After dealing with rude people on the zoom call i wore suit was presentable yet treated like a joke meanwhile people were joking laughing about dui cases. Extremely unprofessional!

Im not sure what the first reviewer experienced, but Ive called them multiple times (including todayand the phone was answered on the first ring. The employee was incredibly helpful and friendly - she always is. She answered all of my questions, and when I apologized for taking up her time with one more question, she said, "No, youre not taking up my time, youre ok." Second: when the office was closed to the public due to the pandemic, she allowed me to come upstairs and leave my paperwork on the window ledge, then when she saw me, as we were both wearing masks, she stepped out and took the papers and answered my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable way.

You have better luck getting help from a rock then them they never answer the phone you can go down to the office they will not give you answers
