Sheike Macquarie Centre in Ku-ring-gai

Super disappointed! Went to return an item at Sheike Macquarie - was told when I asked for the refund that they have a $1500 limit on returns for the day and for this reason they couldn’t return my item. (Never heard of this $1500 limit before and there is no mention of this in their returns policyThis item was brand new, never worn and still wrapped in the tissue paper within the 14day returns period. After them trying to tell me the only options available was a store credit or gift card they eventually miraculously were able to refund my $200 dress. Super unhappy with the experience, felt embarrassed and won’t be shopping in-store again.

Very good customer service. Ferishta is amazing. So helpful and provided dress suggestions not just for this store but her other branches also. Proactive staff.... All of them amazing. Excellent stock as well. Prices are reasonable.

i go to this store often and i can honestly say i’ve never had a bad experience all the girls are super friendly and helpful. always attending to my needs and checking up on me. not many other stores do this. highly recommend the company and this particular store

I had the worst experience of customer service at Macquarie Shieke shopping centre. I shop regularly at Shieke and have been doing it for years now. Always had great sales staff that understand what “ customer service “ is all about.This time on January 4 , Tuesday at noonish , I go to Shieke to return linen shorts that I purchased like 10-15 days ago. I wasn’t happy with the purchase as it didn’t fit well. This dark haired Arabic sales woman spoke to me in a condescending manner by questioning my intention of returning these items I was unhappy about. She was extremely rude and insulting towards me and spoke to me in a tone to suggest her disinterest in our conversation. I have read several similar reviews on Google about this one Arabic (the dark haired ladysales woman and questioning why the owner hasn’t taken any action what so ever. I wish no customer ever gets treated so badly for being a loyal customer for years that has shopped regularly.

Honestly I love the brand and quality, hated the service,I got to the register desk on Sunday 19th December 2021 with my friend and there 2 ladies serving -( standing around talking I waited a good 30 seconds and they both moved back. Neither of them served me, one had a necklace with Arabic writing she served me and didn’t really want to and what throwing the item I got away. If I didn’t absolutely fall in love with piece I was walking out at the service I received. Im very applauded, we live in Australia and there should be no racial discrimination.

True icon of Australian fashion, the store is one of the largest Sheike stores I have been in and offers a great new range of swimwear and ready to wear clothing. Excellent customer service.I went shopping on Sunday morning , a Chinese lady is a true gem and the reason that I definitely will come back into store, she is extremely knowledgeable and creative with her styling and helps me to find the perfect outfit for my events. I get so many compliments when I wear this beautiful SHEIKE dress! THANK YOU!Clothing are reasonable priced,a lot of beautiful items in their collection currently. I LOVE SHEIKE!

To the women with the dark hair and horrific service. I asked to try on a dress in two sizes today at the Macquarie store and was looked up and down by one woman who was reluctant to give me the smaller size as she clearly didnt approve of my body size. For your information, I walked out with the smaller size.Thankfully I am a strong enough person to not let such disgusting behaviour bother me but I sincerely hope you dont ever treat another individual in such a manner.To the colleague that help me the other day in the beige coloured linen shorts, you were both beautiful.

I have not used the products of this brand until now, but today I wanted to buy a dress from them, the seller said that this dress has a %50 ؜ discount and I was happy, but when I went to check in at the cash, another employee came and said that I could not give this dress at a discount. And this was a very ugly behavior that made me stop buying !!!!

PICK UP THE PHONE - Not sure who is working today 20.12.17 but i have tried calling 3 times and no answer. Wake up and answer the phone. I was about to buy 4 dresses via credit card. Not anymore.
