Clean store, but the service was a little slow.Food was good.

Firstly, I would like to say I witnessed one of the workers making a genuine mistake while we was ordering, after asking the manager on duty we watched him treat this worker with absolute disrespect… very professional of your store…Anyway we ordered x2 loaded schnitzels on 5th September around 6:30-6:40pm and after receiving our stale, cold dog’s breakfast we was quite disgusted… food was literally thrown on a plate. so we left our unfinished food and walked across to nandos and enjoyed some quality cooked food..This is an embarrassment and if I ran a team like this serving food like that I’d close that store down instantly….Would recommend you not spend your money here and visit nandos instead!

I recently was contact by the pointcook store regarding a doordash issue i recently experienced. Val was so lovely even offering to compensate for the misunderstanding (which I appreciate but declinedI will most definitely attend the store in the near future with my family as we have for many years enjoyed the awesome food and service. The food was great, the service was great, I am giving it three stars because my husband had to pay an extra $1.00 for tomato sauce for his chips after spending $43.00 for our meal, so now he is making me write this post because he can’t use google.

It’s always a hit and miss with this place.. sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s not good…Customer service & food varies

When they first opened it was good I ordered some today and I was very disappointed with what I received the schnitzel was not cook the crum was not cooked not very nice at all

Hugely disappointing.Food not worth the cost. In other words, food is expensive.Not recommended at all. Had a disappointing Sunday dinner. See this just as the last option at the worst. Hugely disappointing and waste of money 👎🏻

A little late in serving. Chips were soggy and yet the schnitzel remained the special thing as always. The Hot Curry Mayo stole 2 stars from me today😁

Been here on numerous occasions, staff are super friendly and chicken and chips are always fresh. Prices are very reasonable too….

Our regular go to for those mid week take away meals. Nice and easy.

Messed up my entire order. I asked for a wrap with regular chips and drink. All I got was my drink, they tried to give me a burger and no chips.Chips were also not fully cooked.

They pre-cook chicken schnitzel and eggs, which should be totally against their franchise policy. Our bag of Chips were half of them cold and soggy and half was hot...I prefer to have salad over wrap (they present nicely)Very slow service.If you are T/A, Id order in advance as even not during peek time, they are very slow.Chef (?Sounded very grumpy though FOH stuff are all very friendly and well attended.Overall, I like their food--- so Id love them to stop pre-cooking their chicken.

Ordered a Hawaiian wrap meal and Hawaiian burger meal. They gave us an Aussie wrap and burger instead. Taken back to counter to get order rectified, only to he looked down on because THEY stuffed up. When the correct order was brought out to our table, chips were stone cold.Will never eat here again!

The staff are not quick enough in preparing the order. Had to wait almost an hour to get one wrap and chips. Afterward the given food was missing ingredients and not in line with the menu.

Had lunch here today and this Schnitz is by far the best one Ive been to. Fast friendly customer service. Dine in available with empty tables to choose from. The chips were perfect and so delicious, the burgers had the right amount of toppings and the schnitzel was tender and juicy making it a pleasure to eat. Will be visiting again for sure.

Juiciest chicken schnitzel Ive ever had!

Firstly the two staff on the second cooking row were not wearing masks, one of the staff at the front cooking rows did not have her nose covered. Am assuming different rules apply to schnitz staff. Secondly both mine and my wifes meals, the snitzel was burnt. Receipt # 1163479. Not a good effort by Schnitz Point Cook.

Point Cook Schnitz- bad experience again!My first complaint ever, I would never do this usually.But it has to be said!I phoned ahead for a Parma & Chips, told 15 mins. Arrived on time, paid & waited close the cook. Who ive never seen before, her arms have severe exzcema she should not be front of service: She looks diseased and she is touching food!I watched her make and pack several Parmas, over 20mins waiting... she finally look up at me and says "what are waiting for?"then hands me a bag that was sitting there from before i arrived to the store and chases me towards the doors demanding payment. I told her i paid, she doesnt believe me. I tell her the problem here is that ive just been handed a cold Parma and chips!! she says "You havent paid" her colleague comes and informs her I did pay! The cook walks off, NO APOLOGY, NO OFFER TO REMAKE MEAL, NOTHING!! Im left embarrassed in store, customers lookingworried over at me. Take my food home and binned it.Waste of time, Waste of money, Feelings hurt, embarrassed at my local shopping centre... Drove there for food, drove home upset- pre ordered to avoid waiting... what a horrible, horrible woman... how is she in customer service? Her service was the worst Ive experienced ever and I am well travelled! Also, all staff DO NOT WEAR a mask...

Went up to the counter where orders were being handed out waiting to collect my online order and two staff stood their ignoring me, one walked away and the other stood on their mobile phone looked at me and walked out the back. I said excuse me and a different staff member came and said my order was ready, except they then walked away and left the store I was then told that they were out of chip bags and I had to wait longer. Terrible customer service, other times when I have been to this store I haven’t had a pleasant experience (e.g. told it would be a 15 wait, waited 1 hour, not received items, pick up counter surrounded by delivery drivers and not been able to collect my order, seeing lots of staff not wearing masks, and grumpy staff providing a terrible customer experiencehowever this experience, being rudely ignored by staff was unacceptable and I will not be returning.

Waited over 30 mins for 2 wraps. Staff said they have no time to clean the tables so if you can find a clean one just sit on it if not they cant do anything. My schnitzel was lying on a plate after being cooked for over 15 mins.I would say stay away from this place if you can until they are either properly staffed our the franchise owner pays some attention to customers who come in rather than delivery drivers.

First time I had been to a Schnitz, generally a better experience than expected. Variety based on the humble Schnitzel and the Parma was good with a very good selection of salads as well. Good sized portions.

We dined in today and had to send food back as it was only mildly warm. Second time much the same. Not impressed. No apology either! Wont be back unfortunately.

Poor customer service. You will have to wait for long time and finally you get reheated left over schnitzel. I have been to schnitz in Chad Stone and Southland, they are really good.

Very quiet. We ordered two wraps that were wrapped beautifully tight so was super easy to eat! All tasted delicious. Only downfall was I asked for aioli and they gave me chilli.

When today and ordered a wrap and chips ,drink man taking my order was not very nice ,not very polite.......then the food came a qiona salid with chips so I say to the lady "I didnt order this " she said "yes you did" I was so shocked .....ok then eat the chips i was sharing with my daughter couldnt eat the salid ...I would never order a qiona salid EVER... disgusting customer service .Ill not be back .

The staff are so nice and cheerful.Place is kept very clean.Food was fast and hotChips were not the best, still a ton better then a lot of places on flavour but lacked crunch

These people have the worst and rude customer service. Guys please focus on you customer service. People need not only food but a place where they can get some great service.Food is Good but customer service made my day bad.Get some training. You have lost one customer because of this.Thanks

Good fresh food.A little costly but worth the fresh ingredients.Good service generally.(delivery service drivers bunched at the entrance and counter waiting around for their order pick up could be better managed discreetly especially at covid times).

Love Schnitz & their chips therefore disappointed my order just arrived minus the chips for both meals. Contacted menulog who have given me a $10 voucher for my next order. Appreciated but would have preferred the chips! Chicken schnitzel, parma & rainbow salad were all delicious 😅

Love Schnitz, especially their awesome chips! Like many others who gave a low rating, it’s the customer service that they need to improve. Most are friendly but a few there are just plain “I don’t really give a S&@t” about customers. No smiles, no happy face, not a wee bit enthusiastic to be having a job! Worse when it’s peak hours. Chaotic angry faces all around. Seriously guys, you have to work harder for me to step into this chain again.

I had the omg and omg it was awesome first time for schnitz and Im definitely coming back the customer service was amazing the manager I think his name was Jason went out of his way to make sure my food was on point when I said I hadnt had it before

This review if about Maddison @ Schnitz - We have been buying food from Schnitz for ages and Maddison has always given us great serviceBut to set the record straight to the review below by Brianna - I was there the other night having dinner with my family when two young ladies came in and where acting drug effected and bullying one of the younger staff members. The staff member still served them nicely and professional and Maddison didnt even talk to either of you. Personally i would have told you to crawl back under the meth rock you came from but they still served you

All Burgers were cold. Order was messed up as one burger had no sauce. The other one had v little sauce. The chips were cold too. The young boy who took the order always screws up my order. He comes across very weird with me just the vibe i can feel and i am not sure why always with me. I am thinking of complaining now as its enough. I dont like seating and eating here anymore.

I came here with my daughter who has been often and prefers Schnitz over many other competitors. She thoroughly enjoyed her meal. I had only the sweet potato chips which were tasty and crispy, and a soft drink. I am vegetarian but didn’t fancy a “vegan” schnitzel as I don’t want food that looks or tastes like meat. There were very few options on the menu for my tastes but then it is unashamedly a schnitzel based restaurant! I would recommend it for the freshness of the food, the cleanliness and friendly service and for the inclusion of an imitation schnitzel for the vegans.

Ordered food via Uber Eats, but considering it was a food problem, wouldnt blame it on the driver. Our order was missing an item, a serve of chips was the wrong size, and the food we did get was cold. The Morrocon chicken schnitzel was a sad looking piece of cold meat ($8.90in a huge box. The only good thing was the gravy (though I had no chips to eat it withand the burger (though that was cold, but still tasted okay). Wouldnt order from here again. Expensive with nothing to show for it.

we ordered 2 beef schnitzels today. one was decent size, one was half the size. complained but manager didnt care at all. not going back. wish I took a photo 😑

Came to have some food here on Wednesday around 3pm. The woman who served me was rude and the worst customer service. It looks like she doesn’t want to be there. When I was ordering before even finishing my sentence she has finalised the order and walked away. The worse customer service experience I had in point cook area. At the time of I’m writing this review she’s on her break and having her food in a corner table ( now she knows who she is).Not going to visit this place and advise other people to stay away from this place.

This branch here has a pretty huge area with plenty of seats and my favorite is their fries.

Friday night ordered take away through Uber eats. 2 hours later our food isnt here. The Manager has advised us 3 times now that it is on our way. Now Uber call to cancel saying their power is out. Drove down myself power is just find. They are a pack of liars. Being lied to by a manager is unacceptable.

Serving after 30 minutes of wait is something i can understand, but its not OK to charge for a full dip and serve only half. The samples at the cashier were full. Looks like a stunt from a very cheap management ass on top trying to save a few cents from that half dip of profits by misguiding customers. When i complained to waitress, she justified it saying that this is what they are supposed to serve...no action for another 15 min after i complained.Eventually i had to make a scene at cashier and showed then what they were marketing and they suddenly sprung into action. Hated the experience for all pain i had to go through for a 50 cents dip.Even the burger is extremly average for the price u pay.Go somewhere else; This place sucked big time.

This was a different experience to ones ive dined at before. More of a takeaway quick eat type of Schnitz and not as cosy in atmosphere.

Tables were dirty & sticky whole place needs some attention. Service, tables, mess... had to clean up just so we could sit. Wipe table with serviette was this filthy.

On my first visit I asked for the most popular dish and without a hesitation the cashier hands me the lot version of the wrap obviously to make a quick buck. Very disappointed at the dishonesty and I will never go back.

Average schnitz. Atmosphere ok but short on drink range

Regular customers at Schnitz Point Cook. Always order the Schnitzel meal with coleslaw, salad and chips well done, crispy!!!Can‘t actually say how many times staff at Schnitz have failed to do our chips well done, crispy!!! The only people who get it right is the manager/owner and the lovely girl with dark long hair. Both were not there tonight and therefore simply everything went wrong!!!When I ordered I repeated 3x please chips well done, crispy. After 20min wait the schnitzel and chips were served and chips soggy!!!!After taking them back the meal was served ahain with crispy chips but cold schnitzel.As I aproched staff to ask if they didn’t re warm or keep our meat heated whilst preparing a new batch of crispy chips for us I was told no.HONESTLY????1. How hard can it be to make crispy chips???2. Cold Schnitzel... Where are your Food Standard procedures???Just not good enough!!!
