Shell in King County

Twice now have had an unpleasant experience. Couple of weeks ago when trying to make purchase, the bill I had was too large according to the cashier. Left came back later with smaller bills and was told he wasnt going to ring me up as he had 5 mins left of his shift and didnt want to use the cash register. Yesterday went in again, my purchases had discounts when buying more than 1, and was charged the amount without any of the advertised discounts. Paid cash, didnt get a receipt, one was not offered, left and sure enough was charged incorrectly. Be aware of this place, the workers are not there to honestly serve you, and the pump was messed up and wouldnt let me use my rewards. Not going there again.

The only Shell Ive ever seen with competitive prices instead of +$0.20 above other stations. Hand sanitizer dispensers are filled at every pump.

Ever since this gas station has been converted into a circle k it has been amazing. Great staff good prices and very clean. If you havent been here in a while I suggest giving this location another chance!

About twenty minutes after buying a cookie from the store (did not buy gas), theres a fraud alert on my credit card. Almost certainly from using it as this station.

Today was a great day. I rented a UHaul from the Shell on 75th and 25th. Bill was an absolute delight- putting a smile on my face as soon as I entered the parking lot. He was super kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I will be visiting this station the next time I need gas or a UHaul. Thank you so much Bill!!

Always easy to get gas and buy snacks on a busy day driving around town.

Cash only signs over all the pumps. Not interested in going inside and paying cash, get it together shell

Rarely restocks, sell’s expired products. One creepy worker always ask about my girlfriend.Also they usually are closed atleast 15min before they are suppose to be open.

Gas pumps SLOOOOOOWWW (really, slower than my kitchen sink), which ended up being fortunate because the pump didnt auto-turn-off and spilled gasoline all over. The guy inside didnt care about either, and didnt seem to be interested in cleaning up the open gasoline.

Walked down, they closed 10min early, wouldnt serve me. Dont do here

Spent $30 in gasoline, walked inside to ask for quarters to use the air pump - was rudely told they dont have any quarters.

Pulled up to get gas for my motorcycle, fuel pump leaked gas from the handle over my hands and clothes also onto my motorcycle. Went inside to use the bathroom to wash my hands and it was out of order, clerk said I could use it to wash my hands , but didnt seem to care that one of the pumps leaks gas out of its handle..... so now everything around me smells like gas thanks shell.

Honestly this gas station is pretty rough. Most pumps dont work w my shell card. Also the one time I tried to wash my car here the car wash was closed.

This is a rather poorly maintained station. Over several months the rewards gas discounts were not being tallied or included in the pump calculation. That, however, was fixed after a lengthy time of not being properly deducted.The current issues seem to be with their pumps and POS printers for receipts.Pumps display pads do not work properly, pumps are often out of order and prices tend to be high. Hastily produced notices have been taped to the pumps informing customer that they do not work properly.They have been up for several months now. No repairs that can be discerned to correct this situation.Beware. Shoddy all around.There are alternatives and I suggest customers look elsewhere and plan their trips accordingly.No place in business for shoddy transactions and customer experience.If you cant run a business to a basic level of customer service and upkeep, get out!

Screw this gas station!!! Im going to chevron from now on after my experience. The atfendent was absolutely disgusting to me when all i was doing was gwtting 40$ cash back and theyre pissed about their till and try giving me 20$ in 1s!!!! I said no way dude you gotta give me 20s and of course he doesnt have 20s and said it will have to be 5s, so i said ok but then he complains hes running out of 5s and thats when i was like hell no, im not taking 20 1s and i made him give me 6 5s and 10 1s but he was being so nasty handing me the 1s 1 by 1 counting. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. You guys should not have a 40$ cash back option if you dont even let them have more than 6 5s and no 20s!! Not to mention all the times i come in here and get sexually harassed by late night male attendants. Im not coming back and im filing a formal complaint this is my last straw

Needed gas, not as cheap as Costco but when you need to fill up, you have to fill up.

one of the employees stalks me occasionally and always asks for my phone number and tries to get me to go into his car. i tell him no and he keeps asking anyway. i feel unsafe around him.

Sexist clerk, refuses to give me change while commenting on my body.

Broken pumps galore. Come here if you want to drive around a couple times to find a working pump. When I dealt with people inside, they were nice.

Tried to fill tank 3 times. First pump was out of gas, 2nd pump had a broken screen with notes. Still wouldnt pump after following notes twice so I left. Take your business elsewhere!

I live right by this store- either the gas dispenser are out, there is nobody at the store, or its just poor poor service. Phone number listed on google is not working either

Came here to pick up my uhaul. The shell employee was overwhelmed by the number of customers and also careless. He mixed my name up with someone with the same last name and insisted that it was me. In the end I had to wait for the manager to resolve it, 40 minutes later. When I returned it, another employee was working and he was extremely rude. Worst uhaul experience ever.

Its hard to recommend a gas station when almost all the pumps are broken in one way or another. Displays, dispensers, keypads, etc. New and exciting adventures in frustration.

Might be the worst gas station-car wash in the city. Car wash does a terrible job and scratches the hell out of your car. Vacuums are weak when theyre working but usually out of service because they dont lock them and a homeless guys rifles through the catch basins, leaving a mess all over the place. The employees are apathetic and clearly unhappy. Im done giving them any business.

The car wash stopped working in the middle of a wash. The station attendant was very rude about it, refusing to refund our money. We got home to find scratches all down car from the malfunctioning car wash. Im sure theres nothing I can do about it but post this here and hope someone else can be spared the same outcome. Will never do business with them again. Buyer beware.
