Scott VanderPloeg State Farm Insurance is one of the greatest insurance agents I have ever worked with. They have very competitive rates and UNMATCHED customer service. Carol, Diane, and Scott clearly value their clientele and make their customers first priority.Today, Carol called me to inform me about changes in Michigan law that could affect our coverage. She answered several of my questions patiently and made sure that I understood the ramifications of the changes so that I could update my coverage to fit my familys needs. I will never need to find another insurance agent with Scott VanderPloeg - State Farm here in Big Rapids, MI!

Horible company, offer you insurance at one rate and than increase it 2 months later due to address change. Over priced and not friendly, buy elsewhere.
