with these guys going on a year now and have not had a single issue. Understanding and very informed, the staff here know the ins and outs of pharmaceutical medicine. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

Come to get a prescription and pharmacy wasn’t open at 9am as stated on the door and Google as operating hours.

Rip off pharmacy. They sell everything overpriced. Had to buy a medicine for my chronic illness and got charged about 30% more what i normally pay at any other pharmacy. Medicine are already expensive and top of that they take advantage of vulnerable people.

This pharmacy is one of the best I have ever been to they are never to busy to listen to your problems and are always happy to go out of their way to help. Thanks guys for always going the e tra mile just what always soothe me especially when I’m not feeling well. Xxx

Overpriced. They charged me 19$ for flarex eye drop. Which is $7 on chemist warehouse. Triple price😟

They are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacists there know you by name when you come in. They are very reliable and fast. I get my medication refills fast never a long wait and get the help I need figuring out any enquiry about my medications. Thank you for professional and knowledgeable staff.

My wife has had Major medical problems for years. This is our only Pharmacy. they genuinely care they ship in all the odd med requests the doctors give us they find the best prices and nothing is ever to much trouble. This is where you want to shop if you need real help

I have been going to Sandhurst Pharmacy since they opened (and movedfor approximately 8 years.Bassem is a pharmacist I trust and will go to for any medicinal questions.Honest, friendly & extremely trustworthy!I would recommend this place 100%

Rip off prices, absolutely rude and disgusting service and lack of communication.We are low income earners and they said the medicines we purchased has no HCC concession. They charged us $22 for a nasal drops that are almost twice than at other pharmacies. We paid $92 for the medicines. The reception threw away the receipt without asking us first. I asked the person to identify my HCC and sign it, he couldnt understand and was getting irritated saying, "No HCC discount for these medicines". I said, I want you to identity these document not give me discount, he then looked around and said, I am closed.No basic communication or understanding. Rude.

Overpriced. They charged me $23 for a cream from the description. And went home saw my husband had exactly the same cream ( same brand, same packaging and he paid $9 in chemist warehouse. I will never ever come back there again.

Normal medicine costs twice as much to other chemists if not more. Absolute rip off. I could have saved over $50 by driving 10 minutes away. If I could give no stars I would.

Needed a new chemist, as Ive been finding it harder and harder to access vital medicines that havent been contaminated by fragrances. Have just got my first prescription here today and can handle the bottles! I have severe, disabling fragrance sensitivities and this has been a real problem. Thanks for not using fragrance emitters, burning oil, or having hands covered in perfume or after-shave.Update: Im still loving this pharmacy. As well as the above details, which are vital for me, they are friendly, helpful, and will order in very promptly if an item is not in stock.

So extremely slow 2 customers and took almost 20 minutes!! Never again

DO NOT GO HERE, I HAD TO PAY $17 FOR CHLORSIG EYE DROPS AND THEY ARE $6.50 OVER THE COUNTER AT CHEMIST WAREHOUSE. ALSO THEY DO NOT PASS ON THE DISCOUNT THE GOV BOUGHT IN FOR $5.20 SCRIPTS FOR THOSE THAT DONT REACH THE PBS THRESHOLD. THEY TAKE FOREVER TO FILL A SCRIPT WHEN THE SHOP IS EMPTY.
