Sheraton Sao Paulo WTC Hotel in Patrocínio Paulista

Pretty surprisingly poor Sheraton/Marriott experience. Had to change rooms because of an unidentifiable mess. Another night, there was a fight in the hallway outside my room, luckily security did respond quite quickly— but still left me feeling unsafe. And on my last night, there was construction outside my window at the hotel pool area until 2AM (hammering, sawing, shouting). And a relatively minor detail, they forgot to clean my room one day.Would strongly recommend staying at the Renaissance Hotel (for Bonvoyor Hotel Unique instead. Both much nicer and more central.On the upside, the staff was quite friendly.

Another great hotel under the Marriott chain. Great location in São Paulo, service is good, breakfast excellent, rooms are renovated, and so far with great views. Easy access to move around. There is an awesome mall close to it, Shopping Morumbi, strongly recommend it, plus a bunch of awesome restaurants.

Stayed recently in July 2022 during a stopover in São Paulo. Positives: great central location, good breakfast open till late on weekends. Negatives: room was extremely old (infiltration in the bathroom with an open hole), amenities in the room were null (had to ask for basic bathroom kit to be sent upand service was a bit slow. I wouldn’t class it as a luxury hotel by any means nowadays, particularly with a hole in plain sight in the bathroom. Felt a little overpriced for the current state, although it was probably more stately hotel in the past.

Great staff and cozy rooms. Unfortunately we had an ongoing internet issue the while stay where I had to call IT several time to fix the problem. The manager was supposed to give us a call but this did not happen. Overall management needs to follow up with complaints...This is the Sheraton isnt it?
