Its really convenient and close to school! The maintenance team is also helpful and super nice, however 1 star is deducted due to the rather old equipment. But overall, its still a nice place to stay!!

Would recommend living at Sherwood Towers! Maintenance is timely and management is responsive. Close proximity to CMU and Pitt. Good amenities (rooftop patio, in unit/building laundry, small gym, indoor garage, etc).

A great property management company. Maintenance is efficient. The residents with car can have a good in-door parking. There is a roof top activity area. Residents can have a BBQ event there. The location is close to CMU and UPitt campus.

This apartment is the one of the best ones I have ever visited in Pittsburgh. I have lived here for several months and everything goes well, especially for maintainence, Mike is very helpful and can always solve the problems efficiently. Other residents and employees here are also friendly. Last but not least, the buiding is always clean and tidy. Rats and bugs, which could be seen in other apartments, are never seen in this building. Glad to be here.

Great apartment complex in a great location, close to CMU and Pitt. Highly recommend Craig-facing upper floor apartments as they receive the most sunlight. Renovation of the units would be great but they are already relatively new for the Pittsburgh area. Communication with the management is most of the time easy and straightforward.

I stayed there for more than 1 year. I am satisfied with the fast responses for maintenance. It comes quickly and almost next day. And the apartment has in unit washer and dryer. It really make my life easy. One problem is that sometimes you lost your packages and you really don’t know how to find it.

Nice apartment and property. Truth worthy property. I have moved to Sherwood from Camelot apartment which has the save property. The maintenance service is really good. Usually come within few hours. The location is also nice. Walking distance to Pitt and CMU.

Highly recommended! Ive lived here for more than three years. I am glad I chose Sherwood as my home while studying at CMU. First, the location is excellent! Its close to CMU and Pitt campus, and the bus stop is just one minute away from the apartment. The most important thing is that the property manager and maintenance team are friendly and helpful! The problem is usually solved within one business day from when we send the maintenance request. No need to worry about living issues, and can focus on my studies :)

雖然是個老公寓，但還算乾淨、安靜、堅固，報修的速度很快，地點也不錯-走路到cmu大概20分鐘且如果需要提供地下停車場

I have stayed in this building for a year and I really enjoy the convenience of living here. While the building is not that new, everything is neat and organized. I also appreciate the response time of the staff. They reply fast whatever questions you have to help you solve problems. Also, the maintenance service is great, usually when you report an issue on the system, the will show up the following day. The only issue is that they are sold out really quickly haha.

Been living here since August and theres been quite a few initial maintenance issues that were answered and fixed in a timely manner! I really enjoy the amenities (especially the roof!and floor needs are also maintained. The staff are kind and very responsive to their residents. Excited to continue living here!

Ive been a resident for over a year and enjoy living here. Even though its an older building, the amenities are nice and maintenance is timely. The management is also very responsive and easy to reach. Located in a good area close to different restaurants and shops. Would recommend

I have been living at Sherwood tower since 2019. so far I did not face any issues related to maintenance etc. The building manager and maintenance team are friendly in nature. The location of the apartment is best. The convenience store and universities are close and you can even walk to reach there. so I highly recommend these Apartments.

I am staying in this building for 4 years and my overall experience is good! The management/maintenance team is amazing (attentive and with no delay in fixing issues)! I have deducted 1 star for old-style furniture in the kitchen/bathroom.

The AC device is located at the main bedroom which is extremely noisy and the apartment is not cleaned at all before moving in.

Its really horrible to be suddenly showered by upper stairs leaking toilet water. Toilet water all over head, definitely the grossest experience.

Excellent management team! Very clean utilities. Ive been living here for 1 year and I feel this is the best apartment near CMU.
