Seagreen Bicycle in Sussex County

I called Seagreen for the first-time last week and was speaking with Frank regarding ordering a laundry list of Park Tools. What I did not realize is that the tools were located at the Rehoboth retail location, but my wife and I were heading to Lewes the following day, so Frank had the Rehoboth store package up the tools and ship them to the Lewes location the next day. This saved us time and fuel which was greatly appreciated and not usual in this day and age. Also, one of the tools could not be found at the time but was located after the fact and Frank shipped it to me free of charge. Companies like this are hard to find and needless to say, both Seagreen and Frank earned a customer for life.

Great customer service!

We were pleased with kindness and services offered. We were visiting with the toddler and it was uncertain how the child will react to the ride. Matt and Olden were very accommodating and we ended up enjoying our time biking. Great location, new bikes, and reasonable prices!

The business partners with The Rehoboth Hotel. They first of all told us we had a choice of bike rental: electric or pedal. We chose electric. A worker then ran after us after stating we could only get a pedal style. So unprofessional and confusing. They then told me the voucher said 1bicycle instead of 2. The hotel accidentally gave us a voucher for one person instead of 2. I called the hotel and they talked to one of the workers stating that the voucher is for 2 customers. The one worker said it was fine. When we returned, a different worker demanded we return with a voucher stating 2 bicycles. I was exhausted and told them I was able to walk back. I then explained to the hotel and they told me they would handle it and reimburse me for my trouble. I would never go back even without being connected to the hotel. They were so rude to my son and I and deceptive with what we could rent.

Matt, was all around Great! He got us in and out in no time at all for a rear tire flat repair on our E bike.

You can typically tell the quality of the customer service of a business when they treat you well despite knowing they arent making a profit off of you. We had a free rental voucher from our hotel, and they treated us kindly and with respect, and made sure we got the bicycles that suited what we were looking for. The bikes were great and well-maintained, and they were also courteous with the return time when we had to run back to get our helmets. Overall great experience, and I would highly recommend to whoever is thinking of renting bikes near Rehoboth!

Seagreen is the best bike shop around. I recommend everyone come here first for any of their bicycle needs.

The gear cables on my 25 year old Schwinn were rusted to the point of being inoperable. I rode my beach-bike into Seagreen to inquire about replacement cables and maybe a new seat. In less than 24 hours I was retuned what essentially amounts to a brand new bike! The mechanics totally rebuilt my bike at a very reasonable price. Great job, I highly recommend their service.

Glen and all the folks at Seagreen are so helpful and accommodating. Their selection of bikes is excellent — they even have ebikes! Highly recommend for rental or sales.

Cheap and convenient

We just had two bikes repaired/tuned up. Matt and team did a fantastic job. Both bikes are about 12 years old and they now ride like new! Their customer service is awesome, too! Very happy to give them a great review.

Any time I need something for my bike, they are the place I go. Extremely helpful and nice. I always expect to be charged more and end up feeling I got a great deal when I leave. They installed a surfboard rack on my bike that would have taken me forever to install and charged me virtually nothing. Highly recommend!

Wonderful friendly folks to rent a bike from! Good quality bikes and super-attentive staff make for a great experience. Good location for riding the Gordons Pond and Breakwater trails, as well as general around-town cruising. Plus theres a sister shop in Lewes in case anything goes wrong up there (which it didnt... Just saying...)

Dropped into this bike shop before heading out to Lewes. My husbands bike needed an adjustment on his back brake. Bike mechanic was so helpful, fixed his bike and also helped me with the cleats on my shoes. He suggested I check out their other shop in Lewes, which I did. Another A+bike shop!!

Matt took my bike in at 8 am and it was all tuned up and ready to go by noon. Super friendly, kind, and jovial group of people. And the bike runs like a dream. (parking was a little rough, but its the beach so to be expected)

I searched around for a new bike, and decided to check out seagreens on balt. Ave. I didnt know what I was looking for, and was just browsing. Joe and Frank were very helpful in helping my decide what to get. I am absolutely in love with my new cruiser. Thank you again.

Visited 3 locations in two days and I couldnt have asked for better experience. Just needed a good bike lock, but one location was out, so they directed us to the main shop. We found what we needed and they invited us to try it out, but it didnt function correctly, so they helped us with another.the last visit they helped us with an adjustment on my wifes bike - the rear break was engaged the whole morning! GREAT STAFF, I cannot recommended them highly enough.

Seagreen rented us quite nice, very comfortable bikes for our week in Rehoboth. They made sure our helmets fit, included lock and gave us a map of the area, talking us through the best places to ride. Very friendly, clearly very knowledgeable, great service. Also, not a bulk-rent-to-the-tourists place. This is a real bike shop. Im very glad we found them.

Had a broken (adjustablestem. Mike replaced it with a used (fixedone and gave it a quick tune-up (lubed chain, adjusted derailleurs & brakes, re-tensioned spokes while I waited. Very affordable and knowledgeable tech and very friendly. Cant say enough good things about the positive experience. Thank you!

Biking around Rehoboth, we needed a new bike lock so we ran in here. Fast and friendly service, extremely helpful!

We stopped in this morning for a relatively minor bike repair, but one that stopped us from enjoying the beach to the fullest. We didnt have the tools we needed to do the job, but Seagreen did. We were in and out within 5 minutes, but almost wished we could stay longer to continue enjoying the friendly conversation.
