Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in Lake County

Just got a bunch of paint for two decks on Saturday morning. The guy was by himself and the store was busy but he managed all of us and our questions. Great job!

Was in to this store a few days ago. Asked for recommendations on color matching a cabinet. Was told I could bring the cabinet door in and they had a device to color match it. Went home, got the door, went back to the store, and within a short amount of time I was out of the store with a color extremely close to the original.Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks!

Just bought paint for a project; the store is open so it was nice to go in and discuss the project. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Small specialized store that had everything I need. I only go to SW for paint.

I love Sherwin Williams paint and the Lake Zurich store. They are always so nice and make picking outcolors easy. I have used other brands and the coverage is horrible(looking at you Behr). You NEED to make sure you use quality brushes and rollers. I use $10 brushes and Purdy white dove roller covers. If you use cheap brushes and rollers you will get a cheap finish and thats on you, not the paint

We needed a much smaller bucket of paint. The consultant/cashier applied the formula to get a smaller amount, however, when we tried it out it was noticeably brighter. We came back and the same guy did the magic and adjusted the paint color (we had a photo).. it is almost the same now and can easily be used! Thank you! (Visited store on 31 of Jan)

Wayne is a terrible employee. Came in the store waited 8 minutes then as he goes to help me another customer walks in and he tells me to wait while he helps another customer even tho i was there FIRST... for the record my company deals with this store under my request maybe its time to go somewhere else. To bad harvey left that would have never happened. First come first served is supposed to be the model. On a the other hand way to go jessica for seeing the problem and jumping to resolve it before i let go on the dummy

They are very knowledgeable and can answer even the most technical questions in terms a non professional painter can understand. They are also very respectful of the trades as well as the amateurs like me.

a better, faster, computer system to track your customers purchases. I came in for two colors of your emerald paint and my name was in your system (twice), but none of my purchases were. I had to go back home and look at the old cans to get the finish I needed to complete a few room projects.
