I love this branch!! I have banked here my whole life, even back when it was still Beehive Credit Union. Kristi is amazing at what she does and she runs an amazing branch! Everyone in here is awesome and will do whatever they can to help their members out.

This Provo office , with Megan, Thomas, Jen, Nat, Hannah and Christy, they care about more than just the fact that theyre a banking institution. We have had our savings and checking accounts here for years, as well as our charge card. We have also taken out loans and refinanced our mortgage with them. We wouldnt go anyplace else.

Best locations in Utah County. Would love a Sugarhouse branch again. 2200 South area in Salt Lake. Sugarhouse is a popular area in Salt Lake. You used to have a branch in Sugarhouse. Please have another to replace the Sugarhouse branch we lost. Excellent Utah County and Colorado credit union. Excellent locations in Utah County. Miss the Sugarhouse location. World Mastercard is an excellent credit card . Mastercard has always been accepted by Smiths Kroger. In the past Smiths did not accept Visa credit cards. Will be a member forever.

I have been a member at Security Service since I was in high school. Back then it was called Beehive Credit Union. This credit union has only gotten better over the years. I love all the things I am able to do with the online banking. All the employees are really nice and friendly. They know me by name. They know my kids. Whenever I have a problem or a request, they are always eager to help me. They go above and beyond!

Took in some rolled pennies to cash in and because im not a member they refused. I wouldnt send my worst enemy in for anything there. Change is change and they go through it just like any other credit union or bank.

They messed up, big time. I misplaced Debit Card, so I swung by the branch on my way to work and asked them to suspend the card, or issue me a new one on site. Tells me they cant issue a new one since I had a $0 Balance after Bills came out. Decided to suspend it, and was in and out on 5 minutes, and got to work, where I was able to find my card. Called up the phone number on the back of the card to unsuspend it. Come to find out, the Manager of the branch completely closed out my card, Cancelled it, couldnt reactivate it.I ask the lady on the other end if theres any way she can issue me a new card, and magically, they can, although it will take 7-10 days. So here I am, 5 days later, Thanksgiving fast approaching, no card, bills piling up all because the Branch Manager decided to cancel rather than suspend my card. Added to the fact that on that last paycheck, I did the math and used the card a few times before pulling out rent money. Come to find out a few days later, they hit me for 9, yes, 9 NSF Fees because the rent magically cleared before everything else I had swiped, a full day and a half prior. Seems kind of fishy. Seriously considering closing out the account and finding someplace else to do my banking with.

After having some struggles with MACU and trying to do loans with them, I decided to come here. Stephanie (I think thats her namewas super helpful. She got the ball rolling and told me all I needed to bring to finish my auto loan. I finalized it in Payson, but the tellers there were awesome too. I am going to be closing my accounts with MACU and switching here as soon as I can. My business will go where I am treated well. I love the service at SSFCU!

Go see Neesha. She is very easy to work with. Quick and efficient. She was happy the whole time while my wife and I bombarded her with questions about our new account. She answered them all to the best of her ability and if she didnt know she found out for me. Helped me set up my online banking too. Will refer everybody there!

Pretty sure I am one of the only customs of the branch and boy do I love them. People laugh when I tell them the name of the place I bank, but I am not ashamed. Who doesnt love great customer care.
