Saxton Market in Bedford County

This is are only market we have in our small town but very efficient, very nice deli fresh fruits and vegetables daily.

I love their produce department!

Excellent well stocked store and their deli staff is top notch! We stopped in nearly every day during our week at raystown and we will do so the next time we visit as well.

The store was neat and organized, but most importantly, stocked. The deli staff were pleasant and were quick to help us. Check out was fast and easy. Nothing beats a hometown store.

Great experience with super fast service. The store is always clean. Some of the shelves are bare but milk, bread and butter are always stocked. Some items at this store are super expensive.

Small town market with a surprising variety of food stuffs. Well organized, very nice deli, and clean with no aisle clutter.

We first shopped here on our trip to Raystown Lake being it was the closest to us. For a small town grocery store me and my wife absolutely love this place. We drive 1.5 hours just to buy our meats. The selection is amazing. And always fresh. Thick steaks and chops. Great chicken and the prices are absolutely more than affordable. My last couple trips they seemed to have 16oz bottled sodas 2 for $1.00. Not sure if this is regular but I definitely stocked up there. I like the store made subs, spices and sauces as well. A great variety of store made products to choose from. Always good specials on just about everything in the store. Staff is fabulous and friendly. Even still have baggers and they offer to help you load it in your car. Thats true customer service. We will continue to make the commute. Well worth it.

S a x t o n Market always goes out of their way to help me . They have been a blessing to me. I am in the process of moving from Pittsburgh to Saxton. The cleanliness cant be beat. Great market. Usually have a good deal on something. Some prices are more than the big box stores but worth it to help support a local business, plus have a better variety on some items than the other stores.

good local grocery store, great customer service never any long lines and always someone avaialbe to help load your car, they offer gas price discounts, they have a great bakery the best donuts ive ever had a good produce section, and deli, wonderful fired chicken also. the negatives are there is a limited selection of many items here as it is not a huge store, also prices on many items are higher then average.

Always great prices especially when they have sales and extended sales on grocery items. They also have great grab and go food if you dont feel like cooking.

I have to be honest .Saxton market is a disgusting place.It may be a nice place to visit if you are white.,But if you are African decent or white with children of African decent.this place is very ugly. My husband and I moved our family to Saxton PA to get away from the crime and drugs.What a mistake. Shopped at Saxton market only a couple of times. ,But a couple of times was to many .My wife and children discriminated against both times by the women in the Delly as well as the cashiers. It was really sad .We had gone there a few times before hand with out our children on vacation.And everyone was very friendly.But as soon as we moved there ,and they seen our children were African decent The people there got very ugly. My children were very hurt by the way they were treated. It is ashame that people exspesaly children are still judged by the coler of their skin.instead of who they are as a person.

I love there deli meats...I got the peppered turkey delicious. Also got a chicken salad sandwich from deli. It was also tastey. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff and the bagger helped us out to the car with our stuff. Love going there when Im in saxton.

I like getting my groceries here and if they dont have something you need they will order it for you. But favorite grocerie store. Fruit and veg and meat cheaper here. I think so

Their prices are great and love the rewards card you use when you buy groceries, then you get so much off gas at Martins

Despite being the only grocery store around, they dont rest on their laurels here. The store-made sausage was great, the produce was fresh and plentiful, and the staples are what youd expect.
