Sears Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning in Reno County

This unit has been permanently closed since May of 2021. Apparently, the village isnt aware they are long gone.

Called them to schedule an appointment spoke with someone who was going to schedule an appointment for me gave me three days available told them I would called back because I had see our availability. Called back next day to schedule and right off the bat after stating I spoke to someone yesterday and am ready to schedule now the lady stated they can not do our service because she was assuming we had sand in our ducts. Asked lady how are they assuming and we have sand in our ducts when they haven’t even seen our house. They denied service without even coming to see our house. Spoke to manager who said most likely you do because of areas however told him sir you didn’t even come out to check before you assume. Said we would have to pay for a service fee charge for them coming out and if we do. Which would be no problem for us to do so because then at least we would know the issue if that’s the issue or to come to find out maybe they could do our service they took our service. Customer service was not helpful. For a place you would think would like others to recommend and keep there business going I would not recommend going with this company. They are not about business

Never use them.Call their office only if you want a HORRIBLE experience.

The area they cleaned was my.living room carpet and a small hallway. The price was good but it was upsetting to learn afterwards that they are not allowed to move anything heavier than a coffee table. I dont see the point of having two big men out to clean carpet and they wont even move a sofa that is on casters and when I pointed it out they said it was because of covid. I have a few small tables and they didnt move any of those either, they only moved the main coffee table. So be aware that if you want your entire carpet cleaned, you will have to move every bit of furniture from the room you want clean so dont hire them for bedrooms or living rooms unless they are completely empty.

We called sears to clean our air ducts. So when they showed up my husband told them her is going to run his sewer camera through the ducts first and then he will run it again after they clean them when he told them that they said they could not do our ducts cleaning that they would not be able to get them clean lol.just goes to show you they are ripping people off .

Great job cleaning the carpets No complaints on the quality. To Corporate: You lost me as a customer as you are gouging for the service charges. I paid a two line service charge which was a bit surprising and excessive. Shame me once but sorry last carpet in my house for Sears because of the charges. Remove the 45 state line charge and Ill be back otherwise going local.

I HAD MY CARPET DONE LAST WEEK AFTER DRYING I COULD NOT BELEIVE THE STAINS STILL VISIBLE I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED I HAVE CONTACTED SAMANTHA CHATMAN OF THE EYE TEAM TO COME VIEW THIS IS NOT THE,QUALITY OF SEARS,THAT I GREW UP WOTJ THEY WERE NICE BUT THE WORK WAS,NOT

Worse decision of my LIFE!!! Run dont use them typical bait and switch..... think you get a great price till they show up. Not to mention the 30 day warranty only covers previous stains, as explained to me they will cover any issues with the cleaning for 30 days after the service. We had another issue a few weeks later and was told it would be $105 to clean. Lies. Then add in they ripped the molding off my island and scratched my less than one year old hardwood floors. The solution to fix the scratch was to take a marker and color in the scratch. NEVER EVER use anything Sears related again.

Dina and Angel were fantastic! It was a freezing cold day, but they were so positive and helpful with everything. They found that there was a big issue with my venting system, and had done everything they could to fix it. I am so appreciative for all of their help, and would highly recommend them and the sears company.

Poor customer service, had an appointment 10/1/19, they did not show called to find out what happened and whomever took my info put in someone elses number, then rescheduled for today received a text saying they would be here between 9am-noon & when I called at 11am, to find out if theyre coming was told they would be here 1-4pm, if they give u an appointment they should try to accommodate, what they think I have nothing better to do but twiddle my thumbs waiting for them to show, Ill never call them again, if I could give zero stars thats what it will be, dont be surprised if it happens to you

David Price was wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. He and his assistant was on time and did an excellent job on my cleaning my carpet. Im a very happy and satisfied customer. I will use Sears again.!

My furniture looks worst. After my furniture dried I noticed stains on the furniture. Possible dirt/water stains as if the dirt was lifted but not removed. I will be contacting sears tomorrow. I would not refer.

Im a non violent offender that was convicted of drug charge. I havent been in police custody since 2014. I was denied the job offer because of the fact that i am a convicted felony. Discrimination is a hate crime and i highly recomend you people to be aware of this sears company.

Scheduled a carpet cleaning today anywhere from 9-12...they never showed up! Apt was even confirmed yesterday. Very annoying since I moved a lot of furniture to make their job easier! Very unprofessional.
