Dropped off a tire to be repaired. They had it done in 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me. Fantastic service and quality work. Highly recommend!

I had a flat on my trailer they were very professional, and whenever they were finished I asked how much they said it didn’t take us no time at all don’t worry about it just come see us when you need a set a tires!

They were short people but they kept you in the loop as where they were on your car tires and a little bit entertaining during the wait. They liked my little dog and talk to her even when they made her bark. They also didnt try get you to .buy something you dont need like an alignment

Got a huge bolt in my tire on the way to Missouri through Oklahoma. I called 2 Discount Tires and both had about a 3 hour wait!!! I found this place on Google and made my way in. Its about 12 min from the highway and they got me in and fixed up with a new tire at a fair price in an hour! Plus they have a DQ right down the way so I got lunch too with just a short walk. Very nice associates and felt completely comfortable and confident with their services!

I stopped in this morning for help with a stripped screw on my license plate. There was no hesitation from the friendly gentleman at the counter. Not only did he fix my issue, but did it with a smile even though they were extremely busy! Thank you Sawyer Tire!!

Sawyer tire always has the greatest customer service. I work in construction and get nails in my tires all the time. I take my vehicle there for repair and they have never once charged me. Ive had golf cart and lawn mower tires put on there several times and they have never once charged me. I highly recommend them and them for oil changes, tires and breaks.

Their saving grace is they are nice. Dropped off 2 tires to be fixed at 4 on Friday stopped by at 9am the next day and they hadnt touched them. 2 hours later they had fixed one but the other he said needed a tube or a boot and they would have to order either. While I was there he was out of stock on a couple other things for other customers.

They were professional, fast, helpful and very kind and friendly!

Hats off to these guys for a job well done had my TPS sensor go off on a Monday morning of course with a low tire was able to pull in drop the car off they were able to work it in get the tire repaired quickly.

I called first thing on a Monday morning with a nail in my tire. This shop went above and beyond to work me in and get it patched same day!

Had a appointment for 3pm for tire rotation, I dropped vehicle off at 12/lunch, came back at 430 to pick vehicle up and noticed nothing was done. Then they lost my keys, then once they found keys I asked why nothing was done to my truck as scheduled, I was told " I Dont know man " Needless to say I wont be back, 07/12/22

Would highly discourage people from using this shop. We had used them before they changed companies and they were great. Recently had them do 2 new tires and the customer service from the manager was poor and thats putting it nicely. They were unable to do our alignment and he acted inconvenienced about giving us the refund and then because we prepaid for the service we were told it would be 2-3 weeks for a refund to our card. He then acted inconvenienced again because I wanted documentation that we were getting a refund. Then after leaving the next day I checked tire pressure as it was driving off and the 2 new tires they put on were 10 psi off from each other. 1 tire was at 21 psi andthe other was at 31psi. What kind of tire shop cant get the air even in tires. I added air and its been a week and tire psi is still the same and has not gone down so it definitely wasnt a leak. So poor service and poor attitudes.

Brought 4 custom wheels and tires to have them balanced. I mounted them myself and only needed them balanced. I explained that they were brand new wheels and tires and if they could not balance them without ruining them, I would take them somewhere else. Guy behind the desk assured me they do this all the time and it would be fine. They did in fact scratch and gouge out all 4 wheels. The tech who did it told me there was no other way to balance them… which was when I knew I made a mistake. The “manager” just shook his head and walked off. I will never return and would advise others to go anywhere else.*** If this happens to anyone else ***They do in fact carry insurance. I had to get the owners name from the “manager” and contact him directly. He had me file a claim through their insurance (Travelersto get reimbursed. I did not get the total amount I paid for my wheels, but it was something.

Took my car to get two tires put on I told the guy at the desk I have custom wheels please make sure they dont get scratched a tire shop down the road had previously scratched one of the rear wheels when they were changing my tires I could hear him throwing Wheels around on the floor and behold when I get my car back Ive got scratches on both Wheel. Then I noticed they didnt reset my TPMS and I called him and told them about the scratches and the TPMS he said bring it back Ill reset your TPMS and ignored the wheel scratches went there pointed them out he acted like he wasnt interested said he was not going to do custom wheels anymore and finally said he would say something to the manager and that has been over a month and I have not heard nothing my wheels were 275 a piece and theyre both scratched and nothing can be done about it

They knew what parts they needed and we had made an appointment but they didn’t order the parts until the day of the appointment. They had the car for 2 days but did not do any work on it. We had to wait for the parts and return a third time to get the work done. They were rude and not professional

Maybe this was a one time thing Im not sure, took my truck here for a sway bar replaced, tune up, new engine mounts, spark plug wire repair, and a new alternator fan, took less time than I thought to repair it. I made the mistake of not looking under the hood, or in general not knowing a thing about vehicles. I told them i was doing a 300+ mile road trip [since moved there] and I needed my vehicle in top shape. When I finally looked under my hood after my check engine light went on roughly 2 months afterward turns out none of the spark plugs where done, or the right fan said they didnt do the alternator fan but something else, no bug deal that charge was taken off. The swaybar turned out wasnt messed up at all so they took that off too. Great people truely I feel this was some kind of miscommunication. Have been trying to call about a refund since nothing did get done to my vehicle and havent heard anything back, this has been since August of last year. [[ the man at the desk at the time apologized for the wait on my truck and explained the gentleman repairing it caught covid, completely understandable. Although I should have triple checked, or at least checked the work in their lot, probably wouldnt suggest if you are leaving town soon or moving far

My wife had an appointment for brakes and oil last weekend and had spoken to a manager about her appointment time, but when we get there we are waiting in line behind a guy who had an appointment but the manager didnt record it so he could not receive service, when we got to the desk it was the same story for us. Manager did not write the appointment down on their schedule and they were understaffed. We were the third ones that dayWe rescheduled with a discount for next Saturday at 730am...it is 741 and no one is here. I would avoid until management changes.

Went to every tire shop in republic and was told no or denied to have my tire plugged due to a big screw in it. I came here to sawyer tire and even though these guys were tending to other customers they said absolutely we will help you !!! Great experience for 1st time customer!!!

I was planning on changing my own oil, then it started to downpour as I came up to the shop. I pulled in and asked if maybe they had time to do an oild change for me? They had my truck on the lift in minutes!

Wow this place was great! I called and they worked me in the same day within an hour! The price was fair too at 39.00 I will definitely come back. The wait times at other shops in Republic are just way too crazy this place tries their best to get you in and out! A great local shop for someone who doesnt want to be held up all day.

I was referred to Sawyer for a simple oil change. I was very satisfied with the service there. I had an appt and they took my car in right away and they were done in 30 min without trying to up sell things I dont need. Nice guys, I will use them again.

Well, went yesterday and told them I had 1 rear flat tire and 1 rear tire that was the wrong size. Didnt think I needed to go farther into detail. After picking up the car, realized they had got the tires confused. So I paid $133.00 for 1 tire, they replaced the tire that needed air, and I still have a tire that is visibly smaller than the others that needs replaced.(235. 45z 26" tall and the others are 235 55. 28" tallthis has been a nightmare. I am going back in morning to see how this is going to be handled. I will post how it goes! Wish me luck cause I dont have anymore money to spend on tires!

I rolled in with a spare donut on my truck, kids in the back seat, an hour from home, right at closing time. The guys here got a new tire on in no time, and were very kind and friendly.Great product, great price, top-notch customer service!

Im not usually one to try out a new mechanics shop or even use them but I must say I was highly impressed. These guys went above my expectations on everything and got me in same day. They treated my vehicle as if it were one of their own and did more than expected with what was asked. Everyone here is super friendly. Clean facility and reasonable prices.

I took my truck in to have an oil change because they had advertised a $20 coupon discount for oil change. I ordered the lowest grade of oil and no extra services. They charge me for 7 quarts of oil when my truck only holds five (are used to change my oil all the time and will begin to do that again). They tacked on various shop fees. The filter was $9.99!After the $20 discount my simple oil change cost me $35.17. That means with tax if I had not use that coupon a simple oil change for a gas truck (not dieselwould have been $55 with tax! When my wife arrived home with this bill I looked over the invoice and it was quite confusing.I called the store for an explanation which was no help at all. I feel like the advertising was misleading and in the end an extremely poor value!

This week I had a flat tire not far from the shop so I drove my car in and planned on leaving it overnight since it was after hours. Nathan Young was just leaving but came over and asked me about my tire. He said that they would be happy to change my tire if I wanted to wait. He opened the shop back up for me and got my tire changed in 15 minutes. I was very thankful. I live out of town, so my wife was going to have to come pick me up. He saved me from having a bad night. I am a single mom, with a very tight budget. These guys have unfortunately seen my car a few more times than I care to admit. But each time I had to bring my car to them, whether for routine maintenance or check engine light issues, the employees were courteous and respectful. They understand the importance of being fair and doing the job right. As long as I live in this area, they have my business. Thank you!!

I was scheduled for an alignment at a different location, but because of a problem with the alignment machine at the first location, I was referred to the Republic branch. The employees at Sawyer Tire were courteous and helpful— and stayed late to make sure my job was taken care of! They were fast and reliable, and though they worked me in, they never made me feel like I’d put them out. I seriously couldn’t be happier with the service! My truck drives so much better too!

Been to many automotive shops over the years, and they’ve made me jaded about getting ripped off.Thought I’d try out Sawyer tire.and from the first day I was impressed. First impressions mean a lot and I first met with store manager Nathan Brooks. This guy seemed honest, professional and within a day earned my trust.Actually the whole staff is friendly and treats as if you’re not just a number.Last point and reason I would trust no-one else to repair my car is, my brother took his 2000 Grand Cherokee to a shop he’s been going to for a while. On two instances his shop has quoted him high priced repairs. I took his Cherokee to Sawyer and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They have been the best. I wasnt sure at first because Ive had bad experiences with many places but they have restored my faith in mechanics. I get great service at a great price and they have been great working with me around my babies schedule. Could not have asked for a better group of guys. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Badly needed a car inspection late in the day on a Friday and after calling around for over an hour no one I talked to could fit me in, or even wanted to try. Came across Sawyer Tires and with 10 minutes until close, they graciously and politely made time to fit me in, despite having a full shop and better things to do, no doubt. I truly appreciated their work ethic and professionalism, and will happily be taking my business to them from this point forward.
