Awful experience .The manager or assistant manager didn’t want to help me find a product because her store didn’t carry it.All she had to do was type a product number in but was to lazy to look for it.instead she gave me an attitude and fought with me for 20 minutes, and in the end that’s what she had to do anyway.Don’t expect much help at this store especially if management is responsible for these lazy acts.

The employees are very helpful and friendly. They will steer you to the correct paint for the job you are wanting to do. They have all supplies needed for a DIY job. Costs are comparable with large hardware and chain stores.

I have been in the Liberal store several times over the past few months and Natalie has helped every time I have been in. She is very knowledgeable and excellent at matching tiny paint chips and getting them perfect! I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received at this store.

We went in there to buy paint and practacally had to help ourselves. The employees made little to no effort to assist, and just turned the other way in silence after the 145 dollar sale. Thank you is not. In their vocabulary.
