Dr Donohoe was attentive as always. He listens to what I have to say about my condition and progress, and considers my input in my treatment plan.

From the scheduling to the post operative care the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Ashley answered any and all questions in a timely manner and provided great help. On the day of surgery Mary was funny and made me feel at ease going into the operating room. Very great experience. Dr Donahoe helped me manage my pain and the healing process has gone very well.

Dr. Donohoe is a class act. All of my interactions with him have been awesome (and I’ve had quite a few over the years due to my foot issues). He takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them in a sincere and professional manner. My experiences with him is why I recommended him to many others. I don’t see how another reviewer could say he doesn’t remember names????? Sounds fishy to me. He always remembers past conversations and even asks how family members are. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff.

Dr Donohoe and Ashley made me feel like I was the most important patient they had have. Ashley assisted me with removing and putting my socks back on without having to ask (she knows I have difficulty with flexibility). Dr Donohoe was very kind and asked how my wife (also a patientwas faring. Thank you so much for all you do!

I dont know what others believe he can do, why some of the bad reviews. Hes not God! Dr. Donohoe is very caring and very professional. He gave me suggestions, when three other doctors gave me nothing, concerning my broken foot that wouldnt heal. My wife uses him for her feet and I do too. I recommend his services to everyone, 100%!

My visit @FGH was great. When I first called for an appt. @ Dr. Donohoes office....the receptionist was not very helpful or friendly but I made the appt. anyway. Dr. Donohoe was very nice and helpful. Would recommend him highly. Maybe his receptionist in Mason City could learn better phone etiquette.

This doctor is uncaring and doesnt even attempt to try. He just wants to push through as many patients as he can in such a short amount of time. Every appointment I have had with him he has called me the wrong name even after I corrected him in the visit he still called me the wrong name. He sees you for as little time as possible the makes his nurse who is super nice do everything. Shes honestly the only reason I kept going back because I thought hey if shes so nice maybe hes just having a rough day. That was not the case at all! Every appointment I went to he asked me the same questions and never reviewed my chart he even messed up and thought I was a complete different patient and started talking about their issues at one of my appointments. I have seen him four times now and would not recommend him for anyone. I just feel sorry for all his other patients that have to deal with him. I would give him a no stars at all but that is not an option.

Answered a question about my toe during my mothers visit. I made an appointment to have toenail removed for 3rd time.He is a very nice and very caring doctor. He is NOT your typical clinical specialist. He takes time with you, explains everything, answers questions, never felt rushed. He is in my opinion a gem.
