I’ve been going to this location since I was a teen and have always been treated nicely. Today was my last visit. The worker asked if I wanted my pizza to go and I said yes. He pushed, do you eat it here? I said, some yes and I take the rest. He rolled his eyes and scoffed at me. Then when he gave me the pizza he slapped it down and rolled his eyes at me again AFTER he had been polite to the man in front of me. I know how hard it is to work with the public so I am always nice. I’m done going to this location. The pizza was lousy too.

Sbarro is usually pretty good. This one, not so much. I think that it doesn’t do much business, so the pizza sits a long time. The employees are not exactly concerned with customer satisfaction, so you end up with C- pizza. I don’t mind mediocre pizza, but this was a little less than mediocre.

The food was excellent, I had the Baked Ziti, Spinach Stromboli, Four Cheese White Pizza, and Mushroom Pizza. However, the two men working there were very rude. They continuously made comments about what we were ordering and complained about having to change something on the computer in order to give us the combo we ordered. They gave us attitude for everything including asking for a bag to-go.

Always amazing pizza.. When its fresh.. Not so much when its been sitting there, and the employees dont really care if youd like a fresh slice. Whats there is there.. Until its gone, and then they make a new one. So if youre lucky, itll be fresh. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5..if they had fresh pizza more often, and the employees werent so "Meh" about your fresh request.

Stopped into the Monroeville Mall food court for a quick lunch while shopping with the family. My sons spotted the pizza and the four year old especially was adamant that was the spot to go.Slices are HUGE and plenty of toppings, and the pizza itself was really awesome.Might be a touch pricey but for convenience in the mall I think it was spot on.
