bad service stay away!!Robbery, rude business!!shady shady shady! they should be looked at by Better Business BureauWe have bought used appliances here before and most of them have had zero issues, but this time around we bought a washer for my mother. And after taking it home she noticed that the spin cycle was not really working properly. clothes came out drench in water still leaking off the shirts and jeans, so obviously there must be an issue with the washer. one of us took the day off to help her take the washer back so they can look at it.The guys claimed that because it spin, it was working properly and it was not their problem anymore. Mom asked if their was anything they can do to fix it or replaced it. They would not replace it with another one of equal value and that she must take the faulty washer back with her. After some talking and trying to make them understand the situation they first agreed to take it back but there would be a $100 restock fee "purchase price was around $300" . As much as we didnt want to loose that money because it felt so unfair for the situation, we reluctantly agreed. And of course ones we said fine, they changed their mine and said nvm you have to take it with it felt like we were being taken advantage of so bad and their was nothing you could do about it. after some more explaining to them that its a faulty washer and about 3 hours of chatting back and fourth they finally agreed to take it back but with the following conditionsthey would charge a restock fee of $120 and the retuned payment was payed with check not cash the way we initially payed.This place was great when their stuff works but if you have an issue expect it to be a nightmare. Very unprofessional and very rude they are not there to help you when you get a faulty appliance. do yourself a favor and dont go here. straight robbery bad business

Recently bought a washer from here. Stopped working the next day. Ask for a refund back. I only received half of my money back.

The people in this business are rude and unprofessional. They charged me $40.00 for diagnostic fee for my dryer while the problem was clear upfront(the door switch was brokenI asked them to fix it. How much will it cost me to replace the door switch? I was told that we still have to charge you $40.00 to find out what’s wrong with the dryer. They completely ignore my input. I said ok go ahead and do your diagnostic but you have to notify me before you start fixing it let me how much it is going to cost me. They did completely the opposite of what I requested them. They called me two days later and said the dryer is ready to be picked up and it will cost you $190.00.The door switch price was only $5.89. Checked it on Amazon. They were charging me $190.00 with out notifying me ahead of fixing it that was our agreement.Long story short, I had to take my dryer back with out fixing it with them and they took their door switch out yet charged me $40.00 and wasted my time and gas.They are totally scumbag. Will not recommend their business to anyone.

Spent $1500 total for washer/dryer and refrigerator. After 1 week the Freezer would not make ice, so they FINALLY replaced it after 3 weeks. 1 month went by and the washer stopped cleaning the clothes, took them 1 month and 2weeks to come out and check on it. They did nothing, they came out opened the washer machine door and closed it, then said it works fine and left. They wont replace it or help me any further so Im forced to take legal actions.

Last evening my dryer went out, and Im low on funds till the end of the month. I have lots of laundry I still have to do and the fact that my dryer went out was very annoying. However, I called up the folks at SAS appliances and they were more than willing to assist me with the technical issues as well as giving me a great rate for the parts I needed to replace!If youre on a budget and need some appliances or replacement parts for your appliances , I highly recommend this place.I moved into my first starter home 3 years ago and their prices for washers and dryers are unbeatable. They are refurbished however but repaired with the utmost care and skill. The only reason my dryer went out was because of the breaker fuse and that was my fault, given I sprayed aerosol freshener of the back of the dryer while it was running causing a short in the circuit breaker. But for the last two-and-a-half years the washer and dryer have been running like Champs.

A good variety of different appliances at a reasonable price and good repair.

Santiago and the staff at SAS are so helpful and kind. Weve purchased at least a dozen appliances for our apartments. Great quality used appliances!

Expensive place they want to sell u used and out dated machines for ore then regular price of a new one. The repair department is expensive also.

I bought a washer and dryer from them a year ago. They were in good shape and lasted the whole year. We ran into an issue with the heating element and the washers plastic spinner didnt spin any more. This was all fair due to them being used and the price I payed for them . But any ways once the heating element went out I called them up and asked if they repair dryers , he said yes and asked if I bought it there. I said yes well long story short he came right over and fixed my issues for the same as others charge just for a service fee. Praise Jesus He always got my back
