Shell in Huntington County

Charging a parking fee to everyone who doesnt meet the minimum purchase requirement.

They are seriously charging you $5 just to park. This is a gas station for crying out loud.

How can you charge a parking fee for paying customers? You shouldn’t own a business

Get that sign off your door to charge people to park in your lot. Shame on you.

Very very gross bathroom. Not a good place to stop if you have to go unless you like sitting in someone else’s fluids or flushing someone else’s fluids.

It was open late which was nice but it was very hot & sticky inside. Definitely, would not recommend using the restrooms there as those need some cleaning & very sticky hot in there too. It does also have diesel, spot for truckers, & a restaurant

Exceptional Service!! The store stocks every snack you would need, and also car/truck supplies. The closed restaurant area could be tidier...

The gas station was ok. The bar/restaurant was absolutely horrible! I placed an order and it was not even close to being right. They remade my order and it took them 45 minutes to bring it out. And they still managed to get it wrong. I would not recommend ordering anything from here. And if you do, make sure to check it before you leave. I didnt send back the remade order because it probably would have taken even longer. And knowing my luck, they wouldve spit in my food. The bartender told me my order was wrong due to a language problem. Just not worth the hassle of messing with it.

Well they were training i guess bc I was charged 50 twice. Over a month ago and weirdly the manager is never in when were told he will be. I am filing with bbb bc these people are impossible. I have the proof they did it and they have the audacity to tell me Im lying. Bc I wont hand my phone over to look thru. Is that even legal. Dont go here its over priced always put of date and coffee sucks
