No receipts and no bathrooms. The worst

Love this place

stopped here because the directory said food and snacks for road trips. it was 5:45 pm on a sunday and they were closed.

Printer paper never being reloaded at pumps, have to get receipts from clerk.

Slowest gas pumps ever

Not the best gas station, and half the pumps wont read your card

Pumps never has paper in them to get receipts. Have to go in and ask for a receipt which is a pain.

I just love the cashier. Always friendly and happy when I stop in. Always leave with a smile. Exactly my kind of person. He needs a raise!! Valero, Rt 13 by Rt 1, youve got a real gem there. Acknowledge this and show him some love!!!

Its not the store itself which is just fine, its a gas station, but the people inside, employees and consumers are so kind there.

Small place, good people, hot coffee, and quality gas. They may not have much, but they will always have something to satisfy your sweet tooth or your caffeine needs.

I get gas often at this Valero. Prices are usually reasonable for gas. It is a great place to purchase sodas and water and other snacks.

Its a gas station with a quick mart. Nothing that I noticed any better or worse than other gas stations in the area. It just happened to be on the way to where we were going, needed gas, ice, drinks and snacks for the day. Prices were about average.

No bathrooms, only three very filthy port-a-potties outside.

Used to have a clean appearance quick and convient if in a rush snack selection is terrible

Good place. It is slower here because the Duncan donuts is inside the other one, but that helps you get in and out faster. The employees are nice.

I parked my truck there over night came back the next day tails lights were gone.I nicely asked the cashier and manager to review the cameras. The answer was “we don’t do that.”

No restrooms. Only Porta parties...

I frequent this location overnight, it’s poorly lit. There’s a 5 ft caucasian female working overnight who always appears to be on drugs. The gas prices aren’t bad but I go across the street if I need to go inside because there’s better customer service!

Slowest pumps in the world. Don’t know if they were running low or don’t like to pump when it’s below 30 degrees but I’ve been here 10 min and just now got 2 gallons. Tried pump #6 and #8.

Get rid of the portopotty and fix the parking lot potholes

Valero is always a good bet for gas. Usually the cheapest price around. I never could understand why one gas station, even though its right near Valero, or Raceway for instance, can be 20 cents cheaper a gallon than say a Mobil or Exxon right around the corner. I guess some people like paying higher prices than necessary.

They never have my electronic cigarette flavor.

I belong to the rewards program here and it is definitely worth it . Just wish they had more locations.

Convenient location on a State Rte. Comparable prices and access for Tractor Trailers.Small retail area with convenience items. Interior is a bit dated could use some upgrades.Multiple portable toilets available.Large parking area with easy access onto the interstate.

One time my mom went to there and it would stop every 2 dollar

They upgraded the pumps and now wont accept the Valero discount card.

its an ok place for a quick food fix...and gas...restrooms are port o pots tho...yuck

Its a good quick stop for fueling you vehicle, play the lottery or buy a snack. Bathrooms are outside.

I am disappointed because this location keeps getting robbed. The corporate office does nothing to protect the employees even down to not allowing them to lock the doors after late hours. I live within walking distance and I am angry that a major gas station that has employees that break their necks ....does not value their employees enough to keep them safe. There are tons of gas stations in the area that either lock their doors after late hours or surround their employees in shatterproof glass to keep them safe. Its unreal and disrespectful to the employees that work the hours that they work ....and they are not protected from harm. You all need to protect your staff.....I am so worried for their safety....check the police records of this location in New Castle, Delaware if is not a secret ..these employees are not safe.

I give them 3 stars because they dont have all of the products the other Shore Stops have because they are smaller. They are 24 hours but because they were robbed a few times during the overnight shift they now lock the doors after a certain time which is kind of a inconvenience. Its also not the best place at late night to be safety wise. The staff is friendly though and they make sure your not standing in line for long.

ZERO STARS. Port-a-Potty ONLY for their customers! Dont stop here expecting to find a clean restroom after fueling up or any restroom for that matter. You will be directed outside through the lawn over to the car wash to three filthy Port-a-Pottys with empty hand sanitizer dispensers. What a way to treat your BP/Dunkin Donut customers!!! My recommendation, keep on driving! If you need fuel or snacks or to use the restrooms just drive a .2 miles further down the road.
