Shell in Tarrant County

So I stopped here by accident and as ran down and ghetto as it looks its the happening spot! The owner and workers must be doing something right because this place was packed from the high schoolers before school to the adults hurrying to get to work...it was crazy but a good crazy

This place is awful..they cheat you out of money and offer terrible customer service.everything is horribly over priced

I went to this place for a car wash and the customer service was awful. The lady behind the register was busy on her phone and very mean. I waited over an hour on line and when it was finally my turn, the car wash stopped working in the middle of the wash. My car had foam and water still on it and when I went in to get another code to complete my wash, she said that she couldn’t give me another code because I’d already used it and she wouldn’t let me get another one saying that they were closed for the day. She was very mean and rude and not helpful at all. I had to drive around with foam and water still all over my car and go to a manual car wash to clean off my car. I wasted over an hour of my time going here. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone.

I love this gas station

The owner Mohammed is arrogant and mean. Absolutely do not stop here... You are better off going to the Circle K right across the street. They have a much more friendly staff. Very unprofessional place they will not be in business much longer with this bad business owner.

No restrooms. Pathetic for a Shell station that I spent $50 fuel and $20 snacks. Ill use the run down station across the street for cheaper fuel and snacks from now on.

Awful place to stop..... The old guy that works the morning shift is soooo rude and very disrespectful. Go to Circle K right across the street. The gas is cheaper, the car wash is better, and they have a much more friendly staff.

Pumps are very slow

This shell is so expensive and they don’t even take debit card below than $4 and gas is $10 . Like bro you losing your costumers. Please don’t stop here. Instead you can go to the opposite of the shell Which is ‘K’ gas station.

The cashiers and the owner here are racist bigots,go to the super k across the street.

I fill my tank with gas and then go in to get some ice and my own cup and hot water and the clerk Wants to charge me for the ice. The bathroom is filthy and no customer service I recommend the Circle K across the street

This Shell gas station is conviniently located on Oakland and I30. The gas prices are competitive but the store is small with few options. The car wash is a plus but what makes me give the store three stars is the horrible parking it has.

Thought this was a 24/hr place.

I was desperate. Overheating car in desperate need of water and their water pump didnt work. Other gas stations have helped my hide in these situations but at this Shell I was given no options. When I asked the attendant for some help with water I was given a very cold "no" (even with a faucet behind herand when I grabbed a cup out of desperation by the drinks she snapped at me that the cup cost .50 and I needed to pay for it. Absolutely rude, uncalled for behavior for someone so in need. Other friends have had similar experiences. I avoid this gas station at all costs now.

I enjoy my visits to this shell. Never had a problem with the gas. Its moderately clean and well stocked. The car wash is decent for the price. Very bad parking though.
