Wed used Shawn Sensky for more than a decade for a number of cases. He is very professional, caring, and honest.

Hes very corrupt, a liar, deceitful and plays games with the status quo. He was paid but he violates conflict of interest and ethical guidelines. He will smirk and smile in your face while hes being evil to you about your situation. He does look to violate and take advantage of others and I learned in law school thats not what its supposed to be like so no matter how much scumbags like him try to normalize their games, theyre not normal. Hes not a good person he will side with his courthouse pals.

Shawn is representing a family member of mine and has done a great job arranging custody of his two Sons so they get to stay in their home versus running rambunctious and wild with no supervision in bad area of another town with their mother! His retainer and rates arent cheap, rather a little bit on the higher end of Attorneys fees! But I believe hes worth every penny! The Boys are in need of compassion, structure, schooling & doing their homework, discipline and Lots of Love and Hugs! If youre in need of a good attorney who gets the results that he said he would, then I highly recommend Shawn A. Sensky, P.C.

He will do a lot of work for you BUT he is not honest about his cost and will continue to charge (a ridiculously high amountafter he tells you there will be NO more charges. He only cares about $$$. Definitely feels like we were taken advantage of and lied to repeatedly. His costs are outrageous and unjustified and he is deceitful. Would not recommend.

He is a complete liar and a poor excuse of a lawyer. He will charge you incorrectly and you can’t do a single thing about it. He wants your money, and he will take as much as he can from you. Find someone who fits the title of a lawyer. Save yourself from running out of money and losing your case.
