Nervously ordered a pair of the Kevlar lined Cargo pants, something I normally wouldn’t do because of sizing issues. They arrived quickly and the sizing was perfect. Very comfortable for riding and price was great too.

No ethics, better take it to fair trading! Website says "we receive your returned item, we will then credit or refund" but when I asked for refund they only offered store credit.

Sweet Jacket that fits well considering Im 6.3 and 110kg, will definitely be my go too shop for motorcycle gear since most places in New Zealand seem to only carter to short small Italian men.

Ordered protective long sleeve tshirt and mom kevlar jeans. Fit very well being a larger size woman. Very comfy and hopefully dont have to test out the protective side off these items.

Incredibly disappointed (and I am being politewith the service provided. I paid for items a month ago as a gift and there is still no sign of the item, although it looks like they were dispatched 5 days ago. This follows being advised that the item was out of stock and we could have an alternative, only to see a month later it is still showing available online. The birthday has been and gone, I will look at other retailers in future and will certainly not recommend this company. Wishing Id seen these reviews first and shopped elsewhere. Hindsight is a bit"h like that!.

Similar story to many others on here. I ordered items that were "in stock", and paid for express shipping. Order to delivery ended up being 14 days - not particularly quick.The items werent dispatched for a week, as they sent them from their Melbourne warehouse to Brisbane first, to then ship back to me Melbourne. Very inefficient system that they need to address. Given how urgent I needed the items, Id have been happy to pick up from their warehouse and save everyone the trouble!Once eventually dispatched, Auspost let them down even further as.. well, its Auspost. Probably should choose a more reliable courier for express shipping.Follow up emails with customer service have gone largely ignored.Only thing that saved this from being a 1 star review was the very friendly and helpful staff who answered the phone (albeit they could do little to actually change the outcome).

Item arrived fairly quickly, it was as ordered and communication and tracking during the shipping process was good, will use them again

I have ordered some boots straps it been over a month haven’t received them.. not happy I want a refund every time I call them they ignore me or they tell me they will call me back when they find out what has gone wrong. Over a week having heard a sound and they ignore my calls still super unhappy to anyone I would not shop here online big mistake and lost 50$plus postage that never got posted

Shark leather?! More like ordinary leather and a despicable attitude! I’d call them sharks but they’re more like seals with blunt teeth. Rather than be honest and return my money they hide from me like I am an oversized Orca! It’s pitiful. Someone geotag these guys so web surfers can steer clear from losing their money. She sells sea shells by the store next to Shark Pleather so that customers can remain satisfied

Unfortunately, I have now had the same experience as other reviewers here (should have read these first- need some parts for an urgent job, thought I would support a local business.Parts showing "in stock" 9 days later after various phone calls, messages etc still no despatch. Drop shipping, you should say clearly instead of saying "in stock" - misleading.It has taken a PayPal dispute & Facebook messenger to get a response.

Shark leathers protective pants in denim. Nice quality jeans, but sizing is way off from the suggested guides. Aim for 2 sizes below chart in womens anyway. A size 14 regular fit, turned out to be a size 10 !You will save $30 in delivery & returns.

Gear is well priced, but sizings are off. For clothes go up two sizes at least on their sizing charts and helmets go up one size. Shipping times for orders is quite slow.

The Shark Rambo Protective cargo pants are superb… The quality and fit are bloody great and definitely thinking about picking up another pair.

website says in stock, but they do not have items in stock and order it in when you pay for it, or need a deposit to do so. this is called drop shipping and are just adding a fee on for doing so, go to mxstore instead in my opinion

I bought a few items like jackets, pants and gloves made by sharkleathers before I started ridingThey are super comfyThen a few months after riding I ended up getting a tank slapper going around 80kmh and got thrown off the bike, It was like I was in a tumble dryer.I only had minor injuries like bruising and bit of gravel rash, but without this gear I would most likely be dead or in critical conditionI probably would never use any other brand as sharkleathers earnt my trust by saving my life.Besides that, their customer service is amazing, super friendly staff and they are extremely informative

These guys have terrible customer service. repeatedly called requesting information and support for a product, constantly told that someone would be in touch. no one ever contacted me. eventually got sick of being ignored and have gone elsewhere.

I ordered parts that were indicated as "in stock", I required them quickly, so I paid $25 for express postage. The items either were back ordered, or Shark Leathers has a different take on "express" as it had taken them 3 days to post the items out. Website indicated that if parts were ordered prior to a set time they would be dispatched that day.An email to them elicited zero response.You had me a customer until you didnt.

I ordered the Shark race TT and the Sin-air Jacket on sale ($50 AUD each). The jacket only has CE level 1 pads and the elbow pads are a positioned a bit low so I had to "DIY" to fit, other than that the quality is great for that price. The gloves are only double stitched at the palms and knuckles, not sure how long they will last before the areas around the fingers started to bust open. Sliders and knuckles are hard plastic and would definitely do the job. CoolLooking design from the outside, but looks a bit messy around the finger edges. For the sale price theres not much to complain about but definitely would not get them at their original tag.

I ordered a trail tech tto online through shark leathers in Qld as the website said the item was "in stock". I was desperate to get it asap as mine had failed. I couldnt locate one closer to home and I had an upcoming race. Being in Victoria I also paid the $25 for express shipping.Once I paid for the item their website then said "on back order" so I rang and spoke to Brock I believe, he assured me they had the item but it had to come from their Brisbane warehouse to his location before it could be posted. This process took from Monday morning until Thursday afternoon just to move it internally between their Qld locations and I received it 8 days after ordering it. Charging $25 for express post and waiting 8 days is unacceptable. MX Store 1-2 days max from Burleigh Heads Qld to my front door in Geelong every time.

They are based in Qld and Im in Vic, so Ive only dealt with them online and phone. But no problem, These guys will handle all your wishes, concerns and they will even try and source an exact or similar product you want/need from their suppliers. My last order was on back order, and the staff were so helpful that he rang me out of hours to update me on my order.

I was guided by one of the team as to what to purchase via there message system within minutes of sending my text I received a reply. I bought the Shark Venture Pants and within 48 hours they were delivered to Sydney with regular updates with what stage the delivery was at. They fit great, they are warm and look awesome. I have not ridden with them yet so I cant say how they perform. Great company to deal with.
