Shippy Realty in Tripp County
Privilege
After our move, my family made the difficult decision to put some items into storage. We chose this unit specifically because we were ASSURED in multiple ways that the unit was sealed and would not be weathered. However, when my family went to pick up our items, we noticed a substantial amount of it was covered in mold and mildew. It consumed a lot of family pictures and other sentimental assets that we can never replace. On top of the mold, my family had left some items in this storage area (during our allotted moving timethat we had gifted to a member in the community. Upon that individual’s arrival to attain the items, they had discovered that Mr. Shippy and his wife SOLD these items for their profit. Again, these items were being donated to improve a piece of the winner community. My family and I were partnered with Shippy Realty for a while doing Ariel photography for their company. This was very much a less than pleasant experience for my family. Many times we tried to give them offers and deals, cutting costs for them wherever we could. However, when we moved away and unfortunately had to cease our partnership (not under contract), the Shippys became very hostile with their communication towards us, to the point of sometimes harassing my family.I apologize for the long review. However, we would never want to see anyone financially or sentimentally wronged by a money-hungry, non-personable company such as Shippy Realty. 10/10 would NOT recommend services with them.
MoreProfessional to the max. I wouldnt want to house shop with anyone but Shippy Realty.
MoreVery friendly staff!
